on 6/9/15Sorry to hear you had problems like many of us who purchased items from DylanQueen. Unfortunately this company are $#*! and probably not repair the dress, so my advise is go to your local dry cleaners they maybe able to put a new zip in for you. Also I have had a email from a lady called Nicola Murphy she works for BBC Rip of Britian and would like to hear from any who had problems with DylanQueen. Please send her a email Nicola.murphy@bbc.co.uk
The whole 'manager said no' thing is such a faux. Contact your banks for a dispute form and they'll provide a refund! Bearing in mind its Dylan Queen, its probably not only the zipper thats the problem..
You can ask them to cover the cost of your repair, but you can't rely on that as they offer the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Giid luck.
Find someone to fix it that is NOT DylanQueen. They are awful and should be put out of business. I had to fix the dress my daughter got three times and they only reimbursed me $18 for $140 in repairs and I couldn't get a refund. I'm still furious! One person there offered me more money but then the manager said no. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
Um either pay for someone to fix it or waste time and money trying to get them to fix it
I doubt that they will repair asap but they will probably tell u to send it back for repairs at ur expense! The best thing for u to do for urself is to take it to a dry cleaner for repairs. Gladly it is just the zipper... I still would send them an e-mail to know there response in regards to ur situation. For ur own taly. Good luck!
If it's only the zip you are very lucky. This site is an absolute joke with zero customer service. All they do is give you the run around and when you stand up to them they threaten you with blacklisting. They will try and palm you off with 5% compensation. Be warned in a few weeks time a customs tax bill will turn up mine was 25 pound. I rang TNT parcels and told them I had ordered through a uk website and had been scammed and thankfully they canceled the bill... They knew straight away it was about Dylan queen without me giving their name... Says a lot! Good luck!
Email them and send photos of damaged zip at customer services.
Why should you pay out for a dress then pay out again to have it mended?
Fix it yourself!
Take a pic send it to them... And tell themm touwill fix yourself and refund you the price for utencils if you can fix youself or tell them you want refund and mail it back. I had a minor issue with my shoes but i just got super glue to fix it
