They have a great variety of products, really cheap prices and are very reliable with shipping! But the best is they offer DM-Points - which is a reward system! I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

On the plus side it does appear they might have shipped the phone promptly and when it got to the UK instead of using the post office delivery service as stated on their website they used the cowboys Yodel and they have lost or stolen it. Dealsmachine had been told it has not been received by both Yodel (carriers) and me but initially would not replace even though I paid for their insurance. It is in fact their duty to replace and claim off the carriers whether one has insurance or not. I can understand Dealsmachines reluctance since Yodels tracking still says the parcel has been delivered and I signed for it. When I sent documentation to show I was out of the country at the alleged time of signing Deals machine refunded my money. Hopefully they will have learned that choice of carrier can have a serious impact on their business and avoid carriers like Yodel who have an abysmal reputation in the UK.
Just glad I paid through Paypal as will now get the money back and buy elsewhere
How come the Dealsmachine representative can reply on this site but they are unable to reply to support tickets? I recently placed an order for an item that was shown as being "in stock" and "ships in 24 hours"... It has now been in "processing" for a week and I've received no reply to my support ticket. You people are really shooting yourselves in the foot and from the reviews I am reading here you are doing it repeatedly. Had I read these reviews first I would never have ordered from you. From these reviews and the responses from Dealsmachine, I can see that there is no point in leaving my order number or relating to you what actions I am taking or will take in the near future should I not receive a reply back to my support ticket. I should not have to come here to get a response from you people, nor should anyone else.
BTW,,, Clearly the 5 star reviews here are most likely bogus, nice try though.

This site is amazing. I searched some led light first, and find many, many items for a good price. I ordered LUO 10W 800Lm 20 x SMD 5730 Golden LED Lights Dimmable Ceiling Down Lamp - 3000 - 6000K. The ship was fast, and the lamp is very good. Only one enough for my small bathroom.
I needed a cheap Android phone to replace my 5 year old HTC Desire X for work as the HTC had started to give me problems. I couldn't find anything on PAYG that I'd actually want to be seen with for under £100 on o2 and considering how little the phone is actually used I begrudged paying that kind of money.
Having looked at the phones on here I saw this and was blown away by the price and thought it's probably crap but I could afford to lose £30 if it was so went ahead an bought it.
I COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG!
The equivalent phone unlocked on PAYG would be atleast £150 here and you can't even buy a dual sim handset in any phone shop in the UK! If it had a better camera and a little more built in storage then I'd be proud to have this as my main phone! I will definitely be shopping for a new main handset when my personal contract runs out.
I really couldn't be more impressed!

This company is an absolute disgrace
I ordered a vonets wi fi extender ti came with the wrong plug fitting despite specifically stating that i require a uk plug.
I proceeded to open a ticket which was closed shortly after saying that they were to send the correct item.
What I received instead was an adaptor and now the new ticket I opened to try to resolve this has been mysteriously closed.
In response to your reply the order number is DD**************.
How you find it acceptable to send the item with a non compatable plug connection despite clearly stating in the notes section when the order was placed that I required a uk plug fitting and then try to fob me off by sending me an adaptor.
You say you are happy to resolve any issues however i opened two tickets to try and get the correct item shipped to no avail.
I will not be buying anything else from Dealsmachine and suggest you do the same simply because as if you do have an issue with the item you buy expect to be fobbed off once they have your money.

I've made several purchases from e-store DEALSMACHINE (smartphones), and I want to share my experience.
The last one was a UMI Super 5.5 inch Phablet 4GB RAM 32GB ROM. (order DD************** /31-07-2016).
I received a notification about my order in my site account and to my e-mail. It comes with a picture of my packed order.The product delivered to me really fast and it was exactly what i was expected.
I usually find there the best prices, especially in their newsletters. The shipping time is reasonable and packaging of species each time gets better and safer in order to avoid any damage. The site is very easy to use and they also accept paypal payments which is more secure.
I also want to note that many times I had to contact the store to solve any potential questions, communication was easy, direct and solved any problem.
For me and according to my view, the DEALSMACHINE accomplish all those terms to call it good shop, honest and trusty!

