Received the incorrect goods. Customer service refuted they were incorrect even when photos and order was resent to them. They eventually arranged collection, when the carrier arrived they refused to collect as the information they had been given was incorrect. The customer service emails were extremely difficult to understand and when questioned they failed to understand my questions. I am exhausted trying to return an item.
I would recommend CNDirect to anyone looking for quality product brands. Anyone looking should not waste time shopping around because CNDirect sell exactly all the product brands you would love. Highly Recommended
I order two fingerlings and they didn't work right so we changed the batteries and still didn't work good. I paid for three to five business days four weeks later I got it after I emailed them the boxes they came we're falling apart the toys didn't work very upsetting for my little girls on their birthdays.So I emailed them back and got no response so I made a post on Facebook which told me to contact I said I already did and got no response again. I will never order from them again and I am going to report them for fraud.
First of all I placed an order for two fingerlings they told me my order didnt go through so I place the order again. That shouldve been my first clue because both orders went through. I never got an email confirming my order. A month later I notified my credit card company still waiting to hear what they say. I finally received my first shipment and of course they were happy monkeys and very damaged boxes. Just received the second order yesterday. It contained two monkeys in boxes that say fingerlings but Im pretty sure their counterfeit one was black one was white and they both say my name is Mia. I havent been able to find a working phone number or even an email address. Im hoping The credit card company takes this off my bill. $80 for for fake monkeys! Ive learned my lesson I will always check reviews for companies one line that I havent heard up. Please be careful if you ever try to order anything from this company!
It is a scam. I ordered a few items. They did not ship them for 2 weeks. I told them to can cell the order. They change the status to shipped and told me that they shipped it olready. 1 item was marked as out of stock and status was refunded, which was never refunded. When I received the package, half of my order was missing, so I asked if they were in another package. The reply came and they were out of stock and asked me if I wanted a refund! What a joke. Then they would send me an email for each of the missing item asking if I wanted a store credit or full refund. Playing me al the time to delay the PP dispute. I opened dispute with PP and got my money. They are definitely scammer. I wonder why PP still works with them.

I too ordered 4 "Fingerlings" from this company on 10/31/17 and they took my money the same day. I received 2, one box says "Fingerlings", the other does not. They were mailed only in a mailed envelope, not even padded, and the boxes are crushed - definitely not suitable to gift. Afraid to open to see if they even work. Have been in constant email contact - it seems the only person there is "Bree" and the most she will do is offer me $15. This is unacceptable and I will keep doing whatever I have to do to get a full refund. I said I would gladly return the half-shipment I received. UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered 2 sweaters before Christmas. Never received them! Was told that China post was very slow. Then was told that it was stuck in customs in Canada, then was told in a 3rd email that I would get it shortly. Now that I've requested my money back, they told me it would take 3 to 5 business days... day 5. Still waiting... and it's been 3 months since I've placed my order... 3 MONTHS

Like previous reviews this company is a scam and a joke! I purchased a fingerling and unlike the other reviews Ive been in contact with someone named Fiona. When my order never arrived when I requested expedited ship I requested a cancelation and refund. Fiona repeatedly ignored my request and instead gave me false tracking numbers. After a week of going back and forth never acknowledging my refund and calling her out for her lies. She then says ok really shipped and have me a new tracking number. Then stopped contacting me from that point. I have filed a claim with PayPal as I am sure most of yall have done. So far they have not responded to them. I HOPE and pray this company gets taken down. Im so sick to my stomach of this mess. As a seller I would be in so much trouble if I behaved like these people.

Scam company! Do not order from them! I ordered a Fingerling. Took twice as long to deliver than promised. When I received it, it was beyond smashed and it was a happy monkey, not a fingerling. My order got shipped the next day after I placed it. It took a bit long started to think wasn't going to get so I emailed them. They got back to me the next day. I placed another order that day let them know I got my first order and that I placed a second order so they emailed my back a tracking number for my new order.
Inpurchased Fingerlings from them. When they arrived in an enveloped and the packages were all damaged. They were not suitable for wrapping as a gift. When I contacted them they offered me a $2 gift certificate for my next purchase. This is unacceptable. I paid for proper shipping and did not receive that.
I placed a AUD$25 order through my account, paid using a pre-paid credit card. After 2 weeks the order had still not arrived. When I went into my email to get the PayPal and CNDirect purchase confirmation emails I could see both of them in my Inbox then once the iPad had finished refreshing my Inbox upon opening both emails were gone. I am very diligent and can assure you I did not delete them, they weren't even in my Trash account with the 200 other deleted emails. Very dodgy, As I didn't use my Paypal account only paid using the Paypal icon then entered the credit card details they could not help. Very dodgy and very insecure if they can hack my email to reclaim both their and Paypal's confirmation email. Avoid at all costs.

So i ordered these monkey fingerlings from this CN direct company and they have to nerve to double charge me yesterday! My credit card is fighting this im so glad i didnt use my bank card! I tried calling them and no connection available so please beware of these people! CN direct is not a good company and they are from China! Dont Trust Them! Beware!
Me and my sister also ordered what they had pictured as a fingerling 28 days ago still havr not received thrm. Yet i have asked for a refund and some lady named shirley keeps saying sorry for delay i will check on parcels please wait for some more days after ive already clearly told her no... they have it pictured as a real fingerling so i did end up emailing and asking if it was produced by wowwee and was it an authentic and her response was its our own finger monkey... they need to have that posted under the description cause had i known that it would have never ever been bought

I ordered a few items from them on 13/06/15. I paid for UPS shipping which was reliable becsuse I received it on 22/6/15. The lace shorts i ordered was of good quality. I ordered 4 of the same dress in different colours all in the same size (Large, I wear a medium) but the black was wayyy smaller than the white even thou they are the same. This was my only problem

I ordered some Fingerlings and was told a week later that they were out of stock. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. The customer service rep kept asking if I wanted to keep the money in my "wallet" to which I always said NO-refund to Paypal. They refuse to refund my money to Paypal.

I ordered Fingerlings for my Two granddaughters and received one and a happy monkey. I have been emailing a person called Bree for about 2 weeks. She is trying to tell me the box got damaged in shipping when it actually has tears in it and the outside shipping package did not, and that it is a fingerling just packaged differently. Trying to get her to send me what I ordered. I just keep getting the run around. Why should I have to pay to return it when they did not send me what I ordered. I have no idea what to tell my granddaughter who asked for this for Christmas.
