Did not provide a tracking number and are not responding to emails to try and find out when I will get my order or get a tracking number I can track myself. They might be cheap but cheap is not even worth that if you can't get what you bought.
Ordered new hoover sent me out old dirty hoover with hair round the roller smells absolutely disgusting! Do not buy think they must go to skips pikin them up the state of this no response from company do not buy please
Vac ordered, paid for and delvd. All fine. Two days later fake invoice appears with incorrect Ebay order number. Ebay and Paypal show no record of this sale but Direct Vacuums insist I ordered it. Customer Relations have all the tact and skill of an adrenaline snorting bull in a china shop, refuse to admit it is clearly fake and insist I ordered it.
Do not order from this company. Item arrived late, when arrived switched vacuum on smoking and burning smell. Contacted no firm of communication, email on website to request refund and return still no reply. When you get a reply to your email 4days later saying its on its way after now being delivered, there's no way to email back there customer service company. Scammers avoid at all costs.

Ordered a new carpet washer and they sent a used one that still had dirty water in it all the labels were worn and it had scratches. Apologised and was promised I would be sent a new one now around 6 weeks later I still haven't received it. Emails take days to be answered, was told the item would be despatched after yet more apologies, only to be told today it would be sent to despatch today and would take 2 to 3 days to arrive so it was never sent to them even though I was told it had been. They offer next day delivery you'd think after 6 weeks they could do this on my item
Not the first time I've had issues i bought a vacuum which was faulty and returned to get it fixed only to wait to eventually be told they had received the item but then lost it.
Missed delivery. Item returned to them. No refund. Have emailed multiple time with no response. If you try and call it cuts you off. Having to go through credit card company to get refund. Worst online company I have ever used. Wouldn't recommend or use again.
I will never buy from this seller again as they have sent me a broken Hoover I have got in contact with the customer services but they are telling me they can't do nothing about it I am sure they were aware of this before they said they out as the broken pieces are visible. Customer services are really unhelpful and they are telling me they can't do anything about it I have just wasted my money on a broken Hoover
I purchased a New Vax Platinum from here. I received a used scratched dirty machine. Seller and I both agreed a partial refund and I keep the item. Never received the refund, so I returned the item for a full refund. No refund was given and eBay had to intervein and issue a full refund. For a limited company with no support, none existent customer service who never answer the phone, I would certainly avoid the massive headache. After reading many other reviews I don't think they sell new products just used/refurbished items which they try to sell as new. My advice is to spend the extra cash and buy new and to avoid this company at all costs.
The hoover has little to no suction, barely lasts 3 minutes and the extenable part broke after the second use.
I was never sent a confirmation email of my purchase and they are still refusing to give me a refund eventhough I emailed my complaint within the first 30 days of purchase.
Reading reviews and from experience this company specialises in sending you a different model to the one you have ordered. Usually a cheaper model.
Then offering you a small refund if you keep it,
I bought a small electric oven "De Longhi" for the price of £44.99 and was delivered to me faulty and damaged on top. I contacted the customer service asking for a refund, they made it so complicated, just kept playing ping pong with my case and they refused to provide the RMA ( return material authorization) number. I went to the post office myself and paid £ 16.62 to return the item. I told them i wouldn't mind loosing such a fee to return the item and would be happy just to get the original purchase £ 44.99 back.
They got back to me saying they didn't not receive the item, i then went on to Parcels Force truck and trace and it shows clearly that the item was returned to them.
I still didn't get a single penny back.
They are just criminals and that's how they make their money.

Ordered a cordless Hoover... wrong one arrived... Contacted them and they arranged collection and send a replacement. Replacement arrived... wrong one again... contacted them time and time and time again... finally told me they don't have the one I want so I could keep the wrong one they'd delivered or return it for a refund. Returned it and waited weeks for refund. Sent so many emails that were never answered. Would never buy from this company again.
Absolute joke of a company, I ordered a new hoover from them they sent the wrong model which was used. I had to take various photos and send rediclous amounts of emails to return. They then sent another hoover which I told them I didn't want due to the many problems I had trying to return to first one. Couldn't stop laughing at what they had sent me, as this one was two different models of different colours cobbled together to make one unit and it was dirty and used. 55 email later I had open a case with pay Pal to get my money back. Do not buy anything from this company it's not worth the grief!
I received my order on the 13th of November as I ordered Vax new rapid power revive upright carpet cleaner (NEW) as shown in the pic below in which they sent me Platinum Power max washer I never ordered. I paid for new cleaner and got a got refurbished product. When it came it wasn't what i paid for been charged for a new product but got used cleaner.
I am extremely disappointed that the wrong product was sent to me and doesn't look new at all full of scratches, no instructions came in box, also in the wrong box.
I will not be buying from them in future and will be telling people of my experience.

Firstly, I ordered a new vacuum but they sent a "reconditioned" one. The hose was filthy and stank of stale urine. They didn't reply to any of my emails and the are saying they aren't answering the phones due to covid. They are total criminals!

Ordered a coffee machine they sent the wrong one. They then asked for. Proof, I sent then photos of the box with their label then they wanted the ebay order and then the serial number of the machine etc. The machine I ordered was the same price as the one they sent £24.95 so I wasn't trying to. Make some great financila gain. Eventually they said they would send the correct machine only to tell me it was not in stock. I ordered a different colour and two days after they said it would be with me in two or three days they emailed to say that was out of stock. They are a dreadful company.
Bought a new item from here, it's come it's faulty, Samsung have investigated and it turns out it's not a new item. Asked DirectVacuums for a refund. Told No, they'll repair but won't refund despite being mis-sold.
Purchased a vacuum cleaner from them, on arrival it was too heavy for me, I was also concerned that written on the box was "Faulty do not sell".
I emailed them stating I wanted to return and made it clear I wanted a refund.
But theydelayed sending me the return label and kept trying to persuade me to consider another vacuum cleaner, feeling frustrated I emailed a curt email insisting that they email the required return label unless I would be making a formal complaint, the return label was then sent to me.
The vacuum cleaner was returned and the courier company notified me by email, stating date and time it was returned.
However Direct Vacuums are now stating that they have not received it, despite the evidence I've emailed to them from the courier.
Really fed up and frustrated with them, I have now opened up a case with PayPal and issued a complaint vis Resolver.
I know other people have had similar experience with Direct Vacuums, well you're not alone!
