I contacted Customer support because the bid counter didn't seem to be crediting bids accurately. Customer support rep, Andrew, seemed to understand and appeared to really care about my concerns. He submitted a report to their tech support and confirmed he had my correct email address in order to get back in touch with me once tech support responded to the request he was sending. I was pleased with my experience with their customer support division.
I havent won anything but a $10; however when I had a problem with the procedure and a refund they were extremely forthcoming got back to me immediately and gAve me a full refund. Tactically real which means a great deal these days!
Must be careful as there are many "high rollers" on the site that will spend as much as they have to too win.
Many players spend way over the purchase price because they are just entertaining themselves.
Just do not get hooked and be smart.
They're house brands are cheap garbage and they write fake reviews to lure victims. I ordered a Bluetooth speaker "worth $250" and it was an absolute joke. I have a $10 speaker that sounds amazing compared to the cheap garbage they sent me.

I have had an good experience with deal dash. If you take your time and dont try to over bid and let the time count down it will be better for you. So many people try to out bid each other by clicking you right out the bid.

Won an item at DealDash and as always, made full payment through Paypal... The item did not arrived at the minimum time as stated. All items prior was arrived before the stated time frame. CSR Mark look into the delay and found the item was back ordered (out of stock)... He took initiated of the issue and follow up until the item was found and delivered... He should be an example for all future trainee at DealDash. Job well done Mark - Thank you.
Deal Dash has been amazing. I have won several items for pennies on the dollar which would have cost me in the hundreds. The site is easy to use but can be quite addicting. I would recommend this site especially around the holidays because deal dash is always making deals even with bid packages.
Won auctions in early nov. Could not get emails or phone calls answered. Now Christmas and no gifts. Had to go out and buy replacement items. Dealdash can not be a viable business with no customer service and no deliveries in 6-8 weeks. Ripoff. Watch out for this site. Site must be a scam...
DealDash is a great website for people who enjoy purchasing bids. Purchasing bids may not be for everyone, but DealDash is a great place to bid on items. Recently I guess I did not read and understand the sign up process and got myself in a mess. I contacted Customer Service regarding the matter. I have been on DealDash since September, 2012. I have won over 300 auctions. It's a fun site to use to win items and gift cards. You have to know that you win some and you lose some, however, if you do not win the item that you were bidding on you able to purchase it and you receive your bids back to bid again on something else. Their customer service was kind of shabby about a year a ago but has extremely improved. I feel very confident that I will receive every item I have won or bought. Only one time in over a year I did not receive an item and after contacting them I received it. You buy your bids and it's best to wait until they have a promotion to buy the bids at a cheaper price. It's addictive, but fun at the same time.

Won gift card - received card in mail- went to validate card and found it had no value assigned to it. Wrote deal dash and they are working to resolve the problem. Very quick response and I am, so far, happy.
When you win an auction you have a choice of receiving the item or bids. Because of this, people over the years have racked up an unlimited amount of bids and can literally win every auction. You do not have a chance of winning an auction against those people. It did not take very long to figure this out, so don't waste your money.

We do have some bidders that have been with us for a while and are more active than others. Recently we added a 50 wins per week limit on all auctions on DealDash. After implementing this we saw the number of unique winners increase by approximately 30%. We’ve also been adding more One Per User auctions, as well as previous promotions where auctions cannot be exchanged. With that said, the majority of auctions are not exchanged and the winning bidder receives the item they won.
We, of course, are hoping you can win many of these items at a great discount! If you don’t win an auction, we do have our Buy it Now option which returns the bids used back to your account. Some of the most successful bidders use Buy it Now, meaning they either win for a great deal or buy the item they want anyway and get all the bids back.

I have been a customer since March 2016 and have enjoyed participating.
On the rare occasions where I have had a problem with a product, customer service (different analysts same high quality of service) has always resolved the issue to my benefit.
One of the highlights of my DealDash experience was when I won the Jeep Cherokee in May 2019. James provided excellent service.
It was the smoothest purchase of a vehicle in my life.
It took me some time to understand the concept of some bid packs being available as a one time per user. But I appreciated how you evolved and became inventive and added bid packs to facilitate purchase of bids to long time loyal customers while growing your business and being fair to new customers. I also feel that the products you sponsor for new upcoming companies like Bolvaint and Ashley Avenue are quality.
Have enjoyed using deal dash from the very first time i got on the site. Very easy to use and very honest bidding. Anything that i won was delivered promptly and free as promised. Have had no problems with anything.
Have been very satisfied with the items, and service you provide on this site. I must admit, some of the bidders are not very understanding on how the timer works. But overall I highly enjoy the auctions>
At first I enjoyed playing DealDash, I got nice items for a cheaper price than I could buy in the store. Even thou they do not ship to Alaska I used my son's address and would get the items when I went home. Got a lot of Christmas presents. The other problem is the longer you play the more bids you have to buy to win your item and the less free bids you get when you reach a higher level. I placed a bid on Friday for an Apple MacBook Lite and bid until Sunday spending $1165. 00 on bids when it only cost $1139. 00 and still did not win. It is fun at first but not later on. Just be careful.
Great fun and nice products with fast shipping. Love the nailbitting fun! Lots of very cool and up to date items that really anyone will want to get for themselves or as gifts for loved ones or friends!
I don't usually use sites like this, but i found out that to me this is the safest site out there to buy and use bids, sometimes when using webroot to rate other sites it may take awhile to get your bids in the long run it's worth the wait
I love the competition and the price of bids versus products offered. I have won two jack type stools for my kitchen island, three ottoman, high end computer chair for my office, keyboard and Kamikoto knives for the kitchen just to name a few.
It has been a great auctions experience!
There was a time that DealDash was fun and exciting... but now it is just plain annoying and frustrating. I end up losing more and more money now - so once I run out of bids this time, I will no longer be wasting my time or money on DealDash. :(
