Was Great My Customer service Rep. Matthew was Swift with understanding my situation verified my transaction and helped me before I can finish asking how he can help me. I was Happy Very satisfied and encouraged to return when ready and wished me Happy Holidays after all was said and done.

When i first discovered your site it was fun and affordable. Unfortunately you have advertised and promoted yourselves to the masses to the point of mediocrity, at best. Congrats, you're following in the footsteps of your predessors ZBIDDY, Quibids and BEEZID. Absolutely no reason to stay with you.

My name is Qundray Gray I just made a mistake and purchase 600 bids for 13 cents a peice and I really need a refund it was a 100% mistake that was made on the app. So please refund my money into my account

I did not bid on anything but was charged $149.00 on my debit card. Called my bank to put a hold on this and was told I could since it was a debit card. Explained I did not give permission. I should have used my visa card. Duh I was new to all of this stuff on the internet and didn't know the difference. I do now. I contacted DealDas.com and told them to cancel my account and wrote my bank back and told the what I did. I received to further charges never went back to the site but did not get my $149.00 refunded. I chalked it up to lesson learned and let all my friends not Togo to site.

DealDash has very unique items, but I spent more time watching the bidding and buying bids, (that did not go on sale when I needed them) that the entire experience became too overwhelming, and I decided to close the account.

A fun, fast pace auction site. I had a couple little problems, not realizing it was from my own computer but a gentleman called me and talked me thru what I should do to get the best out of the site. Then the other problem I just emailed them and "KIM" got right back to me with great answer to the problem. Both times it was like dealing with a friend. I'm a 24/7 caregiver to my husband who is a disabled Vet and my computer is my downtime to relax and Dealdash offers great offers on prices of bids from time to time, which is great when on a budget. I never understood my bids were gone whether I won or not. I was an auctioneer and knew anybody could have fun just bidding even though they knew they couldn't possibly win a new car for $5.00, it could be wonderful fun just to say you were bidding on that brand new Cadillac. I was dissapointed to find all my bids were just gone, win-or-not, unlike our live auctions. DealDash reacted to my dismay most promptly and professionally... even graciously. My faith was restored, my interest renewed, and I intend to spend more money, more knowledgely, with sufficient bids so I can do it right this time. THANK YOU DEALDASH for helping this previously unenlightened bidder!

I wish i had more time to bid all day with yard work and house work andwith my wife and i both have cancer with doctor visits and tests we are on the go most of the time. But i will tell you the first time i got on your site i won two things the first time i was on i wish i could get on and win more great bidding site i have recomened to others keep up the good work guys i love the site. As a onetime avid bidder, I have become perplexed as to the lack of products offered and the amounts shown as BUT IT NOW prices. My activity has dropped off to zero but will occasionally look in hoping for changes.

This site could provide more in customer/user information, (I would probably look for such information in the "How it works section). Items like the loss of unused money added to BidBuddy in multiple auction when a successful bid brings you to you weekly limit. Additional information on how to organize your auction views and why the view changes when you leave it to check something on your Dashboard and return to the auction view.

I just entered this program 10min, ago so i honestly don't know anything yet, but i have faith in this program GOD gave someone the ability to set such a great thing up, I pray for people worse than me.

I won an auction for an item from Omaha Steaks valued at $85. I was contacted by DD a few days after the auction's end and informed that the item was not in stock. . I was having an extreme time trying to win auctions, and my anziety was just too high, which with a broken back from my waist down, waiting to see yet another neurosurgeon... made my pain very bad. I wrote to Deal Dash for a refund. I received a reply almost immediately saying they would give me my refund, and if I wanted to try again with the bids I still had to go ahead. This is unusual, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I feel so good about this company I will try again to learn the game. I worked for a large bank servicing credit cards, for 16 years and I KNOW what good customer service is. I am so impressed!

I feel a lot of people are over bidding bringing up the prices that sh. Ould be going to buy it know but some how the stay in and win and pay 4 times on what the item should have cost.
