Find this site from a fashion blog and got their discount codes, though I'm doubt about the low price, when I ordered two dresses for me and my sister, they looked good, or I can say I'm the lucky one. I'm glad I order from this site and saved lot of money, and the quality of the dress is not that bad :)

I was a little sceptical of ordering but the price was so good that I "took a risk". The dress arrived in very good time (amazingly 2 weeks from ordering) and the design matched what we expected. We will have to reduce the waist size a little for my daughter but I expected some small alterations. Overall very happy

If i could give Dylan Queen -7 stars, i would. And this isnt even based on ordering a dress, i simply asked on the online chat if i would be entitled to a full refund if i was unhappy with the dress because there was no photo of the dress from the front. I then got numerous messages from 'Nancy' where she used abbreviations and slang, and this to me, from a supposedly professional website, is appalling. Her replies to my queries were 'pls send your email address to us and we can send a picture to u' and 'give me your email address and i can send to u'. This is ridiculously rude, impolite and grammatically incorrect ant their terrible customer service made me change my mind about ordering from them, or recommending them to others.

Hi to anyone who might be concern about buying their prom dress online. I bought my prom dress from this company and am extremely pleased with it. I was a little apprehensive at first as I really didn't know anyone who had bought their dress online, and especially for a special occasion but I can happily say my dress fitted perfectly and was an exact replica of the dress advertised. I bought the dress for my sister as birthday gift, The dress looked slightly lighter than the color shown on the website. Anyhow others look like as picture, especially the fabric feels comfortable. And It very fit my sister perfectly. If i need, i will come next time.

Receive dress --not right. Tried to exchange dress that was wrong color, very cheap material and look homemade... Did not look like picture. Do not order anything from this factory. Communication was sketchy and no customer service.

Then I appreciate the customer service, they are supportive and professional, they have clearly confirmed the size, the address, and other information. The dress arrived in good condition it was placed inside out in a sealed plastic bag and then placed in a very sturdy box. Thank you for your top service!

Don't purchase from this crowd unless you want to be scammed. Quick scroll through the reviews show that many of us have lost our money to Dylan Queen. The chances of them returning my money are dim. Any positive reviews are from staff. Truly terrible.

I was so sceptical to order my wedding dress online, I did some independent research of Dylanqueen prior to committing to buying from them. The communication was fantastic, I never waited more than 24 hours for a response and the majority of the time I actually just did Live Chat. I actually gave them a picture of the dress I wanted as I could not find one that I liked on their website. I could not be more happier with this purchase, I ordered well and truly months in advanced in case it came and it was terrible. But I am so so pleased with it. I live in New Zealand and it took approximately 2 months from payment to arrival. The dress cost approximately one sixth of what it would have cost me if I purchased it here. I will have to minor alterations but I think any bride who orders a dress should expect this. Still happy with my choice :)

I order one dress to see what it was like when the first one arrived it was just like the picture I was happy to order the other three bridesmaid dresses. These arrive and I was very disappointed how all dresses where different the flowers were massive on one tiny on another a pin on the bottom of one that left holes and the flowers weren't attached to the dress completely basically they were cheaply made and very messy. I contacted Dylan queens to ask for compensation I had no time to send them back because it would take ages. I got told I could have 5% per dress. So including delivery I sent 300+ on four dresses that we're going to cost me £50 per dress to have altered they sent me £8.50 and think that will cover the costs to alter there mess I will never use them again and I strongly advise no one else does either. Dresses poorly made customer service disgusting please do not use you too will be disappointed

Product looks great! I am completely satisfied with the dress I ordered, absolutely love it! Not only was it on sale, but the dress was tailored to my measurements with accuracy. I am used to buying clothes on line following size charts, so I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery time was exact and with no delays. 5 STARS!

The dress is of serious poor quality! Opened the BAG it came in and some of the sequins fell off! There was what looked like glue on the sequins! The size is wrong and because i had the length tailor made i cant do anything about it! Not at all like the photo on web site!

