Please dont do booking with clear trip... I booked ticket and bcoz of typing mistake i spelled my name wrong for 10 days i was calling them to do the correction every day they were like we are working and then they said emirates is not allowing us and when i called emirates they said we can do it in an hours just ask them to do... But cleartrip was lieing they wanted me to cancel the ticket and when i cancelled they said with in 5 to 7 days you will get refund bt now its been 10 days i dont get my money back please my advice is dont do any bookings with them
I booked a flight through flexifly. It is the first time I am using flexifly to reschedule flight. I had to pay Rs. 4400 additionally. However they promised me 3550 refund after ticket is done which itself is not completely fine (why should I pay 850 extra even when new flight fares are lower than previous one).
Then I received a link from godigit to give them my ifsc code and acc number. No explanation for what purpose (I assume for processing refund). When I call customer care for queries, no one is available and call drops automatically. Why should I provide bank details, it could easily be a fraud.
I booked a Rajkot-Mumbai flight with trip ID **************. The flight was cancelled by Spice Jet and the office confirmed that the refund was processed and the money should be received from Cleartrip. I left call back request on their site. No response. Now I am trying to contact them again and for last 10 attempts it says wrong OTP! Will wait for a week else will initiate legal action.
I had made a return booking from Bangalor to Melbourne for June this year but because of the pandemic I couldn't travel, I informed cleartrip through app and emails as they became unreachable. Initially they said they will do the refund just 2days prior to date of departure so they asked me to wait.To my astonishment and dismay they replied latter saying refund done and refund amount is zero. This is just outrageous. Nobody booked not to fly or even nobody envisioned this pandemic and it's our hard earned money which cleartrip doesn't refund. Don't book with them, they will talk very nicely while booking but will not respond even for refunds.
Cleartrip offer Ct flex or flexible ticket and refund policy but it's a headache because: 1- insurance by third party company Digit, 2- Don't work for foreigners,3- Refund takes 15 working days or even more, 4- poor customer service and bad policy.
I bought two ticket CT flex and changed the date, I paid full for new ticket and I asked Cleartrip for refund. Refund is necessary to contact Digit, a third party company and its very annoying because I bought from Cleartrip they should refund and not another company. So, Godigit asked Indian ID and Indian Bank account to refund, I say that we we are foreigners and got a ticket from travel agent so can just return him and we pick up the money. By their policy is not allowing, only for ticket holders and Cleartrip don't take any responsibility. Such Scammers selling thing that we cannot get refund. Avoid to buy any CT Flex from them,

Since 70 days they have not refund my money back.
When we ask about refund they will say that ethihad airlines not returned money or indigo airlines not returned money.
They will irritate customers like any thing.
If you have money better to give charity but don't get in to cleartrip in making any kind bookings.
These guys spoiling reputation in India as well as outside India also.
Sad customer experience from executive named Joshua. I booked 2 tickets with clear trip to Ireland. I both the cases the one provided by cleartrip is wrong for my first flight of the leg.
They don't have a customer care phone number. The online customer care is of no use. And after several attempts to find the correct PNR, an excutive called and arguing with you as if we have made some mistake and demanding 2 days to get a PNR.
This is a paid service. We pay convinience charges to listen to the executives attitude.

I booked return ticket Trip id#*******406 kuwait to udr, due to COVID the ticket got cancelled and i was promised to get full refund, it was in march and now its sep, nothing has been done and no response from the cleartrip support, they are simply ignoring my emails.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this fraud website.
Worst experience from a trusted band like cleartrip they have cancelled my flight and now not rebooking my flight. After 7 days I will get the money by that time the price of the flight will be 3 time the price in which I have done and when I ask them y they say we r just the third party but I have done my booking from u guys right believing in cleartrip so this is to all the first time users who does the booking from cleartrip its same as the droid company tho says believe us but when u need they say who r u and disappointed with the service... the only thing agents say is sorry nothing else. I don't recommend Cleartrip for booking, they are deceptive and unprofessional.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
