I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Normally I don't do reviews at all but when I clicked on the deal dash site and filled out a username and created my new account, just to look at their stuff it charged my card 72 dollars! Now I didn't see nothing about a membership fee or anything to that effect of them even charging my card! Thankfully on my bank account I had just under 70 dollars in there so it declined that purchase! So please guys read EVERYTHING or you could be like me and get charged for just trying to look at their inventory!
Tip for consumers:
They should tell people before they create an account that it's going to charge them money before they create it

I have won 3 auction items that were suppose to be delivered 3 weeks ago. I have not received them. I have also emailed customer service 4 times and have had no response at all. They say they answer all emails within 46 hours. It has been 8 days and no resonse. BEWARE! I will be filing disputes with my credit card and also reporting them to the attorney general.

Quick and painless refund on initial bid pack purchase. Was actually impressed did not get the run around. I am aware of the bids I was allowed to keep even after refund. I will use these bids in hopes of winning an auction and may in turn return to purchase more if my buying experience is successful. Thx.

Good to hear John, we are happy to welcome you to DealDash. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
After 9 months on Dealdash... I just did the math. It cost me $947 to buy/win $600 worth of goods. I feel so stupid after adding up the price of all the bids I bought and the goods. It is addicting and they do little things to distract you from realizing how much you are spending. (earning "free" bids, teasing you that someone just got a fantastic deal on something).

Hi Gerald. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't win as much as you were expecting. If you'd like to receive some bidding tips and strategies to help you win more auctions, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help. My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com
I would encourage you to take advantage of the Buy it Now feature if you do not win an auction. This virtually removes any risk of bidding and leads to an overall better experience of using the site based on the customer data we've gathered since our February 2009 launch.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Best,
Adrian
I stupidly made a rookie mistake and the Deal Dash team was very helpful in fixing my it to my satisfaction. They practice very fair and just customer service to even dummies like me.; o) Thanks Deal Dash!

Awful! I bought $279.00 worth of bids and could only win small bid packages. There are so many idiots on here anymore that always stomp my bids. The price is way too high on most items. All these idiots do is raise the price! I tried all different times of the day and night and it made no difference. I always use my Bid Buddy but the newbies just bid right over top of me. It's getting too expensive for me anymore.

Have the best day!
Dealdash charged my account $36.00 for bids when I was just looking. It was mis leading. I HAVE reached out to customer service and no one has responded. I would like my money refunded. I am disappointed with their customer service.

Hi Amy R, I see a customer support agent replied to a support request from Amy R. Last week on October 27th, the same day the support request was submitted. DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase so we'll be happy to process this for you straight away. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Dave
This is a legitimate site. You spend your bids at a chance to win nice things at substantial savings. The shipping is always free and prompt. Customer service is fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend. (And hope they don't bid against me! LOL!)

Love Deal Dash, but it is very deceiving on how much you are spending if you don't keep am eye on it. I had spent $2000. 00 before I realized it in just a month with very little to show for it. Very addictive. I need to stay away.

I'm always amazed at the merchandise available to be bid on... sometimes you can get a super deal... I shop through the year for Christmas, birthdays, etc. And if you don't have the winning bid, you can purchase the item, get your bids back, and shipping is always free.
Tip for consumers:
If you are new, you need to calculate the cost of your bids, and please use the bid buddy so everyone has the same chance to bid and accumulate the all-important free bids. But, most of all, have fun.

I downloaded the app after seeing a commercial to see how it worked. Of course to even see anything you have to enter your credit card. After analyzing the app i decided not to participate and deleted it only to find out a week later they had purchased $75 worth of bids without my permission and will not respond to any of my customer support! Upset does not even begin to describe me as I cannot afford to just throw away $75 and I only want my money back. I see this is a problem with many people on many websites and on all it seems as if the customer support is avoiding the situations

I purchased th minimum amount of bids for $36 to see how it worked and if I would like it. They advertise money back... don't trust this statement. You do not get your money back. At least I didn't. I tried bidding and it is bogus. You have to have plenty of bids, thousands to get anywhere. Don't waste your time or money if you don't plan on spending hundreds. I did not win anything I bid on yet my money is gone. I guess I just donated $36 to keep this scam running.

