They have a great variety of products, really cheap prices and are very reliable with shipping! But the best is they offer DM-Points - which is a reward system! I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.
Purchased a v303 quadcopter on 2/15/2015, didn't think about Chinese new year. Item shipped on 3/2/2015 and delivered on 3/5/2015 to some other address in CHINA (I live in Ohio, USA). I called into support and was told that I must call back after 48-72 hours as they were going to call EMS shipping. Given the item was delivered to someone other than myself I am out money and product.

We will arrange the refund on the item unshipped first and then arrange the refund of the shipped out item.
We will try to apply your shipping fee back to you, while maybe we can not refund you your insurance. What do you think of it?

Not only wasn't I told that my items would need to be shipped seperately, but to find out that 1 item was not shipped, 1 item was shipped but to address in CHINA and not in US and wanting to screw me out of $65.24 worth of shipping and insurance charges. Absolutely unacceptable from any company.

Support agreed on FULL refund as of 3/12/2015 after consulting their manager. As a precaution I opened a paypal dispute on 3/12/2015 few hours before they agreed to FULL refund. I figured I would let paypal dispute continue to ensure that I receive it. The seller has stated that they shipped out the item and would be fighting the dispute. Given the fact that dealsmachine.com support ticket is documentation showing that they would provide the FULL refund, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. I'm expecting the FULL refund as that was the agreed to resolution between myself and dealsmachine.
Hi, I give a total positive feedback for Dealsmachine for service and quality product.
I have written about this firm before-and my on going fight with them over $65 USD. Now folks believe me-after 1 year I really doubted that I would ever see the money. But then their representative Sharon wrote me-stating they were going to process the the money back-what a surprise. Little did I know that they contacted PayPal-and lied and made up stories- in so limiting my account. Still no payment and probably never will. I have attached correspondence between I and Dealmachine to validate that they are as fradulent now as they were 1 year ago- but to contact PayPal and lie-wow-that's a new low!-You be the judge-read the attached and decide for yourself.

The finance department responsed me that for your origial order, you opened case with Paypal for the package you did not get, we refunded you the money you paid and resent the items to you again. So it means that you got the items free, now for the problem of the item, we can not refund you the money, as there is no money paid for the item. I do not discriminate or "profile" people or business. BUT, I have certainly learned my lesson when shopping online with overseas businesses such as Dealsmachine.com and TMart.com (see separate review of TMart).
The situation: I was trying to order replacement parts. Obviously I was shopping for a great value, but I also didn't want to wait for weeks for the parts to reach me. After checking several sites, I came across Dealsmachine.com. For each item I wanted, the Dealsmachine.com site said would ship in 24 hours - free - with a delivery time of up to 21 business days. They provided additional - for additional cost - other shipping methods that would be as quick as 3-7 business days. I selected that option. Note that my items were noted as being in stock.
I checked my order status every day to find the status of "processing". I contacted their customer service people and was told to "be patient... your order will be shipped soon". Needless to say, my item did not ship in 24 hours. I received an email that it was shipped 7 days later - which also wasn't true. THE DATE THEY SAY THEY SHIP THE ITEM IS ACTUALLY THE DATE THEY SEND NOTIFICATION TO THE SHIPPER THEY HAVE A PACKAGE TO BE SENT - THE PACKAGE WASN'T DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPED SOME 4 DAYS LATER.
So, once again, in dealing with an overseas online company, LIED to about when the item would ship when ordering, given BS by the customer service reps, LIED to about when my iorder actually shipped. And as of today, I still haven't seen my order. Thats 2 weeks and 2 days.
I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERSEAS COMPANIES LIKE TMART.COM OR DEALSMACHINE.COM. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE AVOID THESE COMPANIES AND TAKE THEIR BUSINESS WHERE TRUTH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL VALUED.

These Chinese companies do not know the meaning of customer service. They seem think apologizing profusely after every transaction that goes wrong, is sufficient; and believe me, they seem to get it wrong almost every time.
My experience with 2; I want to buy this tablet that is only available in China. I ordered through another Chinese online retailer, Gearbest. It said they have it in stock and will be shipped between 3-7 days. I waited 8 days and it still showed "Processing". So I contacted them, only to be told they don't really have it in stock but will get it in 11 days. I read reviews were people were constantly told this, so I threated then with Paypal and writing reviews on this site (which I did). They refunded my money.
So I ordered it through DealsMachine, which stated 24HOUR shipping on the tablet. But before I ordered, I emailed to check if they REALLY have it in stock. They said yes. So I ordered. It is about 30HOURS now and still in "Processing". At a guess, if they do bother to ship it, may be a week, even weeks.
What I have learned from this experience: DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY WITH REGARDS TO STOCK, SHIPPING AND ALSO PRODUCT SPECS. Only thing you can trust them on, is the cheap price.
I will stick with the likes of Amazon and ebay. As for the positives reviews here, a UK TV channel did a documentary on a lot of rather dubious online retailers paying citizens of poorer nations to write positive reviews; one review gets a few dollars. I'm not saying this company does; but my experience with my first only only 2 chinese online retailers makes me wonder.
UPDATE 21-10-2015:
Dealsmachine did exactly as I suspected they would, in the above review. They first tell me that they have it in stock. I ordered the item and they take my money. Now they send me a personal message with a lame excuse that they ran out, just before I ordered and I have to wait a long time for it! Dubious business practices!
