Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
I ordered Chipotle through DoorDash and the food arrived 45 minutes later than the estimate. I called and the service representative said there was nothing he could do as the delivery is through Chipotle. I called Chipotle and they said there is nothing they can do because delivery is handled by DoorDash. I called DoorDash back and was told they would escalate it to Chipotle. The food arrived and it was cold. Cold as if it had been in a refrigerator! No one is willing to resolve this! The runaround by BOTH of these companies is ridiculous. Stay away from DoorDash! Heck, stay away from Chipotle as well if they won't take responsibility for their delivery service. I'm out!

Sorry I never really complain about stuff on here. But I don't know if other people had issues with DoorDash.but with their new policy if an item is missing they don't even give you a refund anymore and John who was the dasher asked if I wanted a substitution when the store was already closing and he was already on the way so there was no point…idk I just feel like this is straight thievery at this point! Was a customer with doordash for years but unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else :/

Tried to change the delivery time. Doordash makes you cancel it instead and order again. But it then did not allow me to cancel the later order. When I tried, they took fifteen minutes to talk me out of it? Then said they couldn't help and weren't able to refund (keep in mind this was after I ordered the food again in order to get it earlier). Now I have two deliveries and no help from Doordash.

I put an order in during the morning hours for delivery in the evening. The order was accepted and I heard nothing all day until shortly before the dinner was to be delivered. They canceled it because they were "unable to process" it. If you are counting on getting what you ordered, use another provider.

Site was a good idea but might as well be going under. Dashers have stolen my food and dozens of stores either screw up or cancel my orders lately. Only thing I get from customer service is a refund and "sorry for the inconvenience hope the refund helps!" Reasons for my orders being canceled typically amount to "sorry they're too busy to want your money and business, but too dumb to close the store in the app" none of which fixes the issue of my still not having food to eat.

I order between $500 to $1000 per week with this company and have had issues with my orders. I take pictures when there is an issue with the food and offer to email it to the company but they always refuse. My last 2 issues were as follows: - Order never arrived. Driver never made it to our house so they refunded my full bill. - Last issue, I was missing a few drinks, instructions were not followed by the restaurant therefore I could not eat my order and some of the food was EXTREMELY dry/overcooked as the restaurant was about to close. I followed up with DoorDash and they would not refund me for any part of this order. I at least expect back my money for the items not received. I shouldn't have to pay for the restaurants mistakes either. I will NEVER order from them again. I'm sure other services will enjoy my business.

I was receiving mail to my house from door dash. My middle initial is D not J. I reached out to them many times and explained you can't do it online you can only fix your first and last name online. Yet numerous customer service were incompetent and for some reason couldn't understand that and fix it! Even filed with the BBB and they didn't even adddress it and say it was fixed. Hands down just 0 stars their customer service is so bad!

If you say free delivery it should be free. But then you force people to give a delivery tip. So i dont get the choice i have to give a tip. Even if the guy does not show up. Or shows up over 2 hours late. Screw you i should be able to tip the driver in person if i wish to not be forced to give a tip, thats still considered paying for the delivery. I signed up to order food because i cant walk from surgery. But i cant afford my meal if i am forced to tip. So because of dealdash i can not get the meal i would like to have today. Ill never use deal dash THIEVES.

Every time I use this service its a new issue, missing item, half of my order is missing, now today $40 food never delivered but the dasher makes it to where it was delivered. Called dasher multiple times, they never responded, answered and blocked me, take my money and yet I have to call to get a refund only get them to tell me I reached a limit to compensate or apologize a million times and not get my money back? Kids look forward to their food only to see someone else possibly feeding their child the food I paid for or was never waited for, because of an impatient driver or dasher! I am pissed!

I have tried and tried using Doordash over the past few years. EVERY experience has been just horrific! Even when I have had to resort to speaking with a customer service person, they have been repeatedly unhelpful and just about rude. I think I'm pretty-much done with anything to do with Doordash.

