I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

Frustrated... ordered one Huawei P8 with expedite delivery, after 5 days the status showing PROCESSING and on my email to deals machine received a reply that my payment has not been processed, while my credit card statement showing payment is made on Dec07. Neither I can can cancel the order nor I am getting any update.
So after paying additional amount for Expedite Delivery, I am receiving it today (on the way with DHL) after 16 days, oh... may be this expedite for them, and I still paid CAD20 to DHL as custom clearance fee, which they never mentioned.
Guys, my sincere advise is dont buy from them, cheap service, you might save some dollars against severe headache.

I'm updating my review, the original review is attached below. I contacted dealsmachine and asked for a paypal refund for my purchase given that the shipping was taking longer than I could wait. They refunded me within 24 hours. Perhaps posting a bad review on SiteJabber helped getting a response fast. So I no longer think they are a SCAM... they just have terrible customer service and they misrepresent the service they offer. I advise extreme caution in dealing with them.

I ordered $250 of stuff a week ago with expedited shipping. The price was cheaper than other places so it seemed like a good deal. My order is still in "processing" status even though the web sites says "in stock". I sent a ticket 2 days ago and haven't had an answer even though they promise to reply within "24 hour". The online chat always says I need to try to contact them at regular office hours but they don't say what those hours are. Just found this site and agree with all the bad reviews. Update, well tablet arrived ok, but on taking out of box there are multiple scratches on the screen protector, is it new. Fired it up all good, connected charger and within an hour charger blows up. Purchase new charger and tablet charges ok. Another think i have noticed is that if battery goes just below 50% i cannot fire tablet up. Contacted them and they asked for more info, but now when i try to send ticket it says code is not correct. I KNOW DEAL MONITOR THIS SITE SO PERHAPS I WILL GET A RESPONCE.

Up date on my Cube i6 purchase, well it goes from bad to worse. I have lost Windows 10, and battery lasts just over 2 hours from 100%. To cut a long story short Dealmachine ofered a repair if i sent it back to them, or if i paid 70usd they would send a replacement. As the 70usd was just slightly more than sending tablet back to China i opted for a replacement. Up to this point all my emails were answered, but once the 70 usd was paid i cannot get an answer. O have had good experience with this company and the process time is remarkable. I received my order in the USA in only six days. Sooner than I expected
It took 4 days just to get a response (I emailed them 3 times). When I got a response they said it was out of stock when clearly it was in stock when I made the purchase.

On September 24, I ordered a phone on the Dealsmachine website as a sample. On the day of order it was indicated as being "on stock" and it kept being "on stock" for weeks to come. Yet the item shipped only after more than 1 month on Oct. 27. The tracking number provided wasn't recognized before November 7. Then the item arrived finally in my country, but was blocked another 5 days at the customs due to false value declaration. Customs agents are not stupid. The declared value $16 was so unrealistic for a phone that the customs contacted me, the receiver, to get the proof of payment. Due to this I had to pay the customs a $20 fine for research work. On their website, I can only comment the item - which I haven't tried yet, so I don't want to comment on that.
My review is not totally negative, because a) Dealsmachine answered all my support tickets in a timely fashion (even if the answer wasn't satisfying) and b) the device finally arrived. But there's lots of space for improvement (compared to competitors).
To start, please review your stock administration. I would have simply ordered the yellow version which was only slightly more expensive if I had known that the black is out of stock. Secondly, please inform your customers that the tracking number you stick on the package in China is only recognized once the item reaches Europe (in this case NL). And finally put the correct or at least a realistic value on the parcel, so that it will pass customs without further delay.

I want to be a legit person leaving a legit review because all the good reviews sound phony. If this all goes well i am sure you will keep my business. Make this transaction run smoothly. I was sceptical at first because the prices seemed so low, but I received my order and was very pleased by the quality of the items. I will definitely be using this company again.
My last order was a black smartphone. But i wanted a white one... I send them a mail and after two hours my problem was solved. They have a great stuff... Small details makes the big difference.
