The 3l car cover is very fragile and certainly not durable as expected. Your warranty dept is handling my problem very professionally with no problem.

I am confident in your product but due to coronavirus I have been delayed from arriving to where the car cover - car - are located. So I haven't seen the cover yet! I'm just very happy with the deal.

Product was thinner than expected for 5 layers and fleece on back was poor to non existant. Fit was right on. Hoping for better performance from cover than what i'm expecting.

I have not placed the product on my truck yet - I need to wash my vehicle before putting cover in place, but I opened the box and it looks like exactly what I ordered!

Not impressed. At all. This car cover is in no way custom fit for a Kia Stinger GTS. Not even close. I bought this to replace the temporary, cheap $50 auto zone car cover, and I think it actually fits worse. No pockets for mirrors or roof shark fin antenna, and clearly not designed for the shape of the vehicle. Even stretched tight there are portions of the back and sides exposed. This looks like I threw a gray tarp or bag over it. Frankly, I'm disgusted looking at it and will probably take it off, throw it in the trash and chalk it up to wasted money. Seriously, take a little pride in your product and start doing it right. I have no problem paying for a quality product, but this isn't it. Why did you even bother asking the year, make and model of the vehicle if you're simply going to provide a generic 'bag'? Readers, if you take pride in the vehicle you spent your hard-earned money on and want to protect it with a cover that actually fits and is made for your vehicle, then I strongly suggest you look at a different cover than this. Or, if you want a shapeless bag draped over your ride that may or may not fit, then go with the previously mentioned auto zone cheapie and save yourself some money.

Since you did not have 2021 in your year listing I did live chat to ask if the size for a 2021 Telluride is the same as for the 2020 you did have. I was told it will fit, so I ordered.

The service was great and fast...the product was not as well fitted as I felt it should be, and the lock and cable are notbas pictured, but overall it is a decent product for the price.

Very easy to use. Only wish the cover had an antenna hole. Only had the cover about 2 weeks but the spot where the antenna is is already looking like there might develop a tare for it to push through
