I of course like many others start with the “gift card” and I move on to bids while in an auction I placed 264 bids I placed 30 more bids on that automatic bid and then puff auction over I sent a complaint 24 hours ago still no response today I buy more bids and of course I am trying to get in on the action and it boots me out to YouTube over and over I thought maybe something is wrong with my iPhone let me try on my computer guess what same thing all I know is I have spent a $100 dollars for 2 $10 gift cards some cheap looking sushi plate and a Bluetooth speaker and it is a brand that I have never heard of no I am placing bids on a ps4 still waiting for an email or a call from deal dash it's fun but I am starting to feel like a sucker
Out of no where I was charged without my knowledge $72 after multiple requests for a refund no one has contacted me since. Do not recommend for anyone it is definitely a SCAM
Hi Diana. I apologize for any inconveniences or delays.
I have reviewed your account information and can confirm that your refund was successfully processed n 11//28. Typically the processing time is no more than 3-5 business days, but if you have not received your refund I would recommend contacting your bank directly.
Rep went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my delivery problem and provided exceptional service giving me many options to choose to resolve my delivery issue. The ending result was FAR better than I expected. I am so please with this rep, he made my day by taking time with me and providing me many options. He has the patience of a saint. I would highly recommend DEAL DASH especially their service. Just doesn't get any better!
Dont bother with this scam. Your better off burning your money.
No deals like they state. Stick with Ebay. At least you have a chance.
Hi Mark. You’ll be happy to know that if you do not win anything with your first bid pack (as advertised, first bid pack only), DealDash will put those bids back into your account so you can try again, we call this our Winning Guarantee.
I have returned the bids from your first bid pack to your account. Keep in mind, you can always re-coup the bids from all other subsequent bid packs by taking advantage of our Buy It Now feature. If you want some advice on how to win the auctions, you should check out the “Tactics & Tips” section of our website (http://www.dealdash.com/page.php?id=6), as well as our official blog (http://dealdashblog.com/). They both contain great information to help teach new users how to take advantage of our bargains!
Please let us know if you have any more questions or concerns.
When you first sight up they guarantee you win. How they do this is by putting things up that only a few people can access. That is how you win. Don't waste your money here. I proved it by opening another account. Then when I won they said that it was fraudulent and did not ship wins or refund all my bids.
Hi Thomas. Please note that you are referring to our beginner auctions. These auctions are indeed easier to win, since they are only visible to our new users. We offer these auctions for new users to have a chance to learn more about how our auctions work before going up against tougher competition. As far as your second account goes, please note that our guidelines state that we only allow one account per user, in order to maintain a Fair and Honest website.
This site is great but also the workers are better when it comes to any issues.
The only reason i gave them four stars is because there was no skateboards or long boards but all in all really good site.
I don't know whether it's a deal or a scam! This is my opinion on my 4 day experience with Deal Dash. If you don't like losing almost all of your first purchase ($36 for 300 bids), don't get involved, This isn't a lot of money but as one other reviewer said, after winning the first two $10 Walmart cards, I was unsuccessful in getting any other wins. I read all the helps, strategies, etc but still lost. The bid buddy is successful in placing your bids at the last minute but there are usually several other people that have bid buddies so it's a chance not a sure thing. I feel it's pretty near impossible to win unless you're willing to spend big bucks on buying bids and a LOT of time. You get a discount on the first 300 bids but that's it that I know of. It's my opinion that you are allowed to win the first couple $10 gift cards to get you hooked as another bidder said. This could be a blast if you had better chances to win. If you have the money to keep buying bids with a slight chance of winning, go for it, it's fun. I guess I'm not a gambler with the funds to continue.
Hi Elaine. Thanks for your honest feedback. It is true that winning on DealDash requires some strategy and time to learn about how the auctions work. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you. If there is any way we can help make DealDash a better experience for you, please let us know. We welcome any suggestions you may have that could help us improve. Have a great day and hope to see you again!
Had a question on one of my first wins, received answer on chat on line within 1 minute very impresed. Thank You. I'll keep bidding
Though i'm a new customer but my experience with dealdash so far has been smooth. I can bodly vouch for them anywhere, anytime, anyday that they are indeed here to help the less priviledge
Steve helps you out. Always get steve. Not Mathew he sucks
I was new to this type of bidding site. I made a deposit and attempted to get into the swing of things but honestly I found the process to be a bit boring and I also felt as if I was a rookie amongst a bunch of pros. The thought of actually being able to acquire something such as MacBook for under $40 bucks sounds very interesting but the actuality of that happening are slim to none in my book especially when you have "PROS" who have thousands invested into there accounts that they have set to automatically place bids up to $100 below the actual retail price. I mean if one could get a $ 1400 item for $1100 that is still a great deal. But to the average Joe hoping to get lucky and grab the steal of a lifetime $1100 hurts just as bad as $1400.
Nice to speak to a person that gives consideration and correct information. Had a problem and the Steve was able to solve my problem within a minute. Thanks for being there DealDash.com
I couldnt use the site. So i called about the money back refund. The agent did not hesitate and quickly credited the money back to my card. I also have a crappy phone. And he was very calm with me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I needed a refund and it took James about 1.5 minutes to do that for me with no, absolutely no hassle for me. I can't believe this just happened. I love DealDash. I wish I could afford it and had the time to spend on it. It seems like a really cool thing you guys are doing here. Thank you James!
Wont be shoping with u due to bidding process im used to bid and its bought but u have to spend money on bids and the product thats almost the same as buying retail price only reason i will give all stars is for fast and productive customer service
It was a fantastic experience, Adrian took care of the problem I contacted him about. He was very understanding and opted to hold to the email I received.
Don't believe all the 5 star reviews on this site for dealdash. Check the Better Business Bureau and actual independent review sites for the truth about this company. Don't waste your time or money on this carnival scam.
Hi John. I would like to invite you to take a moment and to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young:

On a separate note, we have a maximum standing of A+ on the Better Business Bureau, and get periodically audited by independent third parties.
Had a problem with my paypal. Customer service handled it immediately. Very professional. Thank you for your excellent service.
I learned a lot about how touch screen montiors will work with or with out a mouse. I was also told how the auction site worked. I can't wait to try it out

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hi Beatriz, I want to start this conversation by inviting you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young: https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic. I would love to show this to you, how can we help? Please let me know. Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids. We recommend our users to bid on items they really want, so that if they lose the auction, they can still get the item and their bids back. Let me know if you have more questions!
Answer: Hi Julie, I hope you are having a wonderful day I'd be happy to explain how the Buy-It-Now option works. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Please let us know if you have any other questions and be sure to read more about us here: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work Thanks so much for your great question, please feel free to reach back out and let us know if there's anything else you need. Answer: Hi Elizaabeth, Thank you for getting in touch. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase. Our payments team can get in touch with you and issue a refund. Please send me a number we can call. My email is adrian@dealdash.com
Answer: Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sure this has been a misunderstanding. DealDash is audited by Ernst & Young, confirming that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered. DealDash members and their acquaintances are strictly banned from taking part in the auctions. My guess is that another user may have chosen a user name similar to DealDash. If so, we'll need to change it to avoid confusion. Please send me an email with your user name, so I can find the auctions and spot the user. My email is adrian@dealdash.com I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi Jan, For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance. If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won. Giving DealDash a try is risk free!
Answer: Hi Jasmine. All items on the site are brand new, factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. Vanessa, I am very sorry to hear you have felt that way. Could you please let me know your user name and I'll pull up your account? I'll be happy to assist with any concerns!
