I sent them a used iPad Air 2. The device was in very good condition as I applied a screen protector and back cover when I owned it. However, they claimed that the screen was broken and would only offer me $25 instead of $125 for a used device in good condition. When the item was shipped back, I found that they replaced the good LCD panel of my iPad with a faulty one. I don't know if they stole other components either. Never ship your device to this scam shop. Even if you could get back your device, they will steal the valuable parts and make it a trash before sending back to you. Terrible business.
I just purchased a refurbished "very good condition" iphone 11 from Decluttr.com. The cyber monday deals seemed good so I made the purchase despite not knowing much about the company. After purchasing, I read some horrendous reviews from angry sellers who never received payment for their phones, and how the company was impossible to get in touch with. This made me very worried, but my phone arrived within 4 days of purchasing despite the holiday rush. I was also concerned that I would not get an "unlocked" device, but I did, and I am very happy with my purchase thus far. I only hope that I am able to reach the company if I need to use my warrenty, since the 12-month warranty was a big selling point for me.
The case was not damaged when shipped and was bubble wrapped. I refused the change from 75 to 7.50 and they were supposed to return my stuff. You can see where the casing has been pulled lose/out not broken in shipping. Now I'm missing all the other working parts. Something is certainly shady about this company. I plan to pursue and get my stuff back as well as file with BBB.
This company has to be the worst internet company on the planet. They do not sell what they advertise. They must pay people to leave good reviews. They don't let you return anything for a refund even when it's broken. Please believe me I'm a real person who is trying to tell you the truth about this horrible company. Do Not Buy
I am FURIOUS! I sent in my Apple iPhone 12 Pro in for an offer of $603 dollars. I placed it in its original carrier phone case, taped it shut, bubble wrapped multiple times, and taped the bubble wrap. I also sent in my series 6 Apple Watch the very same way for an offer of $173.
Once it arrived they sent me a revised offer of $126 for my phone stating that the screen was completely smashed/cracked. That is impossible! That thing was so secure there's no effing way it was smashed or even cracked. The watch they stated was still locked to an iCloud account. That's a lie, I'm not new to Apple products and removed it from everything prior to sending.
Declutter was the highest offer of several sites. I listed my phone as being in good shape as it had minor signs of use—faint scratches, otherwise the phone was in excellent shape. They offered $508. They had the phone for two days and then came back with an offer of $273, citing deep scratches on face or body. BS. They offer high prices then hit you with low ball settlement offer knowing most people will just accept it. I declined it and they returned it. I then listed it on market place for $500. It sold within a day.
I sent them a DVD and Samsung Tablet, they were to pay me $3 for the DVD and $13.30 for the tablet which was a very low offer considering it works great, it's just an older model. Well after they received the stuff they gave me a revised offer of $2.20 for the tablet. I declined that offer and told them to send it back. It's been over 3 weeks and I've never gotten it back or any money for it. After about 9 days I finally got the $3.00 for the DVD. They keep telling me they have escalated the process of getting my tablet back to me as soon as possible, but it's the same story every time. They just steal from you is all they do!
When buying something used from a volume seller; items aren't always looked over as closely as a smaller sales company. That's why everything is rated by them to be either acceptable or good. I've been sent items that sometimes appear to have never been played, and sometimes items that live up to the acceptable rating (which is a playable but heavily used item). I've only once sent something back, and it wasn't hard to do. I've purchased many video games for assorted systems, dvds, and cds.
They rip off people by lowballing stuff dirt cheap which is worth more. They resell those items for more money online on Amazon/eBay. You have to sell too much to get certain amount. This company is a scam and waste of time.
I was suppose to get 24 bucks in buyback. They shorten me by $4. I only got 20 bucks.
Only send them your cheap stuff. If the items you have are worth more, then resell it yourself elsewhere. Don't even give them your high value cell phones, books, video game systems, and video games. -Resell them yourself online for more bucks..
