Do not buy the rv cover. It tore after just 6 weeks. Guarantee said lifetime but that is misleading. The company reviewed our claim, deciding it qualified for the guarantee but they would require $100 to send us a replacement. The cover wont last one season. Absolute junk. This was our 2nd cover. The first one we bought had lasted 3 years. The carcover rv cover didnt even last 2 months. Shame on carcover.com for selling junk for inflated prices.

Our camper cover ripped I sent a picture like they told me. I got a responds saying I didn't buy from them please send invoice so I went to there web page and downloaded a copy of my invoice and sent it and said if I didn't buy from you how come you have the invoice. Have never gotten a response back from them and I will call and just put on hold never get yo talk to anyone. I give them 0 stars horrible company

Customer service is horrible! I purchased a cover for my slide in truck camper. I was told the size is based on wheelbase and that an 8'-10' cover is for an 18' wheelbase. My truck camper is 216" long. 216" divide by 12" = 18'. So why is it too short? I don't know, the response I recieved was basically to bad and for another $150 we'll send you the correct size. What a joke! I'll throw the CarCover.com in the trash and buy the correct one from a good company.

This "100% waterproof" top of the line car cover from them leaked within one day of rain, one!

Only to find out i need to send an email with pictures… so i did…
Within one day I received an email back saying that even though it waterproof, well, its not completely waterproof…. Wait what?!‍
So your website says 100% waterproof and now you telling me its not?'

No way jose that you pulling this trick on me, read all the one star reviews here to see how those people are just scammers!
But they just messed up with the wrong guy, i will go all the way till my money is back in the fullest.
And I will sue them if they dont give me till my last dime back, i am an attorney and i have all the resources to go all the way i dont care what this cost.

I would not recommend anybody to buy a car cover from this company. Just ordered a car cover, its poorly made, dose not fit (they told me it will fit my car)and cheap fabric. Then when I tried to return the item, I found out that has to be sent back to Canada on your expense. The product originally was shipped from US. They just trying to make the return little bit more difficult, for sure it cost more.
After contacting the company for return and few email exchange, the company tried to give me 20% the first time and 50% discount just to keep the cover and not returning it. After doing the math it was much cheaper not to send it back, and take the loss. The car covers is in a garbage and I ordering another one from another company.

My wife purchase their highest rated cover, the Gold Shield 5L. I just put it on a week ago as I have been very hesitant when it comes to car covers. It turns out I should have trusted my instincts. The car cover was on for one week. The car was thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to putting on the cover. We have received two rains in the last week. When I took the cover off, I almost became physically sick when I saw what the cover did to my paint. It looks like water might have made it's way through the cover and something leached out of the cover material making white marks, some with the fabric pattern was on the hood and some whitish areas drained down from the top of the cab as well. These marks would not come off. If you value your car's paint stay clear of this product. This was Carcover's response to me:
"• CarCover.com is not responsible for damages of this nature and will not cover the cost of their repair, as the use of our product is left to the customer's discretion."

Ordered a car cover for my son fedex delivered it to a wrong address Car Cover immediately sent us another. Customer service is quick with their responses. My son put the cover on was very happy with the weight a little disappointed that it did not have bump outs for the mirrors. It repelled rain great. Beaded up nicely. Overall very happy.

100% not waterproof. You have to pay return shipping to Canada. They dont talk to you. Worst customer service ever. Worst product ever. Bought it for my Maserati Quattroporte and custom size is a joke. Too big. Leaked everywhere upon first rain. Fabric holds on to all dirt. Total garbage. Then $70 to ship it to Canada when they shipped it from California. Big difference in shipping cost.

I have lots of experience with buying car covers because i have been used personal 4 cars since 7 years that's why i have to bought car covers. Last time i was used CarCover.com. Its really awesome service and 100% money back guarantee:)

My Gold Shield 5L - Car Cover was installed on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in June, 2023 so the vehicle could be stored outdoors at a storage facility.
When I returned to take my vehicle out of storage six months later - the cover had essentially disintegrated. My vehicle was covered in a white powdery/pasty film and the cover was unusable (grommets pulled completely out when I tried to re-install it.
The company agreed that I was entitled to a new cover (for $30 S&H) - so, the product is horrible but the service was good. I would not recommend this cover for outdoor storage.

