Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Stole $80 said the food was on its way and it never was. Called the restaurant and the order was never made and would be 3 hrs late due to 500 tickets taken. I canceled with the reasturant since the order would be another 2 hrs and was not made and let the know I'll cancel with doordash after I hang up. I cancelled with doordash immediately. When I noticed no credit being returned I contact support who say it's ineligible for refund. I explained that's ridiculous to no result. They are stealing and have terrible business practices.

I received the most inane email from one of DoorDash's "VIPs" less than an hour before my $400 lunch order for an office was supposed to be delivered. An email, which assumes I was not driving to the location for a business meeting AND that I would receive it in time to make an alternate plan. Incredulous. Although not ideal, a PHONE CALL earlier this morning when the restaurant supposedly told them that they could not fulfill the order would have been helpful. Regardless, I checked with the restaurant and was informed DoorDash's excuse for canceling was a blatant lie. I had to turn to GrubHub for Work who is thankfully delivering my food ASAP. Unfortunately, it will still be an hour late because DoorDash neglected to alert me in a timely manner. I will never use their service again, and I suggest you don't either. They deserve ZERO stars, and no customers!

They advertise "Sign up us easy Dash right away" That is a negative! Its been almost 2 wks and I cannot get my sign I g up process complete, 1st someone had my phone # connected w/their account - They cldnt explain that so ti get ti someone who knows what their talking about well. GOOD LUCK! Finally Im signed up after 2 hrs on the phone ¬ ti mention a week and 1/2 of calls and messaging Support, now its been 4 days on my background! Their reasoning- Over abundance if ppl signing up! Really Dasher you guys suck!

On 10/10/2023, our driver took one of our meals ordered from Sonny's in Tallahasse, FL. Door Dash did nothing! We contacted the restaurant and they specifically told the delivery driver, Aaliyah, that our order was in 2 bags. She only delievered 1! She got a free meal, the 20% tip of a $60 order, AND her delievery fee.

I placed an order with DoorDash for a restaurant take-out order. I was told the food would arrive in 45 minutes. When it didn't arrive in an hour, I called the delivery person who told me the food wouldn't be ready at the restaurant for another hour. When I spoke to the restaurant manager, she told me that the delivery person hadn't put in my order until 30 minutes after I filled in the online form. She also told me that she had told him that the food wouldn't be ready for 90 minutes. If he'd called to tell us that, we would have cancelled the order. It's outrageous that we had to wait 2 hours for our take-out order! I will not use this service again!

The amount of times door dash has not only screwed over me, a customer, and the dashers is absolutely horrible. 3 TIMES has there been a conflict between purely dd and the dasher or the dasher and restaurant or between all 3! I always get the sweetest dashers so i KNOW this has nothing to do with them. Its the company. I always ask them to get a settlement from dd and i tip when allowed while getting refunded. At this point all door dash is, is a scam.

DoorDash is now not posting your negative reviews you leave when you rate a store after delivery. They only post the 5 or 4 star reviews making customers believe a restaurant that may suck is great.

For the second time today, I had a door dash driver deliver food to the wrong address. When I tried to report it in the app, all they wanted to do was give me a $2 credit. That's not sufficient. I let the driver know it was delivered to the wrong address and he blamed it on the app. Hello?!? The app has the correct address. All you have to do is look at a house number when you pull up and make sure it's the right one. After I filed the complaint, the driver continued to text me saying I was lucky because I didn't have to go pick up the order and the place I ordered from was 20 minutes out of his normal area, like I knew that. Hello again!?! I pay extra plus a delivery fee plus a tip for you to go get the food, which is the whole point of this service.
I tried forever to figure out how to let door dash know that the driver continued to be unprofessional. Finally I got on the chat. I started to type and the person wrote back 'this has already been reported' and closed the chat. Never again am I wasting my money with them

Asked by the website to contact the "Door dasher" regarding my order. No response. Arrival of food has yet to occur, they reported being at my house at 7:45pm, it's waaaaay after 8pm. Per the website they haven't even picked up the food which means an hour late. Have tried to make contact with the company regarding inquiry of order with zero response. I do not recommend using this website unless you plan on having very cold food.

