So many items to choose from. I purchased a 10" tablet last year. I love the tablet, it works wonderful. It came through mail service very quickly. I had a few questions before i ordered and was promptly given the replies i was looking for. Will buy again from them.

The put the items on website which they don't have in stock and when you order it will show processing for ages. When contact them they will tell you choose another item. Thus they will try to sell you something else. I cancelled my order to get a refund. Never ever buy from them you will not get it or get it late. They have very poor customer service. Online chat never works and no phone number to contact them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I brought a smart phone from Dealsmachine and found defects on the phone. I tried to contact with the company for over 10 days and filed complaints, but no one give me any response. Is it a company should do?

I recommend stay away from this company.

I made two orders from dealsmachine.com and they shipped in 3-5 days and my orders arrived as described. Original products, original package. They also giving points and making very good deals. Thank you dealsmachine :)

I love this site, I have ordered 4 times with no issues, great delivery and the product comes well shipped and in good condition, best of all I get a free give and DM points that I use to reduce the cost of my next order. Because i was so happy with this site I told my cooworkers about it and they have ordered and spread the word to family and friends. Also if you have a question they are quick to reply and very friendly.

Dealsmachine is great! Projector works really well for watching movies focuses pretty well and has a bright screen, doesnt have the best sound quality but i used my speaker and it works great with that!

I ordered an NO. 1 S6i and I still haven't received it yet It took about a week to ship instead of 24 hrs. I've been tracking through DHL and its just taking way to long for me to have payed for the fastest shipping possible. I still don; t have the phone and at this point I should feel a little worried.

I am very pleased with my purchases from Dealsmachine. They have great prices, reasonable shipping costs and the items I am looking for. My last order had a small error and the company was very responsive to my emails. Shipping time to Canada is a bit slow(4-5 weeks) but I will certainly order again.

I ordered a phone from them and paid extra for Expedited shipping. I haven't received the phone yet. The status has been showing as processing. Can someone please let me know if I'm getting the phone or give me a refund!

If you buy from these, you should hope that you have zero issues. They will take days to reply, Live chat is fake. They lie about "Backorders" and they will tell you that they are "interpolating (intercepting) your order in case you want to cancel". Another delay tactic.
Also no tracking number on paid fast shipping.
Basically, these are buying from factory on the basis of your order. So they have to wait to receive your order, then order it from factory, receive it and package with their packaging before the ship out. Which also means that they are untested.
There are plenty of other Chinese sites to go to. Stay clear of these, or you'll regret it when you have any issues.

Dealsmachine is one of my favourite sellers, through the years (4 or 5 i think) i buy mostly electronic devices (2 mobile phones, mp3 car player etc)
It is usually slightly cheaper than the competitors, the support is very good and friendly, when i had some problems with my purchases they always responded and refunded ASAP

The whole process was slow. I ended up canceling my order because i was being asked for information even after i sent it twice. Ebay and light in the box are never this complicated. And delivery is quick.

I've ordered some items from this site in some orders: yoyo, bluetooth smart speaker, lava inspired watch, magic cubes, transparent dice.
Latest was a very nice watch which is currently on it's way.
The communication was always good. The support is ready to help you.
The price of the items are cheap, but the build quality of the items was always high quality.

Order # D************** & Ticket # T*******755. Why are you ignoring my requests for a refund? You took my money 10 days ago and have sent NOTHING. You did not tell the items were out of stock (even though they were in stock when ordered) and now you won't respond to my emails. This company is so unprofessional. No phone number & no live chat. I will be lodging a PayPal dispute this afternoon. I am over being ignored. Do not buy from them.

I decided to order the MJX X101 drone from dealsmachine! Not only did they hook me up with a great price relative to everyone else (in fact it was much cheaper than other companies), they also we're very helpful in getting the package shipped to me quickly, and had quick response time as regards to customer service! Product came in perfect condition as shown on the website!

This company took my order on the 5th January for express delivery on an in stock item. Yesterday 3rd February, the item still hadn't been despatched, let alone delivered.

A complete waste of time, now having to reorder the item elsewhere, that I wanted to have for a special occasion.

Ignore it, when they reply here and say the offer or offered a solution, they don't. They simply offer you a completely different product and excuses.

I really do hope these scam artist go out of business.

Three times i made purchases on dealmachine.com and experience was one to savor. Customer care is very friendly and they are all too wiling to help with questions you may have. I highly recommend this site.

I have ordered so many items from here, including a Phablet, leather stand case, watches, etc, and they all arrived approx. 4 weeks. When my orders were sent out, I received an email to advise me, because it's from overseas, of course I gave it a bit of time, after all, it's been sent from the other side of the world, and they all arrived.

A friend talked to me about Dealsmachine, I've told myself that there must be suppliers offering their products without taking a huge percentage like well known internet suppliers. First I made a small order to test... then a second... and so on...

I must say that the follow up (communication) is pretty good. In China they have new year and holidays different than in America. So sometimes, their might be delays but: THEY DELIVER! If you are scared, the transactions goes trought Paypal: if there something going wrong they will back you up... but you will never use that option. So, before buying everywhere else: I START WITH THEM! They are the reference and reliable, post your reviews and you will have DM points that will make your purchase cheaper! Can I ask more?

Ordered some headphones in july, estimated arrival between the 10th and 25th of august, yet it's now over a month since then, no sign of the headphones. Customer support replies with the same monotonous "It may be affected by factors that delay it slightly" etc etc. I can understand a few days or maybe a week late, but a whole month?

I bought Onda V919 air shipped via flat rate... It takes really a long time to receive it.
So I send ticket to their customer service, and served me well. Somehow item arrived.

I've been buying items from Dealsmachine for a year now. From a small item like screen protector to a projector or a gadget like Onda 919 air...

When buying from this site, you are assured items will arrive... though it takes so long when shipped flat rate... about (15-30) business days PHILIPPINES Postal...

So when buying gadget have it shipped via EMS (15 business days) and pay extra or or DHL (7 days) not include processing time... whichever convenient in your country.

If problems arise, send a ticket to their customer service and they are readily help you within 24 hours. Have PATIENCE. Just open communication will help resolve any problems. Like refunds, returns and resend items.
