Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Wow... first order was fine. Second order was so late it spilled into a meeting at work. Order three was fine, I mistakenly thought I didn't get an item... got a partial credit. Realized my mistake, offered them to take the credit back. Order four the guy claimed he didn'thave My exact address and instructions, then they mixed up the order. The offered me another credit which I refused, then explained I wouldn't use the service again... so I didn't need a credit on my account. I was Told I'd get a call to sort out the issues... never happened. Got a form email to which I called them out on. They... cherry on top... Iwas told Icomplained to much so I wasn't getting a credit I already turned down. Please explain to me how this works as a business model.

I have been making multiple attempts to get through to someone who can help me, but the agents keep making me email. I get no response. Someone has been using my bank card to purchase through Door Dash, so obviously they do not check or verify who is purchasing through their site. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!

Order $100 in food from Applebees waited two hours for the food, when it came it was one sandwich from Panera worth $10. Called doordash costumer service they told me that I would have to call the restaurant since I want thourgh there app. But told them that it wasn't the restaurant fault it was the drivers fault, he didn't even bring me the food from the right restaurant they pretty much told me that didn't matter that I would have to call them, so I called them then they told me I had to call doordash, called doordash back and argued with them for an hour for them to refund the money, two weeks later finally got my money back worst service ever... Never again, and will never order thourgh any restaurant that use them for there main delivery on there web page.

I order food using doordash. I place 2 different orders. The driver picked up one order and didn't pick up my other order but confirmed he did. When he got to my house he only had my shake from one spot. When I asked him about my wings. He stated he only had one stop. But I seen him go to Wingstop. I have him on my ring camera stating he didn't go. But door dash will not refund me for the food I did not get. Please do not order with doordash. They do not care about the customers rights. For now on it is only right for me to order through UBER EATS. UBER EATS IS A LOT BETTER AND PROFESIONAL.

Website is easy to usr and order went smoothly but I couldn't believe the final price.
All I wanted was a $12 entree and was stuck at home.
After minimum purchase requirement is met (or "too small order penalty") AND delivery fee AND service fee (?) AND mandatory 10% minimum tip (on the whole total after the extra fees are added) my total ballooned to $$THIRTY THREE$$ dollars.
$12 --> $33
I cannot fathom how enough people are willing to pay 250% more just for delivery. It is far cheaper to pick up yourself or even order delivery from traditional pizza or Chinese joints.
Who uses this service regularly?
If youve suffered a debilitating injury and are housebound this is at least an option not to starve.
Otherwise WAAAAAYYY too freaking expensive to recommend.

I placed a restaurant order on DoorDash last weekend using $37 in DoorDash credits and $37 on my credit card. My dasher called and said that the restaurant was out of food and told me to cancel my order for a refund. I proceeded to cancel and received a confirmation email stating that if my payment was pending it would not post to my credit card. I started placing another order at a different restaurant and realized that my $37 credits were gone. I chatted with customer service, and they told me that I had to wait a few days to receive my refund in credits and to my credit card. Yesterday (Wednesday), I noticed that the payment had not been removed and had posted to my credit card. I chatted with DoorDash support and was told that nothing could be done and that I should have contacted them earlier. They ended the chat before I had a chance to explain that I had. So I called customer support and was told that they would escalate the issue to a special "team" that would get back to me by email within three hours. I waited and did not receive anything by today, so I called again. The person I spoke to told me that she could not issue a refund. So DoorDash is now stealing $75 from me. Apparently a supervisor will call me "soon", but I am not counting on that based on my previous experience. I am posting this review everywhere I can and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I will never order from DoorDash again.

I ordered food from doordash the total on the bill was $31 the food was incorrect it contained bananas I'm allergic so I called them they offered me a refund of $5.33 towards a $31 order I was unable to eat anything they are ridiculous the price is for what I ordered was $19 for pancakes for 3 of them Which I can get the same size pancakes at McDonald's for $3 they are ridiculous they're unbelievable their customer service is a joke I will never again order from them and I suggest nobody else does Either they do not fix their issues or make refunds for incorrect items doordash is a scam their prices are unbelievable

Door dash as an app/company is great. Customer service issued me a refund with no questions asked. I give them props for that. But they must just let anyone deliver for them. I ordered lunch. And normally it will say "driver is approaching" well it did not. I then got a message that the order was delivered. The driver left my food at some random business half way across town! I sent them a message with no response and called them and was met with a response of "I left it at *blank blank* store" and my response was "well you still didn't bring it to my house". I had to give the driver my address 4 times and I guess that still wasn't enough. I contacted support and they were fabulous and gave me a refund and credit points to my account. I then got a phone call from someone else from support asking me to send the driver my address (again). I did so, and still no food was delivered. I mean I'm grateful I got my money back. But if someone can't follow simple directions and use a GPS, and then just leave someone's food sitting in front of a business that isn't even open on sundays. They shouldn't be driving for a delivery service!

I order some food Firehouse Subs yesterday through doordash.com from too different restaurants. The first order came, the delivery driver was okay. For the second-order, the delivery driver came in her bedroom shoes. She practiced the no contact and she was not wearing gloves nor a face mask. I mean if doordash.com don't know what their delivery drivers are being professional or not. They are waiting to hear the customers report about their services. I say they need to tell the delivery drivers to be professional when delivering people's food. This girl was not professional at all. She looked like she was waiting at home and when it came for her to make a delivery she just slid her bedroom slippers on and out of the door she went, not considering how she may look to the customer. We are in hard times now and people that are ordering from business in the community are trying to help by ordering their food and using whatever delivery services that will bring the food. When they start wearing bedroom shoes to make the deliveries, it is time to start complaining because something needs to be said and corrected. If the driver is getting too comfortable, then I guess it time for me to go out and pick up my food because being unprofessional is showing that you don't care who you are working for. I wished I had caught a picture of her leaving my resident that day. Doordash, you need to upgrade on professionalism with the delivery driver. But I must admit not all the drivers are unprofessional just some of them who are just doing this because they don't care.

Worst delivery service ever and the company its self are THIEVES! I ordered food with their service, and the driver never arrived, the driver stole my food! I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor and both told me (long story short) i am SOL because you order shows delivered and also on my app i have a specifically stating to call me upon arrival. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! THE COMPANY IS FULL OF THIEVES!

When I order a pizza on papa john's website, there is no mention of Doordash. Yet somehow they got contracted to deliver my pizza, and they didn't deliver the pizza. What the hell. Doordash is a SCAM, it's 100% FRAUDULENT. They got involved in my order with a third-party, without my consent, ruined the order, and then I had to call and have the charge reversed. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DOORDASH!

After being a customer for about 2 years I just had the worst experience ever. The restaurant didn't get my order so after an hour when the food was supposed to be here I receive a text stating that they won't make my order. Chat with customer service for another 25 minutes for them to tell me that the solution is for me to cancel the order and resend it which now would take another 90 minutes. You might think after two years of being a customer they would attempt to keep my business but they offered nothing except a refund that would take 5-7 business days. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE DEALT WITH IN A VERY LONG TIME.