Hi Annie! We have a 90 day money back guarantee covering your first bid pack, and I assure you that is a policy that we stand behind. All you have to do to receive this refund is send an e-mail to our customer support team asking for your money back, so please get in touch with them if you haven't already.
You can also send me a personal message through here if you're having trouble getting in touch with us directly. I'd be more than happy to look into your case to make sure it gets resolved.
DealDash has been a lot of fun and I've done very well. I just re-started with them from 2 years ago and it has really improved. I really like the discounted bids sales.
I just would like to tell newbies, using the Bid Buddy is a great option. And, let the clock count down for the person you are about to bid over. It gives them time toward FREE BIDS and in turn you will get Free bids when the clock runs down. You'll see!

I signed up without reading completely the sign up agreement. I was unable to afford the amount that was taken with my permission from my debit card. I sent a request to have a review. Within 36 hours I was issued a complete refund without jumping through hoops! Because of the way my claim was handled I will recommend them as often as possible! If I was able to join I would and will when able! A true reputable company! Much gratitude!

WHAT a SCAM! How is it an auction when the timer counts down to zero and then goes back up over and over again? I paid $150 for a TV and then ran out of money to keep bidding on it and then some dude comes in and wins it out of the blue? How do I not know that isn't a swoopo friend? Auction my A$$. Call it what it really is... swoopo stealing your money.

I have loved Dealdash from the beginning, but it is pretty much impossible to win, or get a good deal anymore. There are just too many people bidding on one bid, for example, I remember bidding on a $25.00 Amazon card in the past and there would be 10 maybe 15 bidders, now you have 30- 40 bidders on one card, it is crazy how these people don't care about a good deal, they just care about winning, even if they are paying more than what the card is worth. I really think you need to add a lot more auctions, because there are a lot more people bidding now that you are advertized on T. V. I'll be waiting and hoping. Thank You.

I had just bought my first bid pack, but was unable to proceed with any auctions as an unexpected emergency doctors visit came up so I requested a refund from Deal Dash and they responded right away and was understanding and granted me the refund.

It is an auction... you won't always win but I have been successful twice at HUGE savings. As with any auction you need a stategy and be careful with your bids but I've even told my kids about this and I will definately do it again!

While I won a lot of small auctions, I enjoyed using deal dash and like the idea of free shipping. I did notice a lot of the same names winning and figure they have either won or bought a lot of bids. I can't afford to keep up. Last tried a BP card and used all 200 of my bids but didn't even come close. I never expected it to go for $44.

I received an Apple Ipad mini cover and keyboard. It did not fit, plus it wouldn't latch as the instructions stated. I contacted customer service and the gave me step by step instructions how to return and a statement saying that I'll receive a Walmart gift card in place of the item.

Thanks for the review Joanne. I'm glad we could help resolve the situation. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
Items won or bought are faulty. Return information is ambiguous. Loosing several items when almost double of the winning number of bids are used seems "funny"
Especially looking at the number of bids that won the same items at an earlier auction. Several times when I was using my hand held I could not log into the
Automatic bid page. I have used all my bids and will make purchases of items at
Name Stores.

I find the staff at deal dash to be very helpful. They respond very quickly and are professional. I enjoy the site and generally speaking I'm a pretty competitive person. However i do find it disheartening to loose so many auctions to over-bidders. I would like to see something put in-place that would stop a bidder from bidding once they have exceeded the purchase value in bids... the other item i would like to see is for the dashboard to have a way for the user to delete auctions they do not intend to buy... my dashboard can get really cluttered up and it's hard to follow the auctions i really intend to buy it now on! Thank you for asking for my comments. I hope you take them seriously! ~Donna~

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