I am so tired of this company I refuse to use them any further. 90% of our orders are WRONG. From simple drinks missing to an entire dish. The ironic thing is DoorDash now is going to "punish" the customer NOT the restaurant by NOT refunding our rightfully due money paid for something we NEVER received. Really? I don't think so. Tell me again it is due to "account history" and try to say nothing. How dare you punish the customer when we are simply asking for what we ordered and paid for. Here's an idea-punish the restaurant who got the order wrong! Thanks DoorDash because of your failed attempt to maintain a business in a flawed manner, I am now able to stick with another delivery service; Postmates, UberEats, Cavier-you know-ALL YOUR COMPETITORS. If you like having your order cancelles or delivered late and cold then you could use Doredash. I'm done with these guys. They cancel orders, hold your money for 3-5 days. When they do complete orders, they deliver late and your food is cold. I'm using UberEats from now on.

I wish i could give 0 stars. A little back story, my phone was low on battery so i put it on the charger. Well, i have a 3 year old and he likes to play with my phone. I wasn't paying attention and he took my phone off the charger and it died.
So, I ordered $80 worth of food through them. When I realized that it had been over the time they said until it would be here. I checked my phone and saw that it was dead. I immediately charged it and when it turned on i saw that I had a "Order Cancelled". I got in contact with them and they told me that there wasn't anything they could do for me. When I asked if the driver could just bring my food back they said no. When I asked if I could have a refund, they said no.
I have 5 mouths to feed for dinner. They didn't even try to work with me to get me my food. Now not only did i loose $80, but I have to rebuy food for my household and some driver got enough food to feed 5 people.

I planned my order ahead of time and I scheduled my food between the hour of 12-12:30pm for my lunch break. My driver never showed up. It said that my dasher was at the fast food place but then they cancelled it and no one told me anything about my food order nor delivery! I did, shockingly, get a refund for my money, but it's gonna take 5-7 business days, if that! This is the SECOND TIME that they have done this to me in the same month, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt! DoorDash is a joke! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. At 1am. 15 minutes delivery. Great! Placed the order, which immediately turned to 28 minutes for delivery. For the next 60 minutes it sat at 28 minutes delivery time. Useless. Haha on top of that they use 1950s shared lines... 2 minutes after my call to cancel ended, they came back and asked me to hang up so they could accept more calls. I feel like I'm in the 1950s

If I could give negative stars I would! After multiple bad experiences in a row they would not refund me for an order that I didn't receive some items and the latte that I ordered and didn't receive was spelled inside of the bag and left on the porch of my apartment building in the rain when I left specific instructions to please bring it upstairs to my door on the second floor and if there were any issues to please call or text! So since I had this kind of service the day before they would not refund me for items that I DID NOT RECEIVE! I'm disputing the charge. This is so unacceptable. The worst delivery service there is.

Used Doordash for the 1st time in January, oredered a meal, went to pick it up, Doordash hadn't passed my order on but they still took my $112 straight away. When I contacted Doordash they said I wasn't eligable for a refund. I had messaged them on 3 occasions and each time I was told my complaint would be marked as urgent and looked into straight away and to expect a reply within a couple of days. Each time they said this and no one contacted me. The last time I contacted them they told me that too much time has now passed since the order so therefore I was not eligible for a refund. So I'm $112 out of pocket, no meal for that night for my family and all because they never kept their word and contacted me back. Thieves! Will never use or recommend Doordash again.

