It may be a great place to buy things at a lower cost if you win the auction. I spent over $200 before I knew it on a picture I wanted for my daughter in law's birthday. It was from the Far East collection. I had over 1300 bids into the auction and it was me and another bidder. Then there was another bidder comes in and starts bidding. That is where it gets up. After $3 a auction is closed and no new bidders are allowed. But if you bid before it gets $3, you can come back anytime and bid. So me and the other bidder used up most of our bids and got this auction up. Then a bidder from way back comes in when my bids have reached over 1300 and decided to start bidding again. Now I buy more Bids. I spent almost $200 on bids and still didn't win the auction. So be careful, because you can lay the groundwork just so someone else can come in and buy the house cheap.

I just can't take any more of these auction sites scamming everyone out of their hard earned money. I suppose if people know they are going to most likely lose their shirt it is okay but it just seem so wrong.

This site is clearly for fun and a bit of an addictive gambling site in a way. It takes a while to become keen to how and when to bid... and when to walk away. Winning is fun and losing really sucks because they are basically taking your hard-earned money. Some people seem to "live" on the site and when you see them jump in on something you're bidding on, you just have to either decide to stay the course, or realize they are far more experienced (and resilient) than you and cave.

I'm taking a break from DealDash for a while. All auctions I participated in I was unsuccessful in getting a deal. People ran the price up to the BIN price or higher. Why waste time bidding all day to then pay full price. It is not worth the effort. I have wasted a lot of time and money.

I saw a commercial for DealDash and I read about it on their website. It peaked my interest so I signed up. For me personally it is a little more intense than I thought. I gratefully took advantage of the 100% satisfaction guarantee and requested a refund. The response was amazingly quick. They are a stand up company.

Having been a member/sucker since Dec. 2016 it came to my attention there are 30 or so players who win 98% of ALL the "high end" merchandise. (I question there pricing) As mentioned by others they seem to have Unlimited Bids, hence you haven't got a prayer of winning those items. Many items are marked as"1" meaning you can only win the item once, that is a FARCE. The 98%ers I mentioned win these items numerous times, generally with at least 6 months between wins. I contacted DD about this & was told they were winning same item but NOT from auctions marked as "1". BULL!

DealDash is the best penny auction site, hands down! The frequent promotional pricing of the bids makes it affordable to play and win. And, if you don't win, Buy it Now with all bids back and Free Shipping helps you to at least break even on the item you choose. I have received all items won or purchased through Buy it Now. Any issues that have been brought to the attention of customer service have been remedied quickly. I am a big fan of the site.

I responded to a promotion that Dealdash was offering. The deal was, if I installed the Dealdash app on my phone and purchased one bid pack they would give me almost 5000 gems. I fulfilled my part of the deal and never got my gems. All I continue to get, is computer generated emails saying they will resolve the problem. They have no intention of doing that. They are scammers.

DealDash can be fun if you're either rich or bidding on small-dollar items. And they have $3.00 and $5.00 no jumper limits on items. But the developers need to do something about keeping people from jumping into an auction after 3 or 4 people have legitmately used either Bid Buddies or their eyeballs to tract and bid on an auction for hours or even days. Of course, it should pay off for someone to religiously watch an item and get into the auction when it's down to a couple of people but, if those 2 or 3 folks have been bidding on an item for a long time and invested time and bids (read "money") into it, it's just not right for someone to pop in there at the last minute and win the item. I've gotten so tired of this happening that I'm not using the site anymore. It is too disappointing and frustrating.

I LOVE DealDash! I don't really win a lot, but it's fun and sort of relaxing all at the same time. I like the Buy it Now feature for sure. I just received a wonderful TV today through BIN... and getting the bids back is like icing on the cake. It's easy to get addicted... but I still love it!

I was very happy to win a $320 kayak for approx $115 (including bids). However when the June 24 delivery date came and went with no kayak, I contacted customer support. Upon further checking they discovered that the vendor they used did not have any more kayaks left for the rest of the Summer. While that was not Deal Dash's fault, I feel that they should have been made aware of that, especially since the same kayak was up for auction about 10 days after mine. Deal Dash did offer me a $350 gift card in exchange, however what I REALLY wanted was the kayak.

I'm relatively new to DealDash, having learned about it from a friend. And while I've not yet won anything, I did make a huge mistake in making a deposit/buying bids on my account. DealDash has customer service that is second-to-none! They handled MY mistake in a very proficient and professional way. Extremely honest and very helpful. Walked me through what is probably a very simple task (I'm so not technically inclined), showed me a great deal of patience and respect and, BEST OF ALL, actually fixed the mistake I made with a bonus in my favor. I couldn't be more pleased. They've earned my business! Thank you DealDash for being the very best!

This thing is rigged like the lottery. One person may win the bid at a fair price - all of the rest spent money to lose. My guess is that they are in fact selling goods for 10X the win bid as every loser fritters away bids they bought. Can't believe the high ratings - guess a lot of people flunked math in grade school.

Being new to this type of site, I was completely lost. When I got in trouble they did help my plight. This is more for the pc than the smartphone, take heed. Overall they did tell me what I needed at the time. They were kind, an truly direct. Just shy of warm. So,
I'm going back for more deals, knowing they are lookong out for me if needed. Got to dash, see you there.

I am really happy to post what I think of deal dash because I can do this from the heart. I have found this site to be very honest. And the opportunity is there for everyone to get a really good deal. The variety of items to bid is way beyond anything that other auctions have to offer. And free shipping works always. Dealdash is my favorite site!

I found in reading that DealDash is only for US users I am Canadian. I contacted the live chat line to see what I should do and was immediately helped and refunded my initial cost. It is too bad DealDash is not available in Canada as well, great site. Thank you for you excellent customer service.

I would just like to say I really appreciate the quick, friendly and supportive response to my refund request from the Deal Dash website. I honestly expected a negative response and a shut down. DealDash will be successful business maintaining the level of customer support that was shown me. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let others know this web business is trustworthy.

I made a mistake and it told me I had placed an order which I was only updating some info. I immediately sent a message to customer service and within 10 minutes they had taken care of my goof up. They get an A plus plus. Most companies have bad customer service today and this is a nice change. Thanks for taking care of this matter.

Deal dash is a great web site, but if you are like me i put things away for birthdays and special holidays and give a lot to charity imagine my dismay when i gave my grandson a remote jeep for his birthday and it had two little metal pieces missing in the battery department and it would not work i had to end up going out and buy him another one from the store. When i contacted deal dash they gave me bids but made a big deal about how long i had the item see i assume everything is new and not defective, so now have to take everything out of boxes to make sure they work and try to pack them back in. Not real fun to do but all you have to do is get burned or imbarrased one time and it changes things. So check all items.

Not fair! I was bidding and some bids just disappeared, then I tried to buy more and it would go through but it still said my bids were 0. I contacted them and received no response. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to contact them again. Still no response. I was bidding on 2 items and they went to someone else right away because the bids I bought would not show up. It is only fun while it was fair, now in feel cheated.
