I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Not happy, very expensive items as the number of bids plus the ending sales price are more than other sites normal prices for the items. Lost many auctions and am in the hole big time money wise. I've studied all the tactics and there are people out there that are ruthless and must have big bucks and just want to win all the time. The prices are too high with the buy it back price to get bids back. Never will do this again.

I have shaky hands and accidently hit the button twice for a large purchase. When I discovered the error, I wrote, explained and within 12 hours the mistake had been addressed and corrected. I can't think f any business that responds as quickly as DealDash. Thank you very much

I had just started with DealDash and didn't know how it worked. I made a huge mistake bidding which could have been costly, but they have a great 90 day policy for new buyers and they fixed it for me. I was so relieved! Thank you Yasmin, online support.

It is like a slot machine to win anything. If you're lucky, you can get a bargain. It just depends on when you bid, how many bids you are willing to spend, and whether other bidders will just keep bidding the item up, even though the bargain has gone.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Clark! Here are some tips for bidding on DealDash https://www.dealdash.com/help/tips-and-tricks and don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime!
I have purchased multiple bids, but have only been successful once on a very inexpensive item that I probably could have purchased for the same price or less at a department store. I noticed the same small group of bidders always seem to win. And they buy up all the bids. Wish the site was actually fair and honest, as I hoped and expected it to be.

There customer service is superior. They aim to help you win. They also give you free bids from time to time. Just like their mission statement They are fair and honest.
They have more skilled bidders these days due to successful seasoned bidders sharing their knowledge and strategies on their blog. Because of this you do need to be patience and will probably spend more for item then you used to.

When I first started bidding on Dealdash I won items. It is becoming increasingly difficult to win, I suppose because it is becoming more popular. I purchased a couple bid packs and won absolutely nothing, even though I spent many bids and time trying. I have not purchased again as I just can't waste money when the bidding is so competitive now. It also takes way too long and is too expensive to wait for "free bids"

When I saw the ad on TV I thought this would be a great opportunity to save money, especially being a student. I sign up no problem. BUT as soon as I pay the $41 for my bids and win a prize, it can not be shipped to Canada.
This website gave no warning that Canadian Residents were not able to participate. Being ripped off $41 is not something I really had in mind when I saw the ad and signed up.
Horrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
DOES NOT WORK FOR CANADIAN CITIZENS

I am sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience this may have caused. We have of course refunded all of your money, and sent you a confirmation email. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
This site was great, they have changed for the worst. Site Jabber is pro deal dash they reward customers for giving positive reviews with 200 free bids. They have received millions in prepaid bids on the theory they would continue with quality auctions, now they have fewer and bidders get desperate to get there money, and over spend on auctions.
Far more difficult to win and I had won over 700 auctions, but those days are over.

It was a pleasure to watch the bidding, and join in at the right time. Once I enter a initial bid, I don't have to worry about being "locked out", for inactivity, like I do on other bidding sites. Also, the alert me feature is very nice, because it tells me when items I am interested in are coming up for bid.

Been bidding at DealDash since April of 2011 and I can honestly say I believe they are the most honest penny auction site on the internet. You won't find yourself wondering if they have bots or whether someone behind the scenes is tampering with the timer. Their customer service reps are on the ball when ever you need to ask about anything to do with the site. You will get a quick response and they really want you to have only a positive experience each time you are bidding at their site!

Deal Dash is the best penny auction on the web! I have so much fun winning with my bids on Deal Dash. Every week I win 3 to 5 new items and I am even on a disability budget! It helps me save money by purchasing bids and bidding on items that I need for my home. I always come out ahead.
The technicians are so kind and helpful when I call him to talk with them on how to be a bid! I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to speak with them and they take their time out to really help me understand the bidding process. It also helps all of the items are shipped free and handling is always free!

