They have a great variety of products, really cheap prices and are very reliable with shipping! But the best is they offer DM-Points - which is a reward system! I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

My new Redmi Note 2 was purchased at an amazing price and has performed perfectly since I got it. Dealsmachine support was very helpful with my questions and solved all problems for me quickly.

I chose the cheapest shipping option to reduce my overall cost and it took just as long as they described it would so I'm happy with my saving.

Have since purchased more items from them and will be purchasing more in the future.

A great catalog of tech items at great prices with reliable delivery and shipping. What more could you ask for?

Six weeks after placing the order my item has not been dispatched had replies that are intended to stall. I asked for a refund and they have stopped communicating. They are still showing my item as in stock for sale but are telling me today

We are sorry to inform you that since the Spring Festival is coming, the factory does not product the item. We expect to receive the goods in March. Would you like to wait?

Warning: what you see is not always what you get. Don't be misled by "expedited shipping". What they mean is that they take weeks to get the product out the door in the first place--but instead of shipping it on the slow boat from China, they give it to DHL and you get it in another week or so. I've ordered from them twice and both times they've done this to me. So they're going on my list of "never buy from these people again.

I have made several orders from Dealsmachine and the products always arrive in good condition within a reasonable time. They have various shipping options. The products I have bought include an MStar phone which turned out to be great, even though I had never heard of that brand before, and at a very good price.

I've had some minor issues on a couple of occasions, but their customer service always replies within 24 hours and have solved everything. I would happily use their site again.

Companies like Dealsmachine are really employing a lottery-type scam!. Satisfy a quota of the orders ( share the jackpot) but the greater number are screwed ( undelivered, defective, incorrect filling of order, do not fill the order at all). Two complaints and after that you cant get a response.

I wish I had read this review first because I would never have trusted them with money of any amount. Not only have I not received the goods but the tracking number given does not exist. Then it's impossible to even email them because of the round robin of info needed just to submit which does not end. The message is simple. Whatever the price. DON'T DO IT.

Baught a phone with 24hr dispatch, paid for expedited delivery only to be told they never had the item in stock in the first place. Was offered refund which I accepted then never heard from them since. They seem to want to keep my $202 with no intention of ever providing goods.

Bought a tablet from these people around 10 days ago. Was told yesterday it wasn't in stock and will take up to 15 days for them to arrive, but the item is still listed as in stock to this very second. They said they'd initiate a refund but 'it may take up to 5 days' and the order is still processing.

Very unprofessional company which also misspelled its own name repeatedly in the customer support ticket. Avoid if you don't want problems.

I purchased Quarter ball shaped 6 LED Garden solar lights. The light generated by the units is brighter than most solar lights. These units are a great addition to brighten a pathway, as accent lighting in your garden or lighting the entryway to your home. They are solar so they save you money by using the sun to generate their own power. They work so well I ordered more of them to give as gifts! My order arrived quickly and the price was only one quarter of what I would pay if purchased in a hardware store. I have made multiple purchases at Dealsmachine and always am satisfied with the product I receive.

Warning I have read many reviews about this company doing the same thing to many people. To make a long story short I ordered a tablet that was supposed to only take 2 weeks. After a few emails and 2 months later I got a message telling me that my order was cancelled and they were refunding my money. I never asked for refund I just wanted my product. It seems they are just selling you hopes and dream. Then just refund you after keeping you money interest free.

I ordered 4 in stock android phones and paid for the fastest shipping, which said would be delivered in 5-7 (to the best of my recollection) days. TEN days later I contacted them and asked for a status and they informed me the item was out of stock and would be back in stock in 3-7 business days. I can understand there was a mistake and something was marked in stock that was not, but they should have then notified me when they encountered the error.

I waited another 10 business days (14 days more, for a total of 24 days) and they still have not even sent me a status update, let alone shipped my items.

I am very disappointed, and from the flood of similar issues recently, suspect that the history of positive reviews may be manufactured.

Dealsmachine were helpful and quick to respond while my parcel - that never arrived - was within the two months delivery period. As soon as it was out and still no arrived, Dealsmachine have ignored the tickets I raised until I placed a review here. Shame it takes a negative review for them to respond. Happy I got my money back though.

Dealsmachine is what i say to be one of the best online retail store out there, they offer so much range at incredible prices. And the specs of there devices is every thing you would need to future proof and play so much on, it's crazy.

There service is great they always reply and have great solution and do there best as the can they make take a day or 2 to reply but the do care. A lot of people say they delivery is bad but i choose expedited shipping and it arrived around 2 weeks for me and i live in Australia.

All i can say is give them a go, it's safe and never had any troubles with payments or delivery. You might get unlucky with a devices but make sure you tell them to do a quality check before they send it out. And do some research on the product so you know what your getting.

I bought a cell phone which came after 2 months... even this i pay for a phone that it didnt work properly the touch screen, the cameras very bad quality etc... i was obligated to buy another phone! Never again from them BE AWARE

Buy at your own risk. I purchased several products in hundred of dollars from this so-called cool DealsMachine on-line retailer but the product came broken and the retailer refused to accept them back. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I do not refer a dog to this on-line retailer.

I cannot get a straight answer out of customer service as to what items in my order are not ready to ship, nor when the items will be available to ship. They refuse to answer the phone during normal business hours in Beijing China. Every time I log into LIVE CHAT they log off.

I communicated with customer service through on website support and they offered me a full refund after I filed a claim with paypal. I am waiting now for the refund.

From what I have read on this site this company should be closed down and paypal should remove services from the website ASAP!

Tip for consumers:
Customer service sends out the most vague responses to any questions you ask and tells you items in your order are not ready to ship after the items were available on the website. I continue to get nothing but double talk and jibberish. Nobody will answer the phone and nobody will answer live chat. YES I did all of this while they were during normal business hours in Beijing China.

Run searches on the internet and look at all the reviews for this website. You will see many, many, many people
