Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Order doordash from frisch's didnt get half of are order called them to tell them then they expect me to turn around and pay another delivery free the lady on the phone was a pure $#*!. I wouldn't recommend door dash horrible costumer service.

Door Dash SUCKS! I received food that was raw and inedible and they hid behind "policy" and wouldn't reimburse! Absolute crap! This service sucks! And they're customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! They couldn't even tell me what "policy" doesn't let them reimburse for food that's inedible! Use any other service! This one sucks!

How useless is DoorDash let me show you. I placed an order 1.5 hrs it took to get to me. The order was not edible. I get a slap in the face of, "oh we gave u a lowsy $10 credit you shld be grateful " your as useful as tits on a bull... let alone you raise the concern & oh n what's that your staff don't want to do their job so they end the chats 5 fkn people it took to lodge my complaint. FUKN USELESS

Never received my initial order tonight, called and was promised a prompt re-delivery. Tracker showed my re-delivery dasher going away from my house after leaving the restaurant, ended up 20 miles away. Never got either order, cancelled the order

Have been charged 2 times now for $9.99 from my bank account. I have called twice and was told I don't have an account. I have the emails from doordash stating I do not have an account. I what the charges to stop NOW and I want my money returned NOW! I have gotten zero customer service that was worth anything. I am contacting the BBB and my bank has an alert on my account due to the theft of door dash. So they call me back at 10:30 pm to let me know that I do not have an account and they have to send it to another department and yet nobody can tell me why I am being charged. Listen people don't use these damn companies that are fly by night get rich scams. They are thieves.

I have been dashing over years now and I am receiving very low priced orders like pickup orders from Mama Stortini's and deliver to Tacoma which is 8.6 miles away(one way) and come back with empty hand because it's out of dash zone and receive $3.00 include tips. I asked about this matter to Doordash support and their support told me that I must do this otherwise Doordash will put me into the situation of deactivation of dashing account. Wow, isn't this threatening from doordash support to the dasher? "Cash on delivery" is the worst one. It looks like you are getting tips on cash, however, Doordash deducted more amounts than you 've received on hand when they wire the money to your account. I have attached the screenshot of orders they were sending me to dash.

Ordered $61.77 of food.(Nursing and staff at a busy hospital.) DoorDash employee, "Esmeralda" came and our receptionist told her she'd call the nursing unit. She stated, "No 'peeky english" and LEFT WITH OUR FOOD! 2 nurses called, got excuses, stated it was ordered under another name, couldn't find the order number. It was a nightmare. Inept customer service and theft, as food was not returned to restaurant OR DoorDash. Hope you enjoyed our elaborate lunch, Esmeralda! Beyond worst customer service ever. Disgusted.

Maybe your drivers should pay attention on what they are grabbing, clearly the Receipt in the bag that the driver brought to me did not have my name on it had another person. Surprisingly when I go back to the restaurant boom there is my food with my name on the receipt. Smh but door dash management says its my fault. I'll take business else where

I have used Door Dash twice and both times have been HORRIBLE, 1st time food arrived after 40 minutes. Food had fallen out of the container and was in the bottom of the bag with the napkins and silverware, it was also ICE COLD. Completely disgusting! Then today I decided to try again since I leave the work. I ordered and paid. Then 10 minutes later I got a call stating I wasn't in the delivery area, and they were cancelling my order. And my money would be refunded in 5 to 10 days. And hung up. So I guess i get no food and no money. Wow!

I've only used one of these delivery services once, because I had Covid. Doordash not only failed to deliver my $85 worth of stuff. They also completely blew me off when I spoke to customer service. Unbelievable. I had to call a cab to go get me tylonol, juice, soup and crackers after losing $85 to these scammers.

Ordered Boston Market about an hour and a half ago. I was tracking my order online and about 40 minutes ago it showed that the driver was 1 minute away. All of a sudden the tracking bar went blank and it said "contact costumer service for an ETA". I've been on hold for a half an hour with costumer service. Smh No food yet and no answer. We'll see how this plays out but I will NEVER use their service again!

Stay away! They do not care about your food or if your kids are waiting for dinner and you can't get it because you are laid up with illness so you order them dinner. It comes and it isn't what you ordered. Then they say they will refund and they only give you a portion of your money back for their F**k up! Driver didn't even check the orders she delivered and we recieved someone else's cold food. Half of which was inedible due to food allergies. Horrible company. This has happened 3 times now. Never anything reconsiled. Don't waste your money. They need to be shut down. I hope they become bankrupt. We ordered Chinese. The picture shows what we recieved. I love Mexican food but my husband has Colitis and my toddler has food allergies. We couldn't eat anything but the chips. They didn't care at all. They left a family suffering from illness and unable to leave the house to grocery shop or get food with nothing for dinner. Scumbag company.

I placed and order for sushi that was only 2 miles from my house. I ordered roughly around 8:30PM and the order confirmation said it would be around 45 minutes which is normal. I got a notification around 930 saying my order would be at my door in 10 minutes. Then 5 minutes later I got an order saying it would be at my house in 75 minutes? I called the driver instantly and he said yes that isn't a mistake and to contact customer service. The customer service was HORRIBLE the girl on the phone kept lying to me and saying it was my fault. And saying she could only give me a $5 credit on a $50 check? No thanks. I will give my business and money to somewhere else.