Thank you for the speedy deliverer of my Jag Triangular Car cover. It fits like a glove and has withstood the recent 50 mile winds quite well, never budging and inch. It met all of my expectations.

The car cover is a wander full car cover in this time. Looked around at covers to protect my V W Pas-sat TDI in the winter. It has a nice soft inner fabric, it's a custom fit for my car and it's strong yet light enough for me to handle alone.

So far, so good.

The car bag is cheap quality for so much money I paid and the strings ripped. They will cover the car bag but not shipping and they're going to charge me $30 for the car cover bag. Also the customer service sucks and takes forever to answer back.

We ordered the Gold Shield 5L truck cover designed to fit our model. It states it has "an inner layer of soft fleece lining", if that is true, they will need to show me, because the only fleece lining was in the storage bag. This cover ripped along the cab seam and the rear corner seam immediately. We were able to have it replaced after showing proof, but WE had to pay $30 to them to ship it.
We received the replacement cover, again no fleece lining, same as the first cover. We requested a refund, they said send it back for a full refund or keep it and get only 40% refund. We chose to return, again a $30 fee to ship, for the full refund.
We received a $30 refund because we did not pay for the REPLACEMENT cover, it was "free" (just $30 shipping). We paid for the first one (189.99 + $30 to ship replacement) and the original cover was out of it's 30 day window to return.
They do a great shell game - buyer beware!

I received a car cover for my 1951 Willys as a gift from my daughter. The cover didn't fit. So I emailed the CarCover customer service department and explained the situation. I sent them a picture of how it sat on the car and within a few days I had a new one on my doorstep step. The new one fit perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with their performance!

Perfect product for the use that I was looking to give it. My car is quite large and it wraps around it and covers it entirely. Prevents dust penetration onto the body and keeps moisture away. It adjusts nicely thanks to the elastics on the edge. Item arrived within a few days after the order was placed. Overall, great buying experience.

I purchased the rv cover to cover my camper for just the winter. The first year the cover already had holes in it customer service said to just patch the holes. Now on the second year the cover has several large holes in it. I contacted customer support and they are finally willing to replace the cover. Only problem is they want 95$ For shipping. Why would I pay that for a product that does not last even a season with out issues. I just feel like I'm being scammed by this company. Be sure to check bbb reviews before ordering is all I can say

My cover had a slight sewing defect and when I sent pictures of it to Car Cover they were very prompt in replying to my email. They offered me a partial refund and said if I ever had any problems it is covered under the life time warranty. That's great customer service and would highly recommend Car Cover to anyone that might need a cover for there vechicle.

Had an issue with the cover for my Ram truck. Cover fits perfectly but there was an other issue. Sent pictures to customer service, replacement was determined and shipped all in two days. Very happy with their service.

I bought this cover for a 1967 Ford truck and the add clearly states custom fit cover. This cover goes over it and around it yes, but it is not custom fit, it a generic cover made to fit multiple vehicles. When I called Tim told me it is the correct cover. I told him it was a 1'6" too long at the cab and he told me it would shrink up to fit in a 3 to weeks but the return policy is 30 days for your money back. The only option is to keep it and watch it not shrink up that much or return it and hope
I get my money back! Customer service sucks period and their lack of care shows. I won't be buying anything from them again and will certainly advise anyone else to do the same!

Upon test fit of the cover I had to choose which side the rear would cover because the cover did not take into account the stock spoiler. I notified carcovers.com and they said the fit was good enough. They also offered to return a partial amount.

Apparently not fitting constitutes fitting for them they also lied to me as I never received the partial refund.

I just wanted a cover that fit.

This cover was purcahsed to cover a car left at the Outer Banks - wind, rain, sand. It is great for protection from all of these problems with the tie downs a must! We are very pleased with our purchase as the car will stay in better shape without all the elements to harm it.

After contacting support and providing photo's of the oversized cover they continue to ignore my emails and are providing no support for my attempts to return the cover. When I asked for specifications they refused to provide them. They sell covers that do not fit and are not helpful or supportive. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is false and I hope no one else loses money with this company.
