I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

I was wandering around the web looking for some good headphones for good buck. I found the Dealsmachnie, well, I had to stay there. I got myself a nice set of earbuds for the best price I could find, and I've been all over the place. The great thing is that when You buy some gear there, it is original product, not some counterfeit. I checked every spec, every angle of the product and I can say for sure, it is Xiaomi original product. China is well known for its good price/quality ratio, but those headphones go far beyond good. In fact, they would be excellent for 50 bucks, not only 20. I recommend the place, the shipping is fast through BPost, the Newsletters get you discounts, its worth a while to get signed up!
Tip for consumers:
If you have your eyes on some product, but have some patience, get a Newsletter for your email, you may find the buy rewarded by points worth about 9$, which can refund some part of your overall bill!
If you want fair service whitout any troubles or regrets heres dealsmachine to serve. I ordered 2 watches, they came full safe packed. Also, after every purchase you can get extra points which you can use later to pay comodity costs. Trully recomending and worth of a giving a chance.
Warning! The initial price is never the final price and phones sometimes don't work properly. You get charged nearly 50% more than the initial cost! They add at least 15-24 euros just for the shipping and for paying with paypal. Then at customs they will always charge you VAT on the product plus the "management costs" that DHL decide to apply. In my case 30€ was VAT and 18€ management costs. This is RIDICULOUS! I demanded an explanation and after writting four emails I didn't get a straight forward answer... they always replied with something that didn't have anything to do with what I was asking... DON'T USE THEM! ITS NOT WORTH IT!
I used DealsMachine several times. Every time i've ordered the orders did arrived on time and in perfect shape (they were as described). One time i've contact customer support center, because order didnt arrived (Local post mistake), so DealsMachine supportcenter in extremely kind and proffesional way refund my money back. Of course with the same money i have ordered again from DealsMachine and of course the product has arrived.

I just wanted to let people know how great my experience was whilst ordering from dealsmacine.com. I ordered a Kingzone N5 Smartphone, it arrived on time from China and is such a fantastic phone, it's far better than the Samsung S5, which I had stolen, and was so cheep. It does everything and more than you need for a smartphone and I couldn't be happier, customer services reply to all enquiries and keep you informed about your order.

Although this last order took a bit longer to recieve, I cannot fault DealsMachine for the delay of the postal service. DealsMachine has wonderful products and prices. They are courteous and helpful as much as able. I have never had any problems with DealsMachine at all. Any prblems I have had have been the fault of the postal service.

Well its been 15 days now apparently my items left the warehouse 6 days ago dealsmachine claimed they had 45 items on hand I bought 2 waited 5 days nothing I paid $43 for expedited shipping sent aticket and DM claimed that my items were in high demand and they were having trouble getting them from the manufacturer. I told them that I understood that an that is the reason I ordered from them because their site claimed they had 45 available oh well here I sit kids didn't get their big gift for xmas and I am going to have to explain how santa accidently forgot and then explain how santa comes back later. DM closed my ticket saying items have been shipped. LMAO will never order from this site again. Now DM says they have taken care of my situation in a ticket that I need to respond to. LMAO they off me a $5 cash coupon all I wanted was what they represented.

Well i settled with dealsmachine for a $20 coupon i received my items on 1/6 I am still not thrilled with the time it took to receive my item but at least DM offered to come to some sort of settlement. I bought a few products on site dealsmachine.com. One of the products (fitness bracelet SH07) do not work well. I tested the product after that I asked the buyer what to do? He was returned product with higher one (I had SH07 and SH08 I received). For this I paid nothing extra (leaving initial payment.
They have good products. The product range is sometimes pretty narrow. A strong point: get the product directly at the door (even if the product comes from outside the EC and should pass on to the office. This is not happening. The package comes directly to your door). Quality / price ratio is execelent. I'm pleased. Recommend products (the only problem is delivery time in Europe, in Romania reached after 3 weeks; sometimes you can track your package free of charge by Traking number.). Recommendation for site: wide range of products!

Amazingly bad customer service, I ordered and paid for a phone 11 days ago, I left it 5 days before asking when it would be dispatched and I still haven't got an answer after 6 days of trying.
To the best of my ability to decipher the replies to my questions, they seem to be saying that this is a promotional item (despite no information on the item sale page to support this) and it will be shipped when this promotion ends, whenever that may be.
Sample quote:

I purchased the tablet 20 11 2015, 17 days have passed and you have not yet sent, you have said that is not available in stock, because when you sell items are not available to send to the acquirenti.io thought I had tablets for natale. Pentito of have done long ago positive review.

8 Days ago i submitted a ticket requesting for refund and i lodged a dispute through paypal, but until now i got no respond,
I will escalate the dispute to a claim if i didn't get refund within a day!

Very good e-commerce website, reasonable prices, professional staff always ready to care about any request. I have made many purchases and surely I will make other.
I discovered this site some time ago and would highly recommend for on-line shoppers.
It has good choice of goods and prices are usually lower comparing with eBay.
I bought some items on December 19th, 2014 and they were shipped by December 24th, 2014. Unfortunately my items got lost (I don't get any shipping news since January 19th, shipping # RS*******NL).
I've submitted a ticket on February 27th (because they told me to wait for some more days on February 7th, and the time to make a complaint with paypal ended during those days).
Until now, I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket. I think I'll never buy from them again. I paid for insurance, so I hope I can get 100% of my money back or at least get my items resent.
It's so annoying, other websites always answer my tickets within 72 hours.

I was really hoping, that after this company apologised and said they wanted to help following my earlier review here, that I would be able to post an upgraded result, but they have failed spectacularly... after many tickets back and forth and my even considering re-ordering if they could promise a more reliable courier service... they have stopped communicating completely... I would just say, if you order from this company and get what you ordered, you are very lucky (buy some lottery tickets!) If you don't get what you ordered get a claim started through whatever means of payment you used as it will be a long and difficult process...
***BREAKING NEWS*** Despite the team at deals machine assuring me on my complaints ticket that the ceramic knives I ordered were out of stock, I re-ordered them (after my refund from paypal) as it was only a fiver and I did really want these knives... guess what... after about 3 weeks they actually arrived...
