I bought a sweater from CNDirect. I love this sweater. It is a perfect weight, great classic style with the crew neck and versatile color black. It can be hand washed or dry cleaned. I love this sweater so much I was sad to take it off. Although the item arrived a bit late I was amazed at the quality of the products I received. I wore this sweater all day at work in a cool warehouse, I felt comfortable all day. Highly recommend

I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstock shoes and never received them. I emailed them to find out where they were and they could not find the order. Luckily I paid with Paypal and opened a claim. I receive an email from them that they miraculously found my order and if I closed the claim they would ship it to me. Well sorry Im not that dumb and alerted Paypal of the scam, they stated they have had many claims and will refund my money in a few days. BUYER BEWARE, yes if it is too good a price there is a reason. If buying use Paypal or secured funds that you can get back.

If there was a zero option, I'd choose it. Ordered two fingerlings - they said fingerlings on the website and order - in October. Paid for faster shipping. Got one very damaged Happy Monkey this week. Complete ripoff and no response on a refund. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this "company."

This site is very easy to use and the prices are great also. This is the second time I've ordered from them and I'm just as happy as the first. The dress is everything I wanted and much more. Terribile e experience. I buy two 3.6 mt fiber carbon rod and arrived two 3.0 mt not carbon rod (more short). I write a customer support but not refund me... after my contestation my account are cancelled so i can't view my order information. Good system for resolve the problem, are you sure?

I made two orders about a week ago, adding up to about $60 or $70. Under the status is still says "payment pending" and no money has been taken from my account. I've never had a website take this long to actually pay for the items? I've emailed them and attempted to call costumer service, but the US number is invalid. I've seen so many good reviews for them by youtubers and such, so I was really surprised. I just want my clothes ugh!

When I visited the marketplace I found a huge collection of manifold products of standard quality. Among st them I chose a pair of shoes which I thought at the very first sight that were made only for me. So I ordered for it instantly. When it reached me I was astonished at it's design. I just love it.

I believe the product was repackaged into a no-name package and was not labeled in the same way as it appeared on the order.

The shipping was inappropriate. I paid approx. $10, a fairly standard airmail international rate for the size and weight. The product was not boxed or padded with bagged air. Instead it was in a small plastic bag. It was an electronic, so when the box was crushed and torn, it may have affected the products functioning. The fidelity of the electronic functions are a worry for me considering the tampering.

The box may have been torn by the company before shipping in an effort to conceal the fraud. The product inside did not appear in new condition with discoloured plastic, and a smell like urine or metal.

Thieves, too many emails and lame excuses received! Ordered early November 2015 now late Jan and nothing received, tracking has said in country of destination since 4th Jan but still nothing and no refund. Please avoid, spend your money at AliExpress. Ive not had any issues there that haven't been resolved quickly.

Its now March and more excuses from CND and still no products and NO SIGN OF A REFUND! All you get is contact your local post office. Surprisingly I have done a number of times and told... You guessed no nothing here for you... CNDirect, you lie and cheat and its the worst online experience I have since year dot! As promised on all those return emails to you I will BLOG how bad you really are!

I have purchased fingerlings on this site. I paid for the expedited shipping 3-7 days. After 5 days i contacted the company for shipping information and was told the item had been out of stock but just restocked and my item would be shipped in 8-12 business days. Not at all what i paid for, i never got back ordered information. They are crooks!