Based on an article from 9to5Mac I went against my better judgement and sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max in to Decluttr. They gave a good price quote, said it was good for up to 28 days. UPS tracking shows they received my phone several days before this 28-day window and they unspeakably held onto it and waited until day 29 to process my order in which they revised the offer downward $250! I couldn't believe it. The only method of communication they accept is email and it took them over a week to reply. I told them I have tracking showing my phone was received by them inside of their 28 day window and they just decided to hold onto it until it expired before processing it. 8 days after this email they replied very rudely saying there is nothing they will do and I can accept the revised order or not.
Scam! Do not ever use them. Don't sell your devices to them ever and never trust buying a device from them.
Sold them an iPad Pro in November. They acknowledge receipt of the item and said payment was sent on 12-01-20. I am trying to deal with customer service and they are asking for a bank statement that shows the routing number. My bank statements do not show the routing number, so it is impossible to get them what they are asking for. You send an email to customer service and the take 4 or 5 days to get back to you. When you answer them it takes another 4 or 5 days to get a response and the. They are asking for documentation that is impossible to get. Definitely just getting a run around and don't think I will ever get paid for my item
I would never do business with this company again. I sent them a perfectly good iPhone SE. It had a screen protector with a couple of chips in just the protector it's self, not the actual screen. I told them that I have arthritis in my fingers and was not able to take the screen protector off but that the screen was fine. They just sent me some bogus email saying that there was a green tint all around 1 cm of the screen which never existed and I packed that meticulously. So instead of $40 they offered me $7.20. This company lies and are a bunch of crooks. I'll burn my stuff in a fire before I ever deal with this company again.
I purchased an unlocked iPhone 6 to use while traveling internationally. When I tried to use it, I discovered it was not unlocked. Their customer service, once they finally responded, did not accept responsibility and did not offer a good resolution. Unfortunately, it was not cost effective to return from a foreign country.
I sent in two items in the same box. They claimed to have received one but not the other, which is impossible because, as I said, they were in the same box. It has been almost a month and they not only refuse to give me any information, they will not pay me for what I sent to them. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have sent them countless emails asking for information, but no one ever gets back to me. They either lost the phone and are trying to avoid taking responsibility, or they legitimately stole it so as not to pay me the full amount I'm due. Whatever the case, do not trust this company. It's a scam and they will steal the items you send.
I received a faulty phone. Immediately requested a refund. They agreed. I sent the phone back using the label they provided. Per tracking it was received but they never refunded my money. Over 350 stolen. This is a dishonest company.
I ordered an iPhone and expected delivery within the week. When it didn't arrive, I followed up and was told I would have to wait two full weeks for delivery. When it still didn't show up, I was told I would have to wait another two weeks for 'investigation'. When that time elapsed, I was told a refund would be coming. After another two weeks, I was told they were busy and they would refund me when they caught up. It took almost two months to get back over $400. Their only method of 'communication' is by email. They blamed all the issues on DHL delivery.
Don't use this company! They claimed to not receive almost all of my items even though they were wrapped up in the same place as one item they did claim to get. Awful customer service too: they aren't seeming to budge on the fact that they are liars and a scam taking all my items and not paying me and then claiming I didn't send the items. I'm never using them again.
I sent a device and they came back telling me that the device is blacklisted by my service provider which was false as I sent them evidence to support that. They are refusing to send me back my phone, giving me the run around every time I contact them and they have stopped responding even now. You can see why they stopped receiving phone calls. I would seriously advice anyone to stay away from this company.
They did a bait and switch on value then they would not return my product without getting payment. Then when they got the payment back, they didn't return my product, claiming that they were holding it, but then officially losing it. Through all of it, they never communicated ever proactively. They made error after error after error. Stay away from this company. I will make it my lifetime's mission to warn people about this company. They are that bad.
They will value your items, then take the highest value and log it as NOT SENT which is an utter lie.
They scammed me once on this, and I will never ever use them again. I am very lucky because the item was only something they valued at $3.63 but the distaste it has left in my mouth is real and I hope to hell no one ever uses them again. Liars and thieves.

Answer: I go to the library and print out shipping label. Go to Yahoo mail, or whoever you use, and you can print from there. Hope this helps Julie! And YES, they suck!
Answer: I've never purchased from them, only sold, but if they're dishonest in one direction it seems likely that they're dishonest in the other direction too.
Answer: Seemed legit and were mentioned on several respected web sites
