Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Twice now I have ordered food from a restaurant about 10 min away from where I live. Got a text saying they were on their way, 40 min later they show up and food is cold. When asked why so late driver shrugged her shoulders and said they were busy. Door dash is not cheap, so cold food is unacceptable. Won't be using them again.

Due to the situation in the world I have been ordering food in hopes it was safer. But I have to say doordash is disappointing in every way. Every order is delivered cold. Almost every order takes at least an hour to be delivered. Most orders are either the wrong order all together or not made to order. And costs. Your paying double for your food in many cases. The final straw was they opened the food containers leaving the food unsafe to eat now just sitting on my porch and they refuse to refund my money. Do not use this service. Their business is garbage and their drivers have no idea how to handle and deliver food.

I ordered diet pepsi and a pizza with pepperoni, sausage onions and bell peppers. I got mountain dew, and a plain pizza. I called to complain, the driver would not take the order off my hands. Said he delivered, thats all he could do, then left me stranded with wrong items. So, i found the chat help link, and at first the agent seemed very nice and promised me that they would refund my order, but it was only partial. Having already ended the chat, i attempted to get the rest of my money back but I could not call, chat or get any help whatsoever. I had to resign to a written request and they will contact me I'm very frustrated and will never ever used Doordash again.

Door dash has routinely delivered my food to the wrong address twice. I did not get the food but they refused to refund me. This most recent time they brought the wrong thing. I offered to allow them to come pick up the wrong thing and deliver the right food. They refused and again did not refund me. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. I will NEVER use them again. Grubhub is great. Never a problem with a refund if your order is incorrect or missing. In fact, many times Grubhub will even send you a discount coupon if they've made an error in addition to the refund.

Ordered 3 meals but only got 2 so didn't eat that night. Their only responsibility is to deliver meals which they can't accomplish. Not worth the aggravation you will go through just to get your money back for the missing meals and have to wait 3 to 5 days.

This place will steal your food and your money. Ordered food, the driver drove right past my place and marked it as delivered. Contacted customer support, they said they would refund me, never happened. Then for some reason they restarted my order. So another driver texted me that the restaurant did not have my food, wow. This place is very bad at anything they try to accomplish.

Approximately $3,000 was charged to my bank account over the last three days in DoorDash charges fraudulently! DO NOT trust this vendor. Your payment method is NOT secure. I've closed my account, alerted the police, and Chase Bank has opened an investigation. Take my advice and cancel your debit/credit card account associated with DoorDash and stop ordering through this company. Their customer service was terrible when I called to report the problem too!

I wish I could give 0 stars. But I highly recommend NOT exposing this company to your debit/credit card info. It's a scam. They will steal money. No questions asked. Make sure you check your card amount afterwards. I had over 70 bucks stolen the day after I ordered. Now I have to check my card constantly to make sure nothing was stolen. If it continues I'm going to the police. This whole company is a SCAM! Its disgusting.

I have never ordered from Doordash - but I did purchase a $200 gift card on the Doordash website to be emailed to my son-in-law before Xmas. More than two weeks and many complaints later, the gift card has not been received and they have refused to refund my payment. They insist that I must deal with their third party fulfillment company called LaunchGiftCards.com which is non-responsive to my emails and does not have a published customer service number. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card and will never deal with DoorDash again!

Do not order any gift cards from DoorDash or from any company that uses LaunchGiftCards.com for fulfillment!!

As with all of these reviews, the driver didn't check the order. Essentially you are tipping for service you don't receive. The person on the customer service chat was very professional but in the end refunded me for the order I didn't receive which I never should have to pay for anyway. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened. Then they will wonder why I never use their service again. The food had obviously been sitting for a while to in the meals I did receive were terrible. It is silly but it ruins your evening when you save up for a nice meal and not only does everyone in the family not get to eat but the food that does come is awful

Used this service on three occasions. After waiting for my food for almost an hour, items were missing. The last time that I used this service, the driver only showed up with my drinks (for a $70 order plus a good tip) and never returned with the rest of my order because he delivered it to the wrong address. Will never use them again.

First off, they add so many taxes and fees you might as well go get the food yourself. They don't give you a chance to change your address. The drivers mess up all the time, and customer service is awful! Looking for a way to delete my account. Also, they change the tip amount

I put in my home for delivery for some reason the website changed my address to somewhere I have never even been(some shopping center). When the service lady called she said they did not deliver to my address (which was 5 miles away). They said I could either cancel and receive no refund or have it delivered to the original address so of course I said deliver it... luckily the driver hid and texted me but it got delivered to a random spot. I understand that they can't just have the delivery person running around but I feel like they need to fix something with their site because my food was delivered to some location I have never been and I know I put in my home address. It was very frustrating to say the least and the service lady didn't even care that I would of been out almost a 100 dollars. To say the least I'll stick with cooking.

Doordash took 73.80 out my account after I called in to only give a 20.00 tip to my dasher. Not only did they do this but they gave me the run around for about 2 hours about my money an put a fake supervisor on the phone. Doordash customer service sucks. Do not deal with doordash! Above all this they would steal my food constantly! They are a horrible company!

I just ordered the Shrimp Basket from Crafty Crab for the first time. Oh my God was it wonderful! 10 beautifully fried large shrimp and onion rings (you have a choice here). They arrived hot and the onion rings were crisp and delicious. I will definitely order again!

Waited for over an hour for food in the middle of the night. After multiple tries of contacting the driver and then DoorDash, I get a call from DoorDash saying we cannot find the restaurant to pick up your order (how is it possible the company has restaurants that it can't even locate) and then they hung up on me after I got upset. My app then says the order is cancelled. No apology. No word. Nothing. I can't even order something else because of the time. There is no evidence now that I even placed an order so of course I can't complain on the app. Terrible company. Never again.

Besides got my order 50 minutes late, driver walked to me under heavy rain without any hot bag or coverage therefor my order got completely wet and he didn't even said nothing l was in shocked couldn't believe what happened. Anyhow no way to contact with customer service which is awful coz only way e-mail which takes forever and they don't actually care.so one word this company supposed to be shutdown coz delivering unsafe food coz l been having stomach issue after that order..

The pass few times I ordered through door dash; the service was bad. Driver(s) forgot part of my order and took forever to get here. I received a text stating your dasher is approaching and 20 mins later; still no food. Some drivers were not friendly either.

Delivery time windows are constantly changed/pushed back.My most recent order did NOT have the fish that I ordered.I ordered flounder but got whiting. Apparently this is OK with doordash because they refused to address the issue. Doordash is canceled in my house!

I think they have like 1 driver working for them in the entire state of AZ. Had a bad experience on Saturday where my delivery showed up late and the pizza was ice cold. They gave me a $10 credit so I decided to give it another shot. Huge mistake. I ordered from a place that estimated 30-40 min delivery time. 30 minutes later and it now says my order is 45 minutes out from arriving to me. Not even going to bother with their customer service team again cuz it's a complete joke. Honestly, just use anyone besides them if you're hungry and looking to eat within the hour.
