I finally got an updated message that the fifth item has been shipped separately and they offered some store credits for inconvenience. I haven't received the last product yet but at least this time they said it is shipped separately.

I have tried to trust this company again but it is very challenging to do so. This time I ordered 5 items. 3 shipped on time. The second shipment had just 1 item and they said in shipment note that remaining 2 items were shipped. I asked them about missing item and they are saying that the second shipment should have 2 items. Why can't someone look into some of these serious issues about missing items in shipment and claiming they shipped?
I purchased my first order a few weeks ago. After I received it I was amazed at the color the design the stitching the style the fit and the material. It was exactly as pictured. I was so happy with my order that I immediately purchased a few more. I cant wait to wear my outfits they are all exceptional. Thank you CBazaar team. I have finally found my online shopping store for indian clothing.
Please don't buy from them. I ordered 4 items and they sent only 2 items and They would not return my mails nor calls. Beware of this website. Just take money from te customer and would not send items. I am staying abroad and worst site I have ever purchased
They never cared about customer dissatisfaction or queries about products received after they pocketed heaps money from ne. Never ever returning to them. Such a waste of my 100s of dollars and they still shamelessly send new offers.

After I placed my order a month ago, due to miscommunication, I was quite frustrated with the barrage of emails and inability to get my order processed. Hats off to Cbazaar staff for remaining patient and persistent with me until the misunderstanding was clarified. Then once they were able to process the order, they were quick and prompt in their delivery, and most of all, the spree and blouse were beautiful and very well stitched. Worst ever online company
I order some outfit from them, and they didn't even fit me and stitching was very poor. That was about six month, I post the item back the address they gave to me. Which was about five. Still no refund from them. I spend around £300 and £80 for postage. Please do not buy from them.

Cons -
As exciting as it is to get customize with Ethnovogue, Pay attention to details and expect the end product be different than your imagination. For perfect fit, you might want to pay extra for custom stitching, instead of ready size. My blouse sleeves needed to be altered. But the chest fit well.

I ordered an anarkali customized to my size. I was afraid of the quality and fitting of the piece when it would arrive. However, it appeared just as the picture on the website, fit me very well for the most part, just had tighten the sleeves some. Otherwise, the color, fabric and fitting were all up to par. Satisfied with the shopping experience with Cbazaar to some extent. They care about their clients, if they make mistakes with the measurements but it's a headache to courier the wrongly stitched item back to them and wait for the other one. So its better to go for unstitched fabric.
Also, there is huge delay in delivering the items.

I am not happy with the return policy of this site. They provide 5-10% of discount on most of the product, so that those products are not eligible for return. And most importantly, they provide store credits instead of money. That is called an exchange and not a return, so its high time that they should borrow a dictionary and understand the different between a return and an exchange. Will not purchase from this website ever again.

Cbazaar has never failed to impress me with their selection of items and I am pleased with their stitching and shipping. This site is great; I always come here for every Eid outfit and wedding guest attire.
CBazaar is basically the best indian clothes shopping website. You pay for what you get. For someone who goes to weddings all the time, its good to buy cheap outfits that still look great. Sure the finishing work on some of these outfits arent that great (loose threads and beads) but its fine if youre only going to wear the outfit a few times.

The delivery was fast bit was expected as I paid a premium for the shipping. When I got the garment the colour was clearly different from the picture and the quality of the fabric is very poor. It feels like cheap fabric that Halloween costumes are made of.

I ordered 3 items from them 3 months ago and they sent me an email after 2 months saying that they don't have one of the products that I ordered. It's not even that they again send me another mail saying that they don't have have second product... like hell why take orders if you don't have it. I asked for my money back they won't refund it. They told they already shipped the products so they cant refund the money. But guess what I got another email saying my products on hold and they waiting for me to call them so i decided to call my bank and asked for a refund from cbazaar. DONT EVER ORDER from them