Do not work for this corrupt company they will waste your time and money. It is a wash you'll spend more on gas and they treat your time like it's worthless. They'll pay you 2.25 an hour and still except you to pay tax and not give you any money for gas

Received a notification that my order was delivered. I noticed the delivery driver tried to call. I received no order. I called the number from 2 different numbers and it went straight to voicemail.
When I called the chat line, I was notified that the "restaurant " was no longer taking orders. My friend went to order from her phone... place was accepting orders.
Offering a full refund without the driver tip?! Wtf? Calling bank to dispute charges.

I just ordered from Door Dash... a sandwich, fries and drink from Dairy Queen. I am within a 30-day free-delivery period. In addition, Dairy Queen had a notice that orders over $10 would be delivered free. So, I ordered a few extra things and went to check out. I noticed the charge was quite high and it looked like they were trying to charge me for delivery. I called them after placing my order to tell them there had been a mistake. They kept asking for promo codes! There wasn't one. There never has been one when I ordered with them before.
Anyway, this has really messed up my day and taken way too much of my time in trying to rectify the issue. For $3.99 it's worth it to leave a VERY scathing review of this dishonest company. Geez...

I am a dasher and the online support chat is run by children. Or adults who act like them. They will not allow me to talk to a supervisor or manager and will not help me with my problem. I have tried the chat 10 times and get the same person under different computer generated names. I know it's the same person because they consistently make the same grammar and spelling errors. Horrible experience.

Yes. There is multiple things. On December 12th. I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings the first time. This order never showed up. So I called customer support. She stated I could not get my money back but receive credit in order to reorder. I was fine with that. I ordered the It again. The food was made incorrectly from what I requested and there was chicken bones from where someone ate some of the chicken. There was an extra box in the bag. There was someone's leftover quesadilla burger half eaten also in the bag. I called again spoke with a man he stated someone would follow up with me. I never received the email no one documented that night. So I called today brought it to a woman's attention and she told me I would receive and email asking for more information and they will research. Less 10 min I received the email stated no compensation cause of my account history? I can't help that I give you guys feedback on the customer service I receive when something goes wrong.

I ordered a $40 meal including a tip from Applebees and it never arrived. They then tried to argue with me that it was indeed delivered but the photo was not even my house! The illiterate driver called me several times even though I left clear delivery instructions, I had to call and read it to her and she still couldn't find my house. They offered me a $8 credit, which seems to be the only solution. I then used it the next day to buy cookies the. I ordered 3 sugar cookies but was delivered 3 chocolate. Of course I had to complain again where I was then accused of fraud. Typical poorly ran company blaming the customer for their mistake. I didn't even want a refund I don't need it, I just wanted to let them know how garbage the team is. Never had these problems with grub hub, I'll stick to them.

2 incident occurred that caused me to delete my door dash account. First incident i purchased an order and didn't receive my order; I was actually given someone else order and they charged my card more $$ without my permission! They did nothing to help me as a customer to refund or replace my order. Second incident I went out of town and placed my order forgetting to change my address I edit my address less then 30 sec after processing my order i paid 37.00 and and got a refund of $6 for wrong address and NO FOOd. IM DONE

They're just terrible. Someone better at business should buy this company and do a better job. Great concept, terrible service. They treat their drivers like crap, just issue you a refund if you never get your food / get the wrong food / wait hours to have your order canceled. Someone needs to step into this market and do it correctly.

They charged me alot more for items then the store actually charges. Then changed my tip from 10.00 to 40.00 on their own. I didn't give permission to change my tip. So watch what you buy and always check the receipt after delivery. That's when they changed my tip.

The customer service is poor and the drivers are dishonest. The driver took $30 for a order the was already paid for. Door dash is a greedy company and doesn't take responsibility for their drivers. Save yourself be using uber eats or grub hub. I thought the bad were random but its normal they driver hustle people out of extra money. Don't trust door dash. Doordash refused to give me a refund. Will never use them again. They are difficult to get on the phone and hardly speak any english. Said they would investigate what happened to the missing entree and I never heard from them again. I never got the refund. Awful business.

Every single order I get from them is wrong. Once a dasher drove around with my food for an hour before I canceled the order. Today I received someone else's order. Food has gone missing in the past. You name it, doordash has done it. They won't even compensate me or resend my orders. Not worth the hassle. I'll just order pizza.
