I ordered a dress for my wedding reception. Not only did the dress arrive 3 weeks late but when arrived it was not the same design as on the website. It was made of cheap substandard material and was ill-fitting. They offered me an 8% refund but when I declined that ridiculous offer they said they can not give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY from this company they are con artists and scammers. There customer service is appalling!

I brought a dress and jacket for my sons wedding to take to Mexico.
After ordering early for this products and liking the dress colour and measurements sent which i though was to a UK base web site, i received a dress the day before i was due to fly to Mexico and the dress and jacket was nothing like the dress i ordered the colour was bright purple and the dress arrive d from china and a completely different design of the dress and jacket i ordered. Absolute scam, when i asked for my funds back they said they would only give me 50% back! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT TO A CHARITY SHOP BECAUSE IT IS SO DISGUSTING! DO not PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. SHAMEFULLY THEY ARE IN BUSINESS AND USING A UK ADDRESS... TRUST ME ON THIS. REGARDS L. Vassallo

I ordered two dresses from Dylan Queen. Both arrived on the right date but both were totally different to what the pictures and description on the internet showed - different colours, styles and all sorts! I contacted customer services who told me to send some pictures. I did that straight away and this is the response I got:

''Sorry, since it is international transaction, we invested time, labor, fabric into your dress and paid for high international delivery fee, so, we can not fully refund you, besides, if you send it back, we have to pay for the inevitable custom fee, all in all, we hope you can keep the dress and accept our compensation fee 12% dress price'

12% discount for two dresses that were not what I ordered! I'm not after a free dress but I do want the dresses I actually ordered and paid for. I paid £40 for shipping and to be honest they pretty much arrived in a plastic bag, totally crunpled, threads hanging off everything. Not what I had imagined.

I went back to them to say this is not accpetable and they came back and offered me 15%! I almost laughed! I have gone back to them to say they need to resolve this fully or I will contact my lawyer.

All I want are dresses that I bought - I'm reasonable but really... come on guys...

They even didn't deserve a star. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had ordered a dress and resived one with wrong colors of the embroidery and the sequins. There was a missing stones to. They don't want to make the refund and in the same time, they are UNABLE to make the dress the same like the picture. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! Yes the dresses are so ridiculously cheap because they are simply BAD copies of genuine designer dresses. My dress came and wasn't too bad but I ordered a fishtale dress and they sent a-line and the mesh paneling was way off centre and 'baggy'
They would not refund me because they claimed it was a 'custom made' dress! I ordered a size 10 dress; I never got personally measured, nothing! Then a few weeks later I got an invoice from the delivery company demanding I pay for my delivery and the tax on it! Outrageous and so angry and upset I stupidly spent my well earned money in this rubbish and allowed these people to take advantage of me :o(

The dress looked nothing like what was advertised. BE AWARE OF DECIEVEING PICTURES
They refuse to refund and continue to think of all the excuses to not refund. They don't stick to their refund policy, They don't even read the contents of your email, they just blindly state that you are not eligible for refund.

LYING DECIEVING HORRIBLE WEBSITE. AVOID

Apaulling quality. So disappointed. Roughly cut edges seems caught up and not worth £10 let alone £95 plus £25 delivery. Please don't waste your money. These 5 star reviews can't be genuine.

Do not spend your money with this company they are scammers! Buy in the UK the law is then on your side. If you have been scammed and bought with a credit card contact the credit card company to help you retrieve your money. BEWARE IF YOU BUY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED, YOU WONT GET A REFUND, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT AND YOU WILL GET AN EXTRA TAX BILL YOU DIDNT EXPECT. THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY DYLAN QUEEN. DONT BE FOOLED YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DISASTROUS and disappointing!. Ordered a custom made dress for my friend on here, based on all the "positive" reviews. The measurements differed greatly from those submitted, as confirmed by a local tailor, and the dress was obviously a take-off and not the same as shown in the photo. Dylanqueen didnt want to take any responsibility at all. After a LOT of emails and bartering to reach some kind of resolution they offered about £12 compensation which I declined. Please note, "dylanqueen.co.uk" are NOT a uk based company, they dont even have a rep over here. They are based in Hong Kong and a week after receiving the dress I received an import tax invoice for a further £24 and because they are in Hong Kong, consumer rights dont mean a thing. Trading Standards cant do anything as they need a UK address. Which of course doesnt exist. All in all, my friend has paid £130 for a cheap fake dress, and bad service. Personally, I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional people. They can be found on Facebook under the name Huqui Suzhou. All I can say is... BEWARE.

I have recently bought two dresses off Dylanqueen website and i am unhappy with how they have arrived. The colors are not suited to what i want and the design is not the same as what i ordered on the website. The detail is cheap and material is horrible. The sewing is just unfinished and the jewels are even falling off and sewn on face down. I have been going back and forth to their customer service and they will not honour my website. Bareing in mind i checked if i was entitled to a refund if the dresses weren't suitable previous to even making the order as i was aware i was ordering off the internet and wanted to double check. Their customer service has been disgusting and they will not take responsibility and have even told me to take the dresses to a local dressmaker for them to sort the issue... how awful is that?! I don't even want to give it any stars as a whole the experience has been terrible! The dresses were for my bridesmaids and they have just ruined my whole wedding experience as the dresses weren't cheap and i am now out of pocket, i am really hurt and upset over this and feel distraught!

