Heaven forbids that another action is required because you will be told that yet another exception was performed. It's like doing something for someone of your own free will and then mentioning it to the person as though they are indebted to you. It totally ruined my happiness and wasted my money. I pay my way. I don't ask for favors. I hate for someone to even hint that I'm a burden. It's the meaning behind the actual words. It's hidden sarcasm with a smile. I had taken a break from DealDash, almost a year. After receiving an anniversary email from them I thought to give them another try. I need the iPhone 16Max and thought to get it at DealDash. Well, I should have just made a retail purchase. I wasted have the cost of the phone at a company that makes me feel like a burden needing a further exception. After spending a good amount of money I was sent a message from "customer service" saying they closed my account for an unknown reason. I emailed back multiple times regarding the reason and also to get my money refunded for the bids I had not even gotten to use (a good couple hundred). I was rudely responded to after quite a while finally and was told I had multiple accounts which is definitely not true. I also told them this and got treated like some kind of criminal. I am livid because I did nothing wrong and the items I did win before this incident were never sent to me either. I would have to say it was at least $100 if not more I had in bids and also the items that were never sent. I am posting this for others to take as a warning. These people are crooks and liars. I felt like the scum of the earth based on how they responded to me and also for the accusations. I will be spreading word on every site I can about this horrible crooked company. Please do not give them any of your money as I have learned the hard way.

Been on dealdash for a little over a year & haven't had too much to complain about until recently when it was clearly obvious that I should have won an auction at a certain price but didn't. As can clearly be seen, 14 seconds ticked off between the times of 04:56:13 & 04:56:27. I don't by their explanation of internet refreshing or whatever. Haven't done a lot on here since that fiasco. Just hoping they are a little more honest in the future.

I have been on this site for about a year and a half.
There are tricks to playing this game and winning prizes.
For one thing if you play everyday they give you free bids each day.
I am up to 15 bids for free each day, I am not sure if it goes higher.
I have won some prizes and have had some fun.
Also won a Total Trivia gift card and it got me playing that game.
I am addicted to it too.
So everyday I play both games.
I think the key to winning is patience.
Don't try to win everything all at once.
Stick to the smaller prizes.
Stack up your bids so you can put them on a winnable prize.

I have been bidding since 2012. I have been treated more than fairly. And I have won more auctions than I can count. If you bid smart you can win and save a lot of money. (bid buddy)
Uncle Tan, Maxwell44 and Texas Gman consistently outbid all comers on DD. Here's how they do it, Uncle Tan sets the automatic bid process, then he waits until all have exhausted all their efforts trying to win. Once he wins which is inevitable he doesn't pay for the item win he takes the bid equivalent value. So for a 1300$ printer he doesn't actually pay the final item price rather he receives the bid equivalent about 5000 bids. This gives him increased bidding power for more items. For instance the car he won for 194$ would have given him about 100,000 bids. So he has hundreds of thousands of bids which give him unbeatable bidding power. DD doesn't lose because they give him bids valued at. 13 cents and don't have to order the item and on a car for instance they will make 150,000$ typically. So Uncle Tan, Maxwell44 and Texas G Man will always win every auction they're in and the honest bidder always loses. If you see an auction with these guys don't waste your money you will never win. Unless you have a couple of hundred thousand bids per item to use because Uncle Tan does and DD loves the way he operate. I've lost thousands with these guys, I call them the big three.

You're absolutely right that all bidders have the option to exchange their auction win to bids. The exchange rate is not set at 13c but instead varies from one item to the next. While it is subject to change depending on a number of factors, the exchange rate is more often $1 per bid so a $1,000 item would have an exchange rate of 1,000 bids.
I hope that helps to shed some light on the exchange to bids option that is available and the same for all bidders.
We do have some bidders that have been with us for a while and are more active than others. Recently we added a 50 wins per week limit on all auctions on DealDash. After implementing this we saw the number of unique winners increase by approximately 30%. We've also been adding more One Per User auctions, and have some other new and exciting promotions coming soon that we hope will make the bidding experience more fun for all of our wonderful DealDashers!

Once you learn the ins and outs of auctioning on this site you will win stuff at low prices. For example: I won a 550 dollar vacuum cleaner for under 6 dollars. Including bids it was like maybe 15 or 20 bucks. I won a 300 dollar top quality duffel bag for like 6 bids which ended up being like a dime. I won a set of knives for 2 dollars. CHECKING? 10 second rule?
Well, I have one question that I would like answered.
Before I give any more stars.
And that question is what is with the 10 second bid not working when I'm the only bidder? The timer gets to 0 and a message flashes CHECKING.
Now the timer would be at 12+seconds if it continued to count down and BAM another bidder jumps in? That has happened 4+ times to me. I would like to know why the 10 second rule does not or is not allowed to apply in those situations?
Other than that it is an addictive experience
And I do enjoy the concept but until this CHECKING thing gets cleared up for me I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to deal dash.

In this case the system was checking for any booked BidBuddies from other members that it must activate and keep the auction running. I do know that no one has had any extra time or advantage to try and outbid you. In the case that you see the auction timer hit zero and you are not immediately congratulated with the fireworks animation, it may be the case that there’s a delay in automatically refreshing the website. I’d recommend quickly refreshing your browser to see if the auction has ended or not: either the auction is still ongoing and you still have a chance to participate in the auction, or you’ve actually won the auction.
One thing that may help is to keep other tabs, windows and browsers closed while bidding to help keep your computer running as quickly as possible. Also it is always good to use the BidBuddy when you can, as there is a system in place that will ensure your bid is placed even if there are any unexpected network interruptions or loading delays.

In the 2016 and 2017 I won a lot of items and some for a few bids. I run a non-profit animal rescue and we expanded and I was too busy to bid for most of 2018. I went back about two weeks ago and noticed than people (BOTZS?) are paying 37.68 for a 25.00 gift card WHAT!
How do you pay 12.68 more than the value? That was the price NOT the price and bids and NO it was not a 50% price day. Either people are REALLY stupid or something is funny here. I will not be back.

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.

By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction.