Having visited this review site and read some good and some bad reviews, I decided to go ahead and order a prom dress thinking that 'something bad wouldn't happen to me.'
I was however, mistaken. Having paid more for the dress than originally intended, I expected it to be beautiful. However, I arrived the wrong size, poorly made, with a broken zip, creased and with bits of lace, thread and sequins falling off. Having sent photos as asked when asking for a refund, I have received numerous emails over the last few weeks each from a completely different person. Although the return policy states clearly 'that you qualify for a FULL refund if the dress is defective or damaged' all they are trying to offer me is 5%!
Absolutely ridiculous. Awful dress, awful price, awful customer service. Couldn't be more upset and annoyed.

Do not order there frauds charge u £29 post package then get a shipping bill of £25 a week later. Nothing like picture material cheap colour different too. Iv pictures to prove the crap dress and jkt if u want to see. The good reviews must be put on by themselves. All the bad reviews are true they shud be deleted from website. I am taking matter to small claims court. Mt dress didn't zip up too small on bk and massive on front I ordered 14 but take a 12 there trying to say it's a UK 14. The armholes on jkt look like they fit a ten year old. They told me they wanted pictures I sent them then said go to dressmakers to get altered. It's only worth putting in the bin embarrassing wish I had read reviews beforehand DO Not order con artists

I am trying recover through my credit card after failing to get a satisfactory answer from them. Don't use them.
I received my dress in good time and it fitted me - that's all good.
However the bad part is awful! The dress was too short, the zip was poorly fitted(protrudes top and bottom), the hem wasn't sitting right, the middle layer of material was too big for the other two layers. I was so disappointed, I intended wearing it for my daughters wedding. After emailing Dylan Queen it was suggested going to a local tailor (not an option if you need 2 extra inches), then it was 10% concession.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Paid £150 pound for a dress and the rush delivery. Sent them my exact measurements. Received a dress back that did not fit, was not the dress in the picture and it was badly made. There was threads hanging everywhere and it was made from cheap and tacky materials. The site uses. co.uk at the end of their website to lead you to believe that you are buying from within the uk but then you receive a dress from china. The only thing the company got correct was the colour of the dress. This company has left me with a dress that is not wearable and i have had to spend even more money for a dress maker to try and make something work. I am disgusted that this site is getting away with this. Complete scam. AVOID!

The dress fits perfectly. I just purchased the Column One Shoulder Sweetheart Elastic woven satin Prom Dress. I simply adored it. I will use it for the day after the wedding dress. We will be taking the wedding party out to breakfast the day after the wedding. This dress is simple yet elegant and will serve the purpose as a new bride attire. The dress fits perfectly. I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen which claims they are in the UK. My dress was delivered from the Republic of China and it was awful!. I gave them my exact measurements and they still got it wrong and forget about getting your money back or sending the dress back to be corrected. Their answer was keep the Dress my Dear. Are you kidding me I was willing to pay for the shipping back and have them fix the flaw but that was not an option. Keep the dress my Dear, thats all I got. None negotiable.

Dresses that look gorgeous and everygirls dream but are cheap rubbish, poorly made and look nothing like what you order and will cost you at least £200 with the shipping and customs costs. They will ruin whatever you had planned as you may as well throw the dress away and burn your money as you will never get your money back. The dresses will not fit you whatever size you order as they look like they were stitched together by God knows what or who and they definitely never used a pattern of any kind as seems and hems are all over the place. It ruined the whole build up to a wedding we were attending and we had to spend the same money again to find another dress with a UK company. Stay well away whatever age or size you are!

I have ordered from this website. Unfortunately the dress that I received was really bad, the appliqué that was on the dress was falling off. It was uneven all over, the measurements were totally wrong. What I got was exceptionally poor quality, faulty and defective. Their customer service is a total joke. If their is anybody out there who can offer me some help or somebody that has had a similar experience. Please write a review.
