My wife and my 18 month old son(who is asthmatic) and 6 year old daughter(who has some underline health issues) traveled to Guyana to see her grandmother who was on her death bed. They were suppose to return back to Canada on January 4 2022 but due to them doing a covid test and it coming back positive, they had to quarantine which they called cheapoair to inform them and they advice them to call back when they're finished isolating and they will book them another flight to return back to Canada. Since then we've been calling cheapoair almost every day 10 times so far to get a new flight book for them and everytime the Rep tells us they will call us back within 24 hours and never get a call from them and we keep calling them. Last time we called they hanged up on us. We called again for the 12 time and AGAIN were told same thing other reps has told us that they will call us back within 24hours which is very upsetting because they never do and they said they were waiting to hear back from the air lines for some reason. The problem is my son is asthmatic and his puffer is almost done and my daughter is also not healthy and have to return back to Canada to do a routine check and refill the puffer. If anything happens to my children I swear I'll sue cheapoair for EVERY penny they have and put them out of business. We will NEVER EVER EVER use cheapoair again as long as we live and advice others not to either. It's been almost a weak and half since we've been trying to get this resolved and my wife and kids are basically being held hostage in Guyana by cheapoair.

Easy enough speaking with an agent when you are booking. Once booked they will hang up the phone when they find out what you want. We were scheduled to travel overseas right before COVID. Airlines cancelled our flights, no refund! Even thou we purchased travelers insurance. They won't even speak to me now. Hang up the line as soon as I give them booking information. Try Chat and they do the same! Stay away! I never had any issues with EXPEDIA.

I didn't get my refund! You're customer service is the worst and the most rude that I ever seen! You told me year ago that I will not need to pay anymore any money to get my credit and now you're customer service saying that the rules changed. That I need to pay 1000 CAD more because of price difference. 2 years ago you told me the same DO NOT WORRY. Now you saying that airlines are responsible for all refunds. I contact them and Air France told me that my ticket was expired 1 YEAR AGO! I asked who is responsible and Air France confirmed that it's going to be CHEAPOAIR because I paid money to CHEAPOAIR! For what you charging people if you are not proving any services it looks like FROUD!

They are a big scam. They gave me a credit and when I called them to ask they hang up the phone not only one time but multiple times. I will never purchase tickets from this website which is a huge scam.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