I recently submitted a review on this sham of a company and the disgusting treatment I have received at their hands. In short, they sent me atrocious goods, which I did not order and took almost £300 from my bank account. Needless to say, I have been livid.
So, after reporting them to Trading Standards, I took legal advice and also contacted my bank. I discoverd that many UK banks are part of what is called a 'chargeback scheme'. If, like many of us on here, we have been the victim of a fraudulent company such as this disgraceful one, our debit/credit card provider will refund the funds to our account and take up the fight with the company's bank on our behalf. This company name 'DYLANQUEEN.CO.UK' was recognised by my bank and the money was refunded to me in 1 day.
DylanQueen continue to insist I take the dresses to a tailor, (bearing in mind, one is the complete wrong colour - black instead of pink, so how a talior rectifies this is beyond me) and they are continuing to refuse to accept returns.
So please check if your bank is part of this Chargeback Scheme and let them take up the battle and get our hard earned cash back in it's rightful place.

I RECIEVED MY DRESSES YESTERDAY ALL 3 OF THEM ARE AWFULL I AM GOING TO A BALL DEC 20TH 2014 I NOW HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR!

Watch out! This is not a European company! It ships from China and so you get to pay also on duty tax and not just shipping!

I ordered a dress for my 21st birthday thinking everything would be fine, I paid for expidated shipping also, I then came across so many bad reviews about these dresses so I emailed them asking when my dress would be here. They replied straight away advising 23 March, my birthday was 13th March, I emailed them exactly 14 times in total, they 6 times, I asked them on every email I sent to cancel the order which they ignored until I told them I was taking this to my bank and trading standards, they then advised me they would refund me 60% of the dress price. I never even recieved the dress or the expidated shopping! They told me to check there cancellations policy. On there website all it states is to email the customer services if in need of a refund! This company is an absolute joke, and I advise no one to buy from here! They almost ruined my 21st birthday! The customer service advisors where so so rude, and couldn't even write an email properly! This is a scam website! Do not purchase anything from here!

Where to begin. I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses from this site a month or so ago. When they arrived they looked nothing like the dresses displayed on the website and were made far too big. I got in touch with customer services and it became obvious they are made in china. Poor speaking english and email replies in the early hours of the morning requesting the most rediculous of tasks to prove the dresses were wrong. 1 of which were to have photos of the children in the dresses that didnt fit... i didnt find it appropriate to send pictures of other peoples children in an obvious state of undress! I told them this and got called a liar. Although i had sent pictures, and had the measurements taken by a dressmaker! I always had a different customer service agent and they always asked the same questions and always insisted i was wrong. We hired a professional dress maker to correct the dresses and payed £80 each dress! Which out costed the origional price of £266. We were very bluntly told we can have 5% off the dresses which came to £13. What an insult! These people or person pretending to be many different people?... are frauds i urge you not to buy from this site! Our wedding is weeks away and quite frankly has been ruined. I have reported this sham site to trading standards and they are in agreeance to my complaints towards them. They will be investigated by them and my credit card company for fraud. Our dresses will now cost £588. Could have got them on amazon for £30 each! I urge you for your own sakes stay well away from this site and these horrid induviduals, i assure you its a sham. SHAME ON YOU!

I wished I had visited this review site before I ordered from DylanQueen.co.uk. I order a custom made dress for a wedding I was attending. The dress arrived in good time but the packaging was not as stated on the website. I opened the package to find a dress which did not look much like the picture. The dress did not fit around the bust area as it kept slipping down when I walked about, the workmanship was terrible, the dress only had one bra cup, the dress was too long even with heels. Too many problems to mention but the dress was not fit for purpose. I sent up to 20 photos of the errors and got a response telling me to take the dress to a dressmaker and they will give a 5% refund which I totally refused. Took it to a dressmaker who advised me to request a refund. I have sent an official letter of complaint of which they have until Wednesday 3rd September to respond. As of yet I have not heard from them. I have reported this to my credit card company who will dispute this on my behalf and hopefully get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE WHO ARE PURPORTING TO BE A UK SITE. All the items are made in china.

I must say i was very dissapointed to receive my dress this morning. It looks nothing with the picture they advertise on their website. The picture is very misleading because clearly it looks nothing with what i received. The jewels on the picture look equally placed on the dress to balance the colours. What i have here looks like a magicians assistant. Its a clash of loooooooooads of pink emeralds. Again nothing like the picture. Its a poor quality of work like somebody gave children a box of pink emeralds to stick on the chest section. No colour balance AT ALL! I feel cheated, misleaded i feel robbed of my money because its clearly not a professional job. If its your policy not to give refunds because i just dont like it i have to say this is not the case. This is a case of not receiving what i paid for. I want my money back i have no time for fixing the dress anymore or start anything from scratch. This is malpractice and i am deeply dissapointed as i was very eager to receive the dress.
I also truly thing these kind of website should be legally banned. Its a shame ther is no pther organization to claim your money back.

Quite frankly I dont know what planet the people giving this website positive reviews are from, did you seriously order off this? If your like me a 16 year old who is in love with a dress, reviewed the website but saw a couple of good reviews so you decided to order. DO NOT ORDER. The pictures are misleading, I ordered a one shoulder dress and asked for both sleeves they did not even have the common sense to make them match and they are disgusting loose when I gave my specific arm measurement but the ugly material is so thick I cant even alter it. The top of my dress is absolutely disgusting and looks nothing like the picture, The picture showed a satin stretchy material, but they used the most ugliest thickest material because of which my dress is now tight. ITS A DODGY CHINESE WEBSITE WHICH HAS NO PHONE NUMBER AND ONLY CONTACTS WITH EMAILS USING MADE UP ENGLISH NAMES SUCH A KRIS OR SANDRA. I feel soo bad because my mum spent so much, £110 is not cheap and now I will have to buy another dress, dont be misleaded by the rare good review like me, because quite frankly its all b******t
