Please heed this and other warnings regarding this Scam of a Company and it's fraudulent practices. Recently ordered a dress for my Wife - gave them the complete measurements and some - This 'thing' arrived and to say it's cheap, cheap and nasty tat is an understatement. I also asked for a size 14 - this thing wasn't even a size 12. Tried my best to get refund then they just blanked me. Totally thieving *******@stards. I really do hope they get what's coming.

After a bad experience if dress ordering I needed a dress for my daughters prom. The dress we received is beautiful and stunning and makes her feel like a princess. The dress fits perfect and the quality is great. She is so pleased with it. The questions I asked while the dress was being made and shopped were answered speedily and I loved how we were able to track the dress while it was in transit. Very, very pleasure will she using and recommending Dylanqueen UK Dress.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture shown, the stitching was terrible, the dress itself un-level and the material of poor quality. When I contacted "Sandra" on their live chat I asked if she could help me return the dress and to issue an refund and was basically told "NO". I looked at the cost to send the dress back to CHINA (not UK) and it was £85.97... I had already paid £106.97 and the dress itself wasn't worth anywhere near this amount. I was willing to negotiate returning the dress etc. as per their terms and conditions that clearly state that if a dress is defective it can be returned but "Sandra" ignored my questions and requests. I have used internet shopping for many years and this is by far the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced... DO NOT order anything from this site... you will be out of pocket!

My prom is coming up and I don't have enough money to buy designer dresses so when I came across Dylan Queen I was a bit scared to order because of all the reviews I read but my dress came today and it's soooo beautiful and well made! In love (sorry my photo is a bit blurry the camera didn't focus properly)

When I ordered this purple long dress I was a bit worried but I got it today and it fits perfectly! I didn't want to take it off and I can't wait to wear it to my big party! I also ordered som shirts which I thought might look really cheap but it looks really good. Recommend the site to my friends.

Most amazing customer service. I got my dress custom to my size and delivered super fast in 3 days to my place in Virginia. The dress is prettier in person and it is made of good quality fabric. I husband stood in awe when he saw me in it. The dress all in all was beautiful and I got a ton of compliments. Very unique and very well constructed. I would order from them again.

Horrendous site. I payed an initial 30 euros for shipping only to recover a bill of 41 euros from DHL taking shipping above the cost I payed for the dress to a whopping 71 euros. On top of Thai even after I payed for my dress it never arrived. Disgusted

Customer service contact me to change the payment method, and i pay with my visa, and i order successfully. Thanks for the customer service. This company is an absolute disgrace. Their website is made out to look like they are UK based, it is only when you read the About Us section you find out they are in Hong Kong. Who ever reads the About Us section? This was not mentioned at the time of my order or in their Delivery Guide. Not only did I pay £20 for delivery in the first place, weeks later I have received a customs charge from TNT for a further £23.02!

Trying to get anywhere with their 'customer service' is a JOKE.

Do NOT buy from this company unless you are fully aware that they are NOT in the UK and aware that you will be charged over £40 for delivery depending on what you buy.

I love the dress and the only thing the a little bit small maybe about The size a little bit small, I am a little fat. Also I like to feel and see fabric and and item in person like, however my daughter was very pleased with her selection. If she is happy I am happy. We will order again.

The quality is amazing, the size was exactly as per the measurements and most of all... it looks like it was made JUST for me! I am completely in love with the dress (don't tell future hubby that hehe) and now I no longer need to spend days trying on dresses. I ordered a dress for my mother in law for my wedding. When the dress came it was 3 sizes smaller than expected. The service I recieved after was shocking, the only way of contact was email which they never replied to. They offered a 12% refund and told us to get the dress fixed which in no way could be. I am so mad with the service I recieved and would never shop or recommend them again. £150 the dress cost and it looks like we will never see that again. Disgusted! Wish I had read the reviews before spending that much money

There are many thing and staf very small prices and free transport and very good girls who makeng the orders. I had never ordered from them before, and new that I might be taking a risk, but there were so many GREAT reviews, I felt the risk was minimal. I have to say I and my brides maids were more than impressed. Every dress was as exquisite as the pictures, they fit very well; only minimal tailoring on two of 5 dresses, and the quality was better than expected for the price I paid.

My dress came to me exactly as I ordered it with the number: D**************. I gave them my messurement and it almost fit perfectly, I was worried reading all of the reviews but decided to take the risk and it was well worth it. Their customer service is also very accommodating to a stressed out girl waiting for her dress! I would buy dresses from this website again and again.
