I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.
It is my second order from dealsmachine.com. I bought smartwatch phone. I choose standard shipping and received it quickly. Product is great, works excellent. I synchronize with smart phone thru bluetooth. I can make, receive calls. Also it has sim card slot. Next times I travel abroad I will buy sim card and use it as regular phone. Weird! But annoying, I placed an online order for a tablet. I was expecting the order status to be 'Processing' or 'Dispatched'. But, was shocked to see, the order status as 'Refunded'. First time I bought 2 phones from dealsmachine, one for my wide and one for myself. One phone was faulty, it would not turn on, I notified deals machine and they answered very quickly saying the would look into it and resolve my problem. Following a lot of contacts by me their reply was that they are looking into it. Three months later after getting PayPal involved the refunded me but a cost to me, I lost $65 on the deal due to money exchange and return postage. I still had not learned my lesson as subsequently, two months later I re-ordered a new phone. I again having the same problem getting satisfaction from dealsmachine, so NEVER AGAIN.

I bought a TV box from DealsMachine that needed to be returned for a refund (unfit for purpose). The refund kept on being delayed with various excuses.
First, DM claimed the item had not been delivered back to them. When I pointed out that the tracking data showed it had, DM said they would have to check if the item was back in their warehouse. They then claimed it wasn't there, and I should check with my post-office in case it had been returned to sender. At this point, and armed with info from SiteJabber, I said that if I didn't receive a refund in 24 hours I would raise a dispute with PayPal and report adversely on SiteJabber. The refund was then instantaneous.
These people are untrustworthy. If you do buy from then, make sure you have PayPal protection (PayPal will also refund cost of return postage).

I have been a customer with dealsmachine.com for over a year now and I plan on continuing. They have very competitive pricing reasonable shipping time and great products to select from. One of my purchases was a 700tvl fpv camera, I paid a very small price for a great product. They shipped it right way and I received it in about two weeks. There customer service is always on top of any problems I have ever had and resolved them in a reasonable time. I recommend them 100%
I love the tablets but on a average I had to mark it down some because it took us a very long time to get the tablets to us. Overall though the tablets are very good I am trying to get another one for the last family member of the household.
Very good prices and free delivery almost on all items. You get points for buying and reviewing order items. Then you can convert points to get money off on next purchase. Very very good. I happy to buy there.

The tablet I ordered(as well as some other items) was unfortunately out of stock and I, unfortunately, found out after the order was shipped.
I contacted Dealsmachine support and was asked whether I wanted another tablet or if I wanted for the first tablet to re-stock.
I chose the former and paid the difference.
Overall, a somewhat good experience with the website, kudos to the support team which was quick and helpful.
My experience with Deal Machine is horrible. I purchased two cell Phones and they are no use to me. The phones cannot access the internet. I have been asking for my refund and I have not gotten anywhere with that. This purchase is nothing but a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
