I ordered my product a month and a half ago and have yet to recieve it. I sent many e-mails asking about my order status with no reply. You may look up your order status online. My status has been on printing label for two 1/2 weeks. Must be an empressive label. Expected time is one to two business days. Its frustrating I wouldn't recommend buying anything form the goto websites.
I got a call from Customs saying I had to give them more info...since my computer knowledge is VERY limited (I am a senior) I did not know how to do what they wanted so they said they would have to send the item back to Dealdash...I notified you and the issue was resolved. Thank you very much.

Tried to do the steps for free bids and had a problem doing the comment required portion. Emailed them and they gave me the free bids anyway!
Once you learn the ins and outs of auctioning on this site you will win stuff at low prices. For example: I won a 550 dollar vacuum cleaner for under 6 dollars. Including bids it was like maybe 15 or 20 bucks. I won a 300 dollar top quality duffel bag for like 6 bids which ended up being like a dime. I won a set of knives for 2 dollars. Since it was a half price sale I paid 98 cents. Including bids i probably paid 5 dollars for these top quality chef knives.

This site used to be a great auction site, but lately I have noticed that even with fairly aggressive bidding there are a lot of bidders out there who are overtaking the auctions. It would be nice if management would consider a few more controls to give more folks a chance to win now and then.

It can be very frustrating when you have a hard time playing with the "big bidders" that have big banks of bids. Also challenging is overcoming the "threatening" bidders names that make you unsure of where you stand. I wonder if anyone ever reviews the names that some of your bidders use. And, the statements under their names can be disheartening. I am going to start listing some of them so I can share next time I have a chance to review.

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.

Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids.
