With my recent travel experience I suggest everyone that if you wish to purchase tickets directly use each flight genuine site...never purchase tickets from third party like clear Trip and similar

The Cleartrip app promises Cleartrip for work fare for flight bookings. I chose this fare with an option for date change at INR 499.

However, when I reached out to Cleartrip support for a date change (since the Cleartrip app did not allow me to do this online), no resolution was provided other than lame excuses, very long hold times, asking me to call different numbers, refusing to accept my chosen fare, and asking me to approach the airline directly. They even asked me to pay the normal airline penalty of INR 3800 for a date change. The app is lousy, attempting to mislead and commit fraud on the customer by offering fares that Cleartrip is unable to honor.

It was a horrible experience. I vow not to use Cleartrip ever again for flight bookings.

I booked flight ticket from Nagpur to Delhi on 31.8.23 through upi PhonePe. But till now I have not got my money back in my bank Account.
It is very shamefully to say that this online site do not work properly in the interest of customer service

I have booked a flight through cleartrip to jeddah from dubai. I got the ticket to Riyadh from dubai instead then I call to cleartrip and the guy treat me like a shot said we can't do anything talk to Airline. This is not the way I paid the amount to your website.
The both Airline and cleartrip guys are playing. I told them I an not asking refund just to cancel and issue me ticket from dubai to jeddah

Clear trip is a fraud company to loot your money. If your flight is cancel, they won't give you a refund- trip id- **************
Better to buy tickets from travel agencies. My friends got refund from travel after flight cancellation but cleartrip didn't provide any refund.

I would recommend not to book tickets though this website. The are charging with false commitments.
I have booked tickets with clear choice plus and when I went to reschedule I couldn't do online then called customer care he charged more than difference which I paid and she confirmed reschedule of same. When i was doing web check in I found the date have not been reschedule and call customer care they gave diffrent answer
1.Airline not confirmed
2. Diffrent in fare
3. Airlines not received payment
Then he further told we can reschedule again by paying another difference about.
This is called organized scam.
Not even worth one star rating
Customer is at receiving end as you paid the money and they don't have to lose anything we as Customer are suffering.

No refund is auto generated unless they charge you. You have to call them back for your own money to be refunded. Otherwise it's swallowed without a burp. Very costly service.
