Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Waited an hour to have my first order cancelled by my driver. I was allowed to order from a Wendy's that was so backed up, that the driver waited 45 minutes to be turned away. Mind you I was debited immediately. I now have to wait 5ish days for a refund. Times are tight and I decided to give the service a try. I've now waited so long on my order that everyone else is closed.
I work two jobs and do online school, I forgot to get groceries on the way home tonight. Now I will go to bed without food because the restaurant had issues, the service won't give me a quick refund, and the driver was definitely not helpful. Why should I trust this company in the future? Why would I want to order from you if I could drive there and definitely make sure I get food?

Our food sat in their car for 55 mins after the driver picked up our delivery. Reason was driver decided to wait on another delivery. App time was 45 mins when placed. Delivery time was over 2 hours for room temperature food. Good luck. They will be out of business with that kind of service

If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery person only picks up half the order, the Doordash people call stating it is the merchants fault and I will need to talk it up with them. I call the merchant and they said we told him to wait a second for the other part of the order, but he left. The driver then brings me back the half order and insists it isn't his problem and I need to call the merchant again. After paying for the ridiculous delivery fee and tipping someone who didn't even do their job, I ended up having to leave work to go get the food myself. I will never be using doordash again. It isn't worth the money, the headache or the lack of convenience.

I tried Doordash for the 1st time today because I've been hesitant to spend money to have someone deliver fast food. But I thought I'd try it. Not only did my order NEVER arrive, their "chat" person stated their "dasher" indicated they delivered it and refused a refund for me, basically calling me a liar! I was home the entire time and even checked my stoop to see if they just left it. They did not! And when I told the "chat" person their "dasher" is lying, I was cut off on the chat and they ended it by stating all future communications would be in emails! I should have read all the reviews before trying Doordash. Never again! And I will tell everyone I know to never use them. How does a company survive with such poor service in every regard?

This place should be shut down every single online agent in the chat was 100% rude and did nothing but close the chat within seconds or in the middle of writing. If you call immediate hang up. Me and my husband are out $37 and order cancelled within seconds. This is the absolute worst service available. 100% regret ever considering this service to place ANYTHING. I expected the customer service to at least be reliable but instead have nothing but rude customer service agents who do not care about their customers what so ever or the company. Do NOT use this atrocious scam. My kids were waiting for their food. The door dasher picked up the food and drove it in the opposite direction even though we live 2 minutes from the place! When I called him, he said he was lost and gave our food away and needed 30 minutes. Tried to return eaten food and Door Dash didn't want to refund us. Worst day ever.

Complete disaster App. I ordered food for a new delivery location...added it. When placing my order from Popeyes.the app never told me which Popeyes location was preparing my order...and it somehow defaulted the delivery address to my original address on file...wrong! Never confirmed any details prior to "confirming" my order. End result. I lose $20 for what? No food showed up and they allowed me to "cancel" my order and keep $20 of mine? Wtf? And im starving right now!
End result...App deleted. Never again. Scammers! I can tell by all the bad reviews on here this company and App are a disaster

This company has suddenly changed there service. You now receive 8-10 texts regarding your order. I'm thinking that some of the texts are actually coming from the driver/delivery person. I do NOT want my phone number given out with out my permission - which is what they did. Also, they now require a verification code be entered to place your order. They did not use to do that. Now I have to check my phone for a damn verification code before the order can be finalized. This is ridiculous. I have never placed an order that we denied or cancelled. This company is the worse and their customer service is also terrible. I joined doordash as part of a promotion with Chase credit card. I was supposed to get Dashpass for free, instead was charged $9.99 for three months before I figured out they were charging me. I have contacted them several times to get the refund and has not happened. I give up.

App chat feature is usually as it doesn't work. I had an wrong food delivered. When chatted on the desktop website, the customer representative gave me a nasty and negative experience. The restaurant closed and it 10pm when she purposely terminated the chat session. DoorDash is NOT a good company and and avoid at all cost. You will regret it when something wrong goes with the transaction and find out that they don't care about their customers at all. I hope this helps everyone.

I ordered breakfast from Chick-fil-A on Friday August 21st. The driver left my order on my door steps in the rain and it wasn't even in a bag. The hash browns were open and the drink was half empty. My whole breakfast was ruined. I reached out to DoorDash and all the rep would credit me was $4 when I paid $19.06. I am beyond frustrated.

