MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED LAST JULY 09,2020 BECAUSE OF COVID 19 BUT NOT A SINGLE DIRHAM WAS REFUNDED BY CLEARTRIP DESPITE MY CONSTANT FOLLOW UP BOTH THROUGH E-MAIL AND BY PHONE CALLS WHICH IS NOT EVEN TOLL FREE. ALL I GOT ARE TONS OF LIES, "IT ALREADY ON PRIORITY, WAIT 24-48 HOURS, WAIT 72 HOURS" THESE 24, 48, 72 HOURS ARE NEVER ENDING. CALL TODAY OR CALL NEXT WEEK, THEIR 28,48 OR 72 HOURS PERSIST. ALL LIES! I CALLED SINGAPORE AIRLINES AND THE RESPONSE WAS VERY CLEAR, "IT WAS FULLY REFUNDED TO CLEARTRIP" YES, IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT CLEARTRIP IS UTTERLY GREEDY AND COMPLETELY SHAMELESS! CLEARTRIP IS VERY EFFICIENT IN COLLECTING MONEY BUT JUST THE OPPOSITE WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO WITHOLD THE MONEY WHICH IS NOT YOURS.

This is what happened I have booking through b British airline directly and booking through Cleartrip for British airline with the same destination but different dates but both was on April between two tickets.

The difference between Cleartrip and Booking directly from the airline or other agents is due to Pandemic COVID19 cancelled flights.

The Airline flights and other agents Refund your money.

Cleartrip doesn't refund your money it is unreliable website very poor customer service as they don't even respond to your emails.

I have been user of this platform for many years and they have done great service not until my latest booking which gave me a lot if stress and anxiety. I had to rebooked my first ticket due to some visa issue and I had no choice but to pay for the rebooking with the assistance of Karim Abdelmagid. Unfortunately, i need to cancel my second ticket due to unforeseen circumstances. I immediately informed cleatrip to cancelled my flight and I dont want to rebook again on the third time as i do not know my schedule for the rest of the year. Cleartrip informed me all the details about the cancellation procedure, checked my booking details and verified to after 2 hours confirming from the airline. Another 2 hours had past, I had received an email informing me that my ticket is non refundable which is the opposite mentioned from my fare condition in my itinerary receipt from the airline which I had a cancellation fee of $150 per route. I have been patiently sending them emails and waiting for the reponse but the only response was I must contact their customer team which is not helpful at all. They are telling me that my ticket is non refundable becase of my first ticket which was already cancelled. After this issue, Cleartrip stated that singapore airlines fare conditions is a fraud even it was mentioned in the tickets issued by the airline. What a nightmare.

Hello all
I book my flight from Pune to SINGAPORE, layover at Delhi via cleartrip.com, then I asked them to change my flight date from Pune to Delhi flight. As it is an Air India Flight I called AI to check the possibility of the same and AI confirmed that only the Pune Delhi flight can be changed and need to pay an extra fare difference and 3000₹ per passenger and GST. But Cleartrip is asking me for *******₹ per passenger for just the fare difference from Pune to Delhi, And other charges.

This website is fraudulent and forces the passenger to pay for a service which the passenger doesn't want.
I request all people to don't use this website.
If possible for me I will give 0 stars for this review.

Hi, Request u all dont trust cleartrip app... what a ever they mention is not trust worty. I booked a room with breakfast but at the end ghe price is high nd they cancelled our booking. SUPPORT OTHET APPS. Remove cleartrip app not trust worty

This is Umesh Ravichandran from Dubai. I am also facing the same issue. I booked my flight tickets for in Indigo Dubai to kochi through claertrip website but unfortunately because of covid 19 Indigo cancelled my trip so i cancelled my flight tickets both Indigo and cleartrip websites but still now i haven't got any feedback from claertrip. I am continuously following but no reply. My Trip ID is **************. I lost my job and I booked tickets through credit card but still now there is no response from cleartrip. I Kindly request not to use cleartrip they are frauds...

PNR: J9MMDW - RA No: *******813 - Srilankan Airlines cancelled the flight and more than 3 weeks i am following up with Cleartrip refund department and there is no reply from them - passenger is suffering for no-fault of him and cleartrip refund department is not even responding to customer...

They need to improve upon their refund department...
