I paid extra for 6-12 day shipping it's been 18 days and I haven't recieved my package. Tried asking for support, they couldn't do anything about it but tell me "it's in transit". Well it's in LATE transit! Very disappointing, I just wasted my money on faster shipping for nothing. I don't recommend you buy here.

Received the incorrect goods. Customer service refuted they were incorrect even when photos and order was resent to them. They eventually arranged collection, when the carrier arrived they refused to collect as the information they had been given was incorrect. The customer service emails were extremely difficult to understand and when questioned they failed to understand my questions. I am exhausted trying to return an item.

I ordered Fingerlings. I have pictures of the site that say Fingerlings and my receipt states Fingerlings. Yet I got crushed boxes of Happy Monkey. Covered in DIRT! Took weeks instead of days that I paid expedited shipping for. They are crooks.

Don't buy from them! They are scam artists. They send you off brands, admit they lied, and WILL NOT refund your money. You pay for 6-12 day expire shipping and your packages are crushed when they arrive 6-8 weeks later. I have emails from Bree Zhang in customer service that state they posted deceitful information and they still refuse to take ownership and credit my account.

I was so shocked when i got into www.cndirect.com, where there were many low priced products and i was so happy. Therefore I ordered 2 T-shirt to my boyfriend and it took me 28 $. After 2 weeks, I received my order and they were so fit. My boyfriend was very satisfied. So it is a wonderful experience.

Please do not use this site. I placed an order about a month ago then canceled it apon hearing about it's fraudulent nature. After about 2 weeks of pestering "customer service" via the online chatting feature, I have not been refunded the money and have accepted that I never will. I urge you to please stay away from the site.

I wish I would have looked into this company's reviews before I ordered, because it looks like several others have had the same experience. I ordered three Fingerling Monkeys, and only received two... which doesn't matter anyway, because they mailed the fake "Happy Monkeys" in a bubble envelope, which has resulted in terrible damage to both! Terrible company. Sent counterfeit items that did not match the description of the item. Items took 30days to receive in multiple shipments and still did not receive full quantity ordered. Contacting via emails took days for response. Would not offer a full refund for their counterfeit items. Filed a bank dispute since their customer service is terrible.

I ordered a "fingerling" as indicated by the website, and recieved in very very damaged packaging, a "Happy monkey". Email has been sent to cndirect.com requesting a refund, however no response as of yet...

CNDirect.com is a scam. I ordered stuff from them and it did not arrive until now. It has been 3 months!
I emailed the customer service asking to resolve this problem, but they told me to wait and wait and wait.
They promised a refund and it has been weeks, and I haven't receive it.
They are smart asking me to wait because now it's too late to dispute this transaction on PayPal!
I DO NOT recommend anyone to shop on this website at all. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I bought a wheel spinner that arrived on time. However the spinner arrived in poor condition. After sending images explaining the defect CN direct kept continue raising questions and buying time without offering a solution. It looks like there is robot automically raising questions.In the end I gave up. I don't want to spend many hours for just a product of EUR 8. Therefore be cautious in case of ordering as complaint handling is weak and not speak about replacement guarantee. I would not recommend this webshop.

I ordered from CnDirect about two weeks ago and I got an email saying that when my order was shipped I would be sent all the information and the tracking number. Its been two weeks and my order still says "processing"... Like wtf I needed that dress for like next week..
