Additionally, their app interface is user-friendly, making it easy to browse menus and place orders. However, there are drawbacks to consider. The accuracy of orders and food quality upon delivery can be inconsistent, with some orders not meeting expectations. Furthermore, customer service responsiveness can vary, with some inquiries receiving prompt attention while others face delays. Overall, while DoorDash offers convenience, improvements in order accuracy and customer service would enhance the overall experience.

Doordash didn't recognize a valid gift card that I applied to an order. OK, I cancelled the order and received an email confirmation of that confirmation. Doordash did not cancel the order with the local company and charged my card. I cancelled for that reason within 1 minute of placing the order and they only refunded me for 75% of the charge and put the balance on credit. I called and reminded them I have used doordash 2 times in the last 5 years and will never use them again...no desire to engage from their side so I will call this out to my bank as FRAUD, which it truly is. Bogus for doordash to rely on draconian "fix the glitch" methods to make money. Wish I could give them zero stars.
