I am a dasher and the online support chat is run by children. Or adults who act like them. They will not allow me to talk to a supervisor or manager and will not help me with my problem. I have tried the chat 10 times and get the same person under different computer generated names. I know it's the same person because they consistently make the same grammar and spelling errors. Horrible experience.

IM DONE!

2 incident occurred that caused me to delete my door dash account. First incident i purchased an order and didn't receive my order; I was actually given someone else order and they charged my card more $$ without my permission! They did nothing to help me as a customer to refund or replace my order. Second incident I went out of town and placed my order forgetting to change my address I edit my address less then 30 sec after processing my order i paid 37.00 and and got a refund of $6 for wrong address and NO FOOd. IM DONE

Terrible.

They're just terrible. Someone better at business should buy this company and do a better job. Great concept, terrible service. They treat their drivers like crap, just issue you a refund if you never get your food / get the wrong food / wait hours to have your order canceled. Someone needs to step into this market and do it correctly.

Same problem every time
January 17, 2024

Doordash refuses to update their maps and because of it yet again we're going without an order. We leave instructions for the dashers, call the dashers (they don't pick up) and they still leave our food at the wrong building a 1/4 mile down the road. Doordash customer service refuses to rectify the situation.

Do not trust door dash.

The customer service is poor and the drivers are dishonest. The driver took $30 for a order the was already paid for. Door dash is a greedy company and doesn't take responsibility for their drivers. Save yourself be using uber eats or grub hub. I thought the bad were random but its normal they driver hustle people out of extra money. Don't trust door dash. They don't take responsibility for their drivers. Kisha

Total rip off

They charged me alot more for items then the store actually charges. Then changed my tip from 10.00 to 40.00 on their own. I didn't give permission to change my tip. So watch what you buy and always check the receipt after delivery. That's when they changed my tip.

$#*! in a can doordash. If you think your going to get away with hidden fees and uping your prices double what the actual store charges your going to lose alot of customers. Enough said. I will never support this scam of a business ever again.

Orders are never correct
February 24, 2023

Every single order I get from them is wrong. Once a dasher drove around with my food for an hour before I canceled the order. Today I received someone else's order. Food has gone missing in the past. You name it, doordash has done it. They won't even compensate me or resend my orders. Not worth the hassle. I'll just order pizza.

Whole entree was missing
November 8, 2019

Doordash refused to give me a refund. Will never use them again. They are difficult to get on the phone and hardly speak any english. Said they would investigate what happened to the missing entree and I never heard from them again. I never got the refund. Awful business.

Easy cash out

Initially my reward was not credited to my account but all I had to do was email the support team and they credited my account within a couple of days! Super easy and minimal time taken to benefit from rewards!

Last night was the second DoorDash fail. Twice there were problems with the order and twice they tried to imply it was my fault or my credit card when in fact their credit card was not working -- their driver "did not have the cash to cover it" and I was offered nothing in return after WAITING 35 minutes. They could have solved this immediately instead - nothing - no food - no " I am sorry" - nada. There are other services in my area and I will be using them!

Cant complain

Ill start off by saying that in my opinion i feel like doorDash is better than uberEats, the price is way better, the updates i get are faster nd reliable. I like how they give you door dash credits of you pick up the orders you make.The door dash Membership comes thru mostly orders you make are over $12 and with that membership you get free delivery wich saves you money. It also costs less to be a member compared to other Food delivery services. It doesnt hurt to try them out. And they are always hiring new drivers wich you Use your Bicycle, Car, scooter(i think) and also walk... Check them out. Could save you money nd time.

Terrible service

If I could give them a -star rating I would do it! I have had nothing but problems with overcharges, deliveries not on time or delivery times changed without consent. DoorDash is the worst business I have ever experienced. I have used them very few times and it was a terrible experience each time.

So I ordered 21$ worth of food and my whole order was completely wrong. Yes I understand that it is not door dash fault there selfs but when I kept trying to get my issue resolved they said the issue couldn't be refunded even though my order was completely incorrect. I had to contact support again and call and they ended up giving me 3.24$ thats it. For a complete order missing all items. Door dash is simple to order food but they are started to go down hill bad. A ton of issues constantly.

I cancelled my subscription a year ago but this company continued to charge me. When I report this to their customer service, the agent advised me there were nothing they could do about it and they won't refund me the the monies they took from me. Only advice was to contact my bank. Absolutely appalling! Don't join their subscription, they are money grabbers and thieves.

Terrible service

Ordered food from outback steakhouse in Pineville nc. I was told it would be delivered by Doordash. I waited about 45 mins and decided to call to see how much longer before my food would be delivered. The manager at outback stated the dasher came in seen the tip was only 5 dollars and said yea I am not delivering it. Now I am 1.2 miles from the restaurant, and all they are doing is picking up the food and driving 1.2 miles to collect 5 dollars, which if you break down the distance in mins it would have took them 3 mins, at that rate 1.66 dollars a min possibly 99.6 dollars an hour. Very fair. Not sure why any business would allow doordash to deliver there food, makes the business look very bad. Manager stated they do this all night long if tip is big enuff they just leave. Where is the accountability.

I don't recommend anyone to use doordash. They do not help their customers. They can choose not to help you with a solution to your incorrect order. There is nothing more to say then to just choose a different delivery provider please.

So a dasher came to my house hit my mailbox when I called customer support they offered me 5$ compensation then when I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor offered me a discount off my next order. This place is awful. It is known for being horrible as far as correcting issues and now I'm on the internet slandering their name and I don't ever do this. This might be the first review I've ever wrote on anything, but door dash; you've earned it.

If I could I give this a negative 0. Doordash is nothing but thieves and unprofessional customer service representatives, they laugh in your face when your food taken say they don't have managers and that they don't refunds. We have had our food stealing and have been fighting with doordash to give our money back cause we never got our food and to check their drivers and what is so sad that we spook to so many people who says that this has happen to them to.