Mixed. I am having a hard time trying to figure out how it is determined who wins. I have been playing lately and been putting in a bid when it goes to someone else and win just like that what's the deal

I have watched DealDash evolve over the years, as they adjust the rules to make the game more fair and honest. That is a really hard thing to do since everybody's idea of what is fair is unique. They keep adjusting the rules which makes having a system, like counting cards in blackjack, almost impossible. In order to win, you have to know something about the other bidders, and play on your gaming intuition. That makes the game fun. However, there are some "crazies" who will bid until they win, no matter how much it costs. If you don't know who they are, it can really mess things up. If you do know, then nobody else will bid and the house looses big time. If you would limit bidding on and item to when the cost of the bids reaches suggested retail, these guys would be put out of business and the "sane" bidders and the house would be better off. If a bidder is clamped they can just buy the Item and get all of their bids back.

I have been on DealDash for almost a year. I check it out each morning to see what the deals are for the day and reserve my place in advance using bid buddy. It's fun, and I often get some great deals!

I got some awesome item for real cheap on deal dash. I got a $5100 coffee table that was beautiful for only $20 and delivery was free. UPS delivered it to my house in just a few days after paying the $20.

They do not say DealDash penny is really. 20 cent. For every dollar you bid is 20 dollars. One day FCC will step in get them for false add of penny site. No one ever got nothing for a penny. I hate the T. V. lie. I won a new bike for $10. Telling a total lie. The $10 was really dealdash plan of $200 in real time money. Why dose DealDash tell lies and try scam like penny site lie.

I felt as though the site just took my money. I don't see how you can win an auction unless you sit at the computer for hours. I am a huge ebay shopper and feel like that is the way to go. Deal Dash is just making a ton by charging you to bid. One person wins but everyone bidding pays for the item. With ebay you pay when you win the auction but not to bid. This is a rip off!

Hi Jessica, did you know we have a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase? Just email our support team and we'll get that processed for you since you're not satisfied. We are very different than ebay. The collective effort of individuals buying bids help fund the highly discounted prices. Members are basically crowd funding to make this happen. Anyone that does not win can simply buy the item at normal retail price and get back their bids to try to win something else. This is a simple way to make the traditional shopping experience more fun.
Had a small whoops on an item from DealDash and when it was delivered only part of the order was there. Had nothing to do with DealDash but rather with the supplier. When I brought it to their attention they resolved the issue very quickly and very satisfactory to me. I have been using DealDash now over 1 year and love it as much now as when I first started. It has kept me in gifts for family and friends non stop.

Hi Babs, thank you for the nice feedback and thank you for shopping with us for over 1 year now! Good to know this issue was resolved quickly and smoothly.
I enjoy the website for the most part, although there are a couple things I'm not happy about! It seems there are people on there who's sole purpose is to burn everyone's bids! They spend way more than the item is worth, and the people who really want it are left out. There should be more auctions at one time on a regular basis!
Date of experience: July 3, 2016
It has been fun though there are bidders paying, with their bids, more than the item is worth. It is discouraging. I have spent a lot of money and dare not sit and over amounts of each of the items purchased vs the amount spent. I suspect the expenditure in dollars and cents is far more than the product's worth. I have enjoyed the times I put bids into bid buddy, went to sleep, checked the next day and found I had won for a very nominal amount. Ahhh, those are the sweet times... thank you.

The customer service team at DealDash.com in general is outstanding. When you communicate with them it feels like you're having a conversation with a person one on one, like a personal email or text message. Adrian D. In particular is an excellent customer service agent and pleasure to work with. He's professional yet friendly.

WOW! Almost anything you are looking for, wanting or needing, you will find on Deal Dash at one time or another with a chance to win them for 0.01 cent, less then 50% off, 75% off or any amount up to regular price you would pay at a store. Why not try to get it for a lot less? I've had GREAT results from pillows, sheet sets, clocks, jewelry, bicycles, toys, fireplaces and even an electric Motorcycle-650. I will always go to Deal Dash first now. Thank you, thank you Deal Dash.

You cannot go wrong with Deal Dash. They only have the best of the best. You see something you really want, you place bid buddies and let them do the job for you.
I have won so many remarkable items.
Word of warning though, you will probably get addicted to DD just like me!

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Thanks for the kind words Jeri. I'm glad we could resolve the issue!
