I strongly caution against engaging with Doxo, as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes. I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM). Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.

I have no problems! Been paying my bill for over a year on Doxo. Easy to follow directions for paying online. Sure beats driving to our local Water billing location to pay in person.

I don't know how to use a lot of technology I was brought up with the blackboard and overhead projectors for the newest thing but it was easy enough that I could figure it out so therefore I feel anybody could thank you and have a nice day

It was easy to make the payment but the system should tell you how much is due. I had to try yo find that information before paying and it was not easy.

All good two things not like: amount time you take from making payment till you send it and the extra charge per payment
