I strongly caution against engaging with Doxo, as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes. I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM). Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.

A while ago, perhaps several months, it was difficult to pay the gas and electric bill. Also, the bill did not specify whether the charge was for gas or electric. The only way that I could tell is that the gas bill, being on a budget plan, was rounded to the dollar. Since that time the payment process has improved and the charges was deducted from my checking account automatically.

I have been waiting for a $245 refund since June 22. I have emailed the company over 100 times when they did respond to the emails they blamed my bank for the wait and anymore they dont even gove a response. It is now October a refund doesnt take this long... its so frustrating

My gas company uses this platform for online billing/payments. I always prefer to do things online and this makes it easy. I'm sure it would be even more convenient if multiple of my providers used this platform.

It was awesome. It only took maybe five minutes from start to finish to complete the whole entire process and the payment was gone. I especially like the fact that the funds are taken out right away so that I don't have to worry about using that payment in error.

Doxo Website popped up when I was trying to pay bill online direct to Termix, took my money and charged extra.
That's misleading and should be illegal. I paid my bill twice because it due the same day and they take longer to process payment.

This company is not worthy to receive not even a single star! They claimed to be something they are not and took our money and we have yet to receive it back! Beware of Doxo. It's a scam! Class action law suit is definitely coming!

Tip for consumers:
Don't take the risk and pay a website like this to pay your bills, they will take your money and your bills will not get payed on time!!

I use Doxo to pay my Florida Blue Bill. Doxo, always send me reminders before my bill is due to ensure that it gets there on time. I would normally use my banks bill pay, but Florida Blue hasn't updated their billing address... So, while I'm not crazy about paying a fee to pay my bill, it's better than losing my Rx insurance...

Whenever I try to pay a bill online, this pops up as top result in search. It appears to be the official website to pay bills, but once you start filling out information you see fees start to pop up. So, this company's business model is basically to lurk on the internet and try to convince you that they are the legitimate business so that you can get suckered into paying extra fees.

I Don't like the fact that we have to pay a fee to pay you money! I think this is very unfair. If there were another way to make payments that would not cost me additional money, I would certainly take advantage of that.

Not an authorized 3rd party payor I was told by State of Colorado! Accidentally somehow paid them as bill for toll payment. Still got bill and fees increased and state withheld Drivers license. Brought un proof of paying DOXO. And basically they looked and said never heard of them. Have nothing to do with us! You still owe us! Wow Scam Alert!

I like the convenience of paying my bill on line. However, I never know how much I am supposed to pay, unless i actually see the paper bill or log into my actual account from the company that I am actually paying. I get the email telling me to pay the bill every month and I have paid it, but then I realize after about 4 months that this particular bill only needs to be paid every other month, so I had a large credit and I dont owe anything for a few more months. Bit I continue to get the email staying I owe this bill. So if those things could be fixed, I would love your service.

I have used Doxo as a way to pay a bill online. My payments have always been credited to my account on the same day I made the payment. This service is reliable and secure. The cost for the convenience and peace of mind is priceless.

I think it sucks. First of all you don't tell me the balance I owe. You leave it to me to get in touch with bank one and ask what my balance is then you charge 3 dollars to complete the transaction. Like I said doxo really sucks.

My dad found the website because he wanted to pay ezepazz and he payed them the money so they can transfer it they have been constantly withdrawing money from his credit card some othe reviews are fake to make it seem like its not a scam.

Since using doxo, paying my bills has become so easy. I literally set everything to autopay and it takes care of it for me. It's so nice not having to log in to multiple different websites every month to pay all my different bills. Their doxoPLUS program is a great addition - I love being able to track my credit score as well.

They sent the payment to the wrong company and all I get is lip service. They contacted the company to return the payment … that all they saying is the updated. While that is happening. I am getting the other company busting me for payment. The bottom line is … if you got a credit card. You do not need Doxo… plus you save on their processing fee which is high

I don't know how they got our information. We made our first payment at Toyota Heritage with a debit card and it was paid though Doxo. The dealership denies knowledge of this and if I hadn't noticed the $15 extra to our bank on a no interest loan we would still think we were paying directly to Toyota. We are still getting emails every month from them to pay our bill even though we are dealing with our bank directly. The are a scam

I don't think it's fair that I have to pay $3.00 for using the doxo website to pay my bill. I can use USPS to make my payments. So disappointed. I want to go back to mailing my payment, stamps are much cheaper.

My checking account was stolen and I had to change out my bank account. Because all my bills are paid through doxo, I only had to change my account in one place rather than for every bill I was paying. It was a real life saver and so convenient.

I've had no problem with Doxo. I wish the email from Doxo had the amount of my bill on it. I have to wait to receive Garland utility bill to pay through Doxo. That is the only complaint I have. Otherwise it is easy to use.

I had an issue where I made the payment online and the payment was not received by my water company. I had to do all the foot work to prove that the payment was made and that my bank account had debited for the charge. I was not happy. In the future I will be personally be obtaining money orders and delivering the payments personally.