I only ordered a set of 3 antistatic tweezers for my micro quadcopters. I couldn't find these anywhere else. They were cheap and they arrived in 2 weeks and well packaged. My experience was positive.

Not bad response time, after 25 days I received my last order. Need to be patient, but it worths.
I made my order a Elephone P8000 phone Case, order# DD************** from Dealsmachine since August 15,2015. They promise to deliver that in 10-25 business days. Everytime a submit a ticket they tell me wait or check your post office or see if your address is correct.
After 50 business day has passed I contact them again to refund my money because I could not wait and wait for order is not coming, So I open a case with my Paypal against them. After couple days they offer me three solutions:
1. Resend the order to you free(will send by standard shipping, need 10 to 25 business days to arrive, but if you still not can't receive the resent order, we will not offer you any compensation again).
2. Refund the full amount of the items to your card.
3. refund the full amount of the items to your wallet(the wallet is in the account that you sign in on our website, you can use it as cash to pay for your order).
When I told them refund my money so they answer Ok and we can refund full amount to you.
They wrote to me "Could you please cancel and close the case first, so we have the right to apply the refund for you". I told them I'll close the case but you promise to refund my money. Since I closed the case on Nov 8 and until now Dec 9,2015 I did not receive any answer from them I keep sending tickets to them and no answer at all. My order is gone and even my money.
Guys, keep away from this website they are cheating people they really really will give a hard time.

I have used Dealsmachine.com for a few orders now, my latest being D************** Vido T99 phablet with case, i ordered them 21/12/2015 and received the parcel 15/1/2016 using flat rate shipping to the U. K.
I was expecting delivery to take longer due to the Christmas period, so was surprised when it turned up sooner.
I also like how they take a photo of the package that you are going to receive so you know what it looks like when the postman has it in his hand.
The tracking numbers do work once the package is out of China, people who are saying they don't, obviously do not read properly.
I have never had a problem with delivery of my orders from them, i think a lot of other people whose reviews have had problems with their orders are because they are not patient, to expect an order to turn up in 3-7 days from China is absurd especially if Customs inspect the package and then to blame Dealsmachine for the delay, demanding refunds etc is crass ignorance of how import/export works.
I have always been pleased with my orders from them, they are the genuine branded article not some cheap copy, the Vido T99 phablet is great quality, fast, lovely screen sharp/bright, the sound is good, volume and quality, in fact i am very pleased with it, as i am with all my Dealsmachine purchases, any problems i am sure they would do their best to sort it out, but you have to remember that English is not particularly well understood, so you may have problems with what you say to them, just be patient.

Hi I don't normally write reviews but I ordered a new phone from Dealsmachine a week before Christmas they gave me 3 choices on shipping and as I didn't want to wait 30days for it to get to Australia or longer as it was Christmas not the best time of the year for posting things. I paid for the fastest postage and was posted after Christmas and it arrived 4/1/2016 which Is fast. This phone Is the best phone it is everything they said it was and its wasn't a clone and they also had phone cases that fit it and batteries that you could buy. My experienced with DealsMachine was a good and fantastic one. I ordered for mobile phone in the name of Oukitel K4000 Pro on 05/08/2016 at 09:58:29 AM.
1.The Phone.
The mobile phone itself came at exact date they told me the phone will be in my country. I met the phone intact as described on their websites before I ordered for it. The item was packed very well. I was somehow skeptic if i will get my item, but they proved me wrong.
2.The Customer Support
Oh! DealsMachine customer support was a very good one. They always be on the alert to respond to your comments or questions as soon as they get it. I think I raised up to about four or five tickets for questions. In fact they responded very well. Even if you ask the questions in a rudely manners, they would not reply you angrily. They were always polite in their response to any questions posted to them.
3. The product price.
The price of the product was very cheap compare to all other merchants that I know so far. The price is relatively cheap for the product.
4. Comments
I can say I don't really have any negative comments about DealsMachine because I was treated okay, but I was surprised to see some negative comments about them.
To me I recommend DeaksMachine. I would soon order and buy from them again.