Doing a pandemic I started using all the apps including door dash. I quickly learned that they were a rip off. They cost too much. You can't communicate with the drivers if I'm not mistaken but more importantly they were supposed to deliver me food. They didn't do it. I paid for it. I contacted their app immediately to report that I did not get it that was September 9th here it is almost 10 days later and they refuse to resend me the food and are giving me some BS as to why they can't reimburse me. I don't care if it's $3 or $12 I'm not donating money to a corporation. If you want something delivered use instacart doordash is a rip off.

I recently tried out the DoorDash app and I was really impressed. It was extremely easy to use and the ordering process was very straightforward. I was able to find the restaurant I wanted quickly and place my order in no time.
The delivery was fast and the food was still hot when it arrived. The app also had a great selection of restaurants to choose from. I was also able to save money with the coupon codes I found online.
Overall, I would highly recommend DoorDash to anyone looking for an easy and convenient way to order food. Just make sure to search online for coupon codes before placing your order to save some money.

I actually ordered from Pizza Hut, but the delivery was from Doordash! If I had known it was being delivered from Doordash I would never have placed the order. The driver sent me a text message saying he would leave the order in a safe place. What? The order was an hour late and stone cold. I also did not receive a receipt.

Worst delivery company ever. I have used them twice now and twice the delivery driver has gone past the turn off street to my house and taken the long way around and of course the food was cold when it arrived. He took over 20 mins to get to my house which is only 8 mins from the shop. Don't they know how to use a gps? Asked for a refund and they only gave me a partial one. The robotic man kept repeating over and over. Our system wont allow us to process the delivery fee. Funny how they can take all of the money but dont want to give it back. Bunchj of thieves. They had a restaurant available on doordash. I placed the order, of course they took the money instantly and immediately cancelled the order. The only reason I got was "restaurant not abke to fulfill order". I'm out $50 for a week because they can't refund me immediately. Offered me $5 door dash credit. Laughable. I just spent $25 on the "best damn bacon burger" from Slater's 50/50. I couldn't even swallow the first bite. It taste like the meat is spoiled. Completely unacceptable. I wish there was zero stars! Text saying driver was arriving while sitting on front porch. The. Text saying delivered? No food or cat ever came close to my door. I wish there was a way to rate the customers or maybe put them on our own do not deliver list. Without a tip the amount of money we get paid is crazy it ends up that I am paying to deliever someone's stuff out of the goodness of my heart. Like delivering an order 10 miles across Baltimore city for 4.00 knowing they are not gonna tip u when u get there either, if you decline the order the. Didn't receive our $70 pizza order to then be credited only $28 doordash credit. We has to explain to our 5 and 7 year old why they had to eat a banana for dinner as their food wasn't coming and it was way too late to reorder anything. No apology or explanation given. They can keep their $28 credit as I would rather eat my left arm then order from them again. We order from doordash every Monday and this is the service or lack of service we get.

Until recently I had no issues but this last order and their lack of willingness to fix the problem earned them this 1 star. I placed my order as normal, map popped up with the order info and showed the estimated time for arrival. Nothing was out of the ordinary. When I go to my door where they dropped the order for some reason there are two bags of exactly the same order. I go to check my account and they duplicated the order time and everything. When I submitted a complaint they said it's not their problem and since it was delivered it's my responsibility to pay for it. So they sent food I didn't order and refused to refund my money for the erroneous order. That is plain and simple theft and I will no tolerate it. Out of the dozens of orders I've placed only once tried to get a refund because half the order was missing. They treated me rudely in the chat and acted like I was somehow trying to steal from them. It's not my fault their system had an error.

Honestly I am not sure how DoorDash is s in business after reading all these bad reviews. I order food for my family over 2 hours ago because the wife had to work by then. My order was accepted and they took my money. I get notified the order was picked up. I live 10 mins away from said restaurant so when 20 minutes passes I check and my order was canceled. We call the restaurant and they confirmed the order was picked up and that they'd remake it. I contacted DoorDash and they said the driver had an emergency and they'd issue a refund in 7-10 business days... we will never use this service again. I'll also be spreading the word on all media's available.

My boss put a $20 credit on this App. When I tried to use it the total was less than $20 but Doordash still wanted my credit card... WHY? I could not order my lunch without putting my credit card info in so I cancelled my order. That is a scam. I know what kind of people they hire and I would never give out my credit card info or use Doordash myself.