I started working with Doordash, and everything went well for the first two weeks, from 02/16/24 when I opened the app I no longer found hotspots and couldn't even make appointments. I made several contacts by email, phone and text message to doordash support and every time I got different information, always PASSING THE RESPONSIBILITY ON ME (USER). On 02/26/24 I managed to make an appointment for Limon (a city that is two hours from my city) to my surprise when I arrived in the city of Limon there was no more appointment I made, I had to call the attendant 5 times the last time informed that: the dasher works for two normal weeks and then he will need to make appointments BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE DRIVER THAN DELIVERY offers. We were never informed of this at any point and even worse, it is unreliable that the schedules that were scheduled will be maintained, especially because I scheduled one for Saturday 03/01/24 and it has already disappeared, meaning I am unable to work like that. NEED HELP.

We used DoorDash 4 times during quarantine and 2 times we had issues. They have a section to provide special instructions for every item you order and the restaurants didn't follow those. Mistakes happen but DoorDash is not set up for good post purchase service. Last night we had to order dinner twice and got 3 out of 4 dishes came wrong the first time and the second time 1 was still wrong. The restaurant wanted to take care of it but DoorDash does not allow for that to happen. For the dish that was incorrectly served, that was $25.00, DoorDash wanted to give me a credit of $7.00. The restaurant wanted to refund the money but DoorDash says an order is completed once delivered and unable to process proper refunds. Even the restaurant said not to go through them and call directly and do take out. They have a lot of issues with DD. DON'T USE DOORDASH. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOOD SERVICE.

I placed an order with DoorDash couple weeks ago but the order was canceled, not by me, it was canceled by DoorDash. I was charged for the food and the Doordash services, totaling $42, and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed, used the chat option, called customer service and they just keep giving me the runaround with it. How can a company charge your card for their service, then cancel the service because of their own mistake, and not refund the money.? I just don't get it!

The driver picked up my order from…Carrabas
The driver picked up my order from Carrabas and left without the drinks I paid for. Carrabas said she... Ydania... ran in, grabbed a bag, never spoke with anyone and left the items behind. She is unreachable. Carrabas refused to refund the money I paid for the drinks because it's a third party delivery. A third party they contracted with by the way.
Screw doordash and Carrabas. I will NEVER use either of them again.

I placed an order from a restaurant within 5 miles of my house. It wasn't delivered until an hour and 15 minutes later. By then, of course it was cold. When I called the restaurant they said that the order was done within 15 minutes after placing the order. When I contacted doordash, I was told that I had to speak to the restaurant about that. They are the delivery service! I was told that it was not doordashs fault. I was never given an explanation why it took so long to receive my meal. Never again

I ordered chipotle, and the time of delivery was 33-49 mins. It said the dasher had arrived to the store and then began to give the count down time of the dasher to arrive to my door. The time it gave for him to arrive to my door was 16 - 20 mins. Once it reached 0-2 minutes I heard downstairs and look at the app again and see that the time before his arrival is another 16 minutes. I messaged the dasher and asked if he was here but he said that he was 16 minutes away and that he doesnt know why the app did that. Pretty annoying that the count down time of delivery was inaccurate

Doordash site says that they have 4.6 stars lies every other site you go to shows 1.2 to Maybe 2 stars that's the truth. The reason is because they do not deliver the services they say they're going to I place an order an hour and a 1/2 ago at the very last minute it got canceled nothing is open now I've worked a 10 hour shift I'm tired I want food they have no reason for the cancelation they just say sorry about that With no resolution no solution and leaving me the customer still without the services I paibefore granted they gave me a refund but it wasn't about the money it was about getting fed I will never use this company ever again this is the 3rd time over the past year they have disappointed me

PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE DOORDASH! Its a horrible service and treats its customers even more horrible! I made my first time order and LAST - to pay triple the amount i would usually pay - and not get my stuff - When i tried to contact doordash - CAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT THE STORE just to rate it - AND -- your review wont go on for the store if too many negative reviews -they WITHHOLD reviews- After i explain that 1/2 my order was wrong and the other 1/2 was missing - Also trying to tell them instead of using the closest KFC near me - they used the farthest - (food would of been colder)...
