Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Time after time of bad service, crazy charges for poor service, no way to contact doordash - IT'S OVER. I am officially deleting the apps on my phone and computers. When asking for help they are quick to credit me for the missing items but never any refund of the fees or the tip given to the inadequate and unrelieable drivers. Done, Gone - I know it will make little difference in the grand scheme of things UNLESS, UNLESS enough people just get mad and say no more! Wait. I'll start the mass exodus.

Never ordering from DoorDash ever again! They stole our money. I ordered on their and someone who picked up my food didn't deliver the food to me and they stole it and when I try to contect DoorDash they don't pick up. Phone calls and through the app. Never again

Orderd threw doordash, driver only grabs half the order. When contact the driver she say with a attitude I'll bring you the other haft in about 30 minutes when I'm back in the area. 3 hours later still no order. Finally just canceled and refunded 3 weeks later undelivered food. NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the aggravation.

I'm very happy with DoorDashes service with a number of restaurants in my area over the last few months and the delivery drivers have been great, and when there have been issues the customer support group has been awesome and helped me resolve the issues right away. Great app and service, and I recommend!

Doordash another no show- the food gets picked up at the restaurant & hours later isn't delivered. They lock up the app so you you have to eventually have the order canceled & can't rate your service on the app.

I ordered food from a place approximately two miles from my home. Driver called that he had the wrong address. I verified the address and gave directions. Verified the address with a second caller. They CANCELED my order. I called customer service and I was told that they would reactivate my order. They DIDN'T. I had to call the restaurant and get the order reactivated. My order was delivered about two hours after I ordered by a restaurant employee. Instead of enjoying my company I was on the phone trying to get my delivery, Directions are easily available on a drivers phone, Don't understand why there should be a problem.

The driver would not bring my food to my apartment. She said she my apartment numbert was not in the app. I provided the apartment number but she still would not bring it up. I am disabled and cannot walk which is why I ordered food for delivery. The conformation email has my building number and apartment number. The food was returned to the restaurant. DoorDash can't figure out how to refund my money.

I ordered food put the wrong address, I told the driver I would tip him accordingly for the mishap. Next thing I know customer care called me. They told me they were canceling my order and taking the money. Or they could drop the food right where they were at and I could come pick it up at my convenience. I don't think it's right for a mistake for them to take your money.

I was a dasher and I work hours without even a break and I had been having problems with the app it was declining orders on it's own and other problems all the time I called them to let them know I didn't want it to affect my ratings and they said it would be fine then suddenly they just fire me because of something I had no control of and I filed an appeal and they still haven't returned my calls or emails i was a great dasher and they didn't appreciate me! I have proof that I was having problems with the app and they have been so rude to me. I didn't deserve this after all the hours I worked and almost lost my life over once I drive safe but its a risk because not everyone drives safely.

After bringing half my order to my address and having someone else bring the order inside. I called the restaurant whom said the other part of the order was still there. I called a driver "brian g" who said he had a lot of orders to pick up and that i could get a refund from door dash. I told him that I needed the food and why could he not go back and pick it up. He said he wasnt going back, i said that i have kids and i need the order, he said "f ck $#*!r" and hung up the phone. I didnt call him back because I didn't want to be as ignorant as he was. I called door dash and requested that he be fired. I will be waiting for a response from them.

HORRIBLE! We were celebrating my mom's 87th birthday. The DoorDash driver couldn't reach me by phone. He didn't bother to ask the receptionist at the nursing home who was expecting the delivery, Instead he advised DoorDash the order couldn't be delivered. I was told DoorDash refused a refund, refused a reorder, and told the driver to keep the food! Customer service has hit an all time LOW! This is my first and LAST experience with DoorDash and advise you to find another company to deliver your food. Preferably with drivers having more than 2 brain cells and a company caring about their customers!

Doordash is such a dishonest company. The customer service promised over the phone to refund since the dasher messed up my order. However, the refund never arrived even after 6 months. When I contacted DoorDash again and again, they refused to admit they hadn't refunded me and kept telling me it must be my bank is holding the refund.

Will not give you refunds for delivery wrong food. Just ludacris. Told dasher he was giving me the wrong food. He just left swore at me in a different language. Complained 3 x declined 3 x will never use them again. I spent 89.00 on food I couldn't eat. It was things I was allergic too. I also explained that. It went in the trash, I'm sure this girl Hannah was pissed she did not receive her order. I wanted the guy to take it to her.

They steal your money! Every time I order something, either it wasn't delivered, or half of the order was left out. I called multiple times, they were super rude, and they never delivered my food or refunded me. I finally canceled my DoorDash pass. Please, please, please don't order from here, and use GrubHub or UberEats. Instead, they have much better customer service, and do not steal from you. Additionally, they have much more trustworthy drivers, who are not as creepy.

PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE... DO NOT TIP IN THE APP! I am a delivery driver for Doordash. Doordash will use your tips that you intend for the driver to help pay out their guarantee to the driver. Please tip your driver with cash. If possible. In most instances, the driver will not receive your tip at all. We as drivers greatly appreciate cash tips... They dont give you all of the credits in the money you spent, they will 9nly give you a part of your cash back. The drivers do not know how to read. The app will not place the order at the closet restaurant in your area and will have it being picked up in ohio instead of in ky if you live in ky you could be sitting outside of the restaurant and order and it would still send it to miles away so your food is cold. Worse app ever. I'll stick to going out and picking up my own food.

Hello, I was ordering food from Mcdonalds at 1:28pm, the driver didn't show customer service was rude. To then deliver me stale donuts and flat undrinkable soda I did not finish because the quality of the product was unacceptable. My order did not arrive until 2:04am. It took 12 hours to get my food and customer service was not helpful. I have pictures of our conversation that they could not help me with as I was waiting 12 hours and still charged and not refunded. The lengthy wait and rude service still didn't give me a refund. I had been expecting a full refund. And would appreciate a stipend of appreciation for my time and consideration of association.

The Doordash in Springfield Va has gotten really bad. In the past month I have had 3 orders cancelled hours after I placed them, because they couldn't find a dasher. Today I had one order cancelled because the business didn't actually carry the products on their menu, and the other order I placed was delivered but missing half of the meals. Just really terrible service all around, on numerous occassions.

Got double charged after only receiving half of my order then said they didn't change me again and they added more on for the tip. I was on the messageing help service for 3 or 4 hours getting the whole round about for nothing because they don't want to resolve the issue. And still didn't help me resolve my problem they said they didn't see any problems after investigating then I called my bank and said they did double charge me and it if goes threw to call my bank again and they would get the money back for me. Absolutely rediculous. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I had some fraud made by some employes or clients in my bank account from restaurants around montreal. An employe of my bank tangerine was suppose to cancel the cards so I had more frauds from DooDash all that between end of January and febuary 02 2023. Tangerine still how me around 125$. Yesterday I made my grocery online with MAXI to discover that the delivery that was suppose to be free from an optimum promotion. They put 3 charges delivery 4.99$ fees of 1.00$ for? And to top it up 5$ for the driver tip! The drivers are from DoorDash! They decide to charge me 5.00$ tips on my card! And when I cancelled because I don't want nothing to do with that company much less give them a tip of 5$! I give 2.00$ tip because I don't work because I am sick and I have mobility problems waiting for my hip operation! MAXI AND DOORDASH decided to charge me 11.50$ for some other illegal fees!

I have some written proofs of what I had experience!! 5$ tip for a grocery delivery?? What's next??