My experience was terrible with this service. I placed an order and noticed that the dasher picked up my order, then cancelled it. In speaking with Hazel in customer service, they didn't seem very interested in making my experience better as all they said was, "you have to wait 3-5 days for it to be credited back to your card." Why would I ever use this service if your dashers pick up orders and not deliver. In reading other reviews, it seems this is happening on a very reoccurring basis. Removing this app and posting more negative reviews unless customer service can do something about this.

Doordashers have roaches in there car they will eat your food. Just to get a 4.00 credit for the dasher eating some of my food! If you want AIDS or a sickness use doordash. I guess I was supposed to eat after the door dasher did whatever they wanted to my food and not even get my money back.

Doordash is complete and utter garbage. Placed an order that never came! Couldn't even get in contact with my Doordasher because the phone number they provided was out of service. The scumbag probably took my food for himself!
Tried to contact Doordash support multiple times and spoke with multiple agents and they provided absolutely no help. They flat out said they can't help me and closed the chat on me. No refund. No credit whatsoever! Total incompetence!
Doordash is a SCAM. Doordash is a FRAUD. Never placing an order with these CRIMINALS again. Those "customer support agents" (HA! Support? More like customer aggravation agents) and the Doordasher in question should be FIRED!

3rd strike with this company today. Incomplete order - restaurant won't help - they just send you back to DoorDash. You call and they advise you (after a long hold) they are not taking calls. Their chat always shows "agent offline." You have no choice but to use their email or try to resolve through your account. Problem is, if you try to resolve through your account, they say they are crediting you, BUT they don't explain that they are crediting your DoorDash account and NOT your payment method. UNACCEPTABLE. Also, with contactless delivery, our driver simply dumped the food by our front door and never rang the bell, knocked (we were home and in the living room) or called. If we had not gone back to check the status, we would not have known it was there (no idea how long it sat in the Phoenix heat before we happened to check). If you can't reach a company by phone, run the other way. I am done with DoorDash.

I was able to get 12+ months of DashPass through my credit card, so I tried taking advantage of promo code being advertised on the app and front page of website and place my first order. Placed an order with code and waited 40 minutes only to find out from the driver trying to pick up the order that the business is closed. Tried contacting DoorDash, but only option goes to the driver. 10 minutes later the order gets cancelled by DoorDash and only then was I able to get other customer service options. Tried placing another order somewhere else through the app, but wasn't able to use the code. Talked to Customer service about the situation and they refused to allow the use of the promo code or provide me an accommodation -- Not a good business.

Didn't receive order and I'm out over $200, awful customer service. Called driver, he said "I don't know what to tell you, you have to call DoorDash." First "service" rep said he cannot process a refund. Asked him to call driver to arrange for me to receive order, he said his system cannot. 2022 and DoorDash employees cannot pick up a phone and call another DoorDash employee. Call ended, got a call back from "service" rep #2 asking to confirm my address and for permission to give it to the driver. That call ended, didn't hear back, called and spoke to rep #3, she couldn't refund either, transferred me to rep #4 who put me on hold for several minutes before saying she couldn't refund either. Got an email later, refund rejected. Called and spoke to rep #5, asked to speak to a supervisor, they don't allow customers to speak to supervisors, putting my message in a queue for someone to contact me.

The food delivery (dashers) I encountered are irresponsible. They don't follow the instruction given on the order. Yesterday one of the delivery person left my food at the road side and the food was run over by either pedestrian or a car. I took a picture of it. Fortunately, when I complain, the company reordered it for me. Today another delivery guy left it some where I couldn't find. I had given instruction to call me on arrival and hand it over to me. When I call him, he said "do you have 2 min?" I said"yes" then he came back and handed it over to me. I'm not sure that he had left it in the first place. Because, I had searched the area before I called him. And when I asked him where he had dropped it, he didn't want to answer. I feel that door dash delivery is not reliable and professional. I'll not use it again and will not recommend it at all.

During this challenging time i decided to utilize DoorDash to support a local business. I placed a order total cost $130 which i believe during this times is pretty significant. Unfortunately my order was cancelled due to the driver saying the restaurant was closed which was unture because i confirmed by phone they were open till 9pm taking last order at 845pm. Keep in mind i placed my order around 5pm. DoorDash is full of you know what and i think we should all avoid these scammers.

Horrible experience. Ordered food took over and hour when quoted 30 minutes, fine things happen. Order arrives and we are missing EVERY THING except an order of shrimp. They forgot 3 of our 4 meals... contact them and we have to argue to get back our money. They wanted to give back half! Pathetic customer service. If I could give them a 0 it would fit them better as a company. I had a deliver driver deliver chilis to my house the other night. Right after they left the driver managed to take out my light pole on my property by hitting it with there vehicle. I called doordash to report the issue to them. It took them days to get back to me. They then indicated to me that they would not be able to cover the damages. I will never ever use a company like them again.
