Absolutely disgusted with this company, I ordered my daughter a dress which looked beautiful when it arrived I was devastated I've never seen anything so tacky in all my life. I have been trying to get a refund at first they told me to take it to the local tailors or do some alterations myself! Now they are offering me a 5% discount, never again will I buy from this company.

Ordered a dress with jacket for a wedding came quickly! But the dress was poorly made had a hole in it. Size was all wrong. Does not fit. After 15 emails back and forward they ignored me. So cant get a refund. Stuck with a awful dress that cost a fortune. Do not order off this company. They could'nt careless. Just want your money! Dont even want to give it a rating but cant submit unless i do!

I love to look good and am very choosy especially in dress gowns and evening wears for cocktails and light parties. I thought I new the best choices to go to when buying until my cousin Hannah, recommended the site Dylanqueen.co.uk to see if I can find some interesting wears.
I must confess, it was a "wow" experience. All the wears were beautiful that it took me a long time to make choices.
Not forgetting also the quick delivery soon as i placed my order... it was just marvelous. I am definitely going to enjoy buying more soon.

Item was very poor quality - rips and stitching not even finished. Am trying to return item for refund but no refund address has been given, nor have they confirmed the refund. Response time as very slow. Do not buy from this company.

The dress arrived and was badly made, threading not completed properly and overall the size was completely off. I sent pictures and spoke to customer services about getting a refund and they initially offered me 5% towards the cost of me getting the dress tailored. Yes, £5 towards what is likely to cost me £50! I refused and they then offered me 10%. Absolute joke. I also had a very abrupt Sandra telling me I must have bought the dress from abroad because it was cheap so I should not be expecting such high quality. Avoid this company. I will keep fighting but I dont think I will get anywhere. Wish I had read these reviews first of all!

Initially I was a little hesitant to place orders. This is because, all the dresses that they offer have a low price. But after doing a live chat on the website and read reviews, I tried to order one. WOW,, dress comes with good quality and materials. In addition, the overall look is very amazing, and I cannot wait to wear it. I recommend it 100%, and I will make another order when I need special clothes.

I've bought a dress from dylan queen for my Marriage Ceremony... on the site the pictures looked amazing, but when it came the dress was nothing like that... the materials are really cheap... the sie was too big... and the jewellery was falling down... I contact them for a refund but they don't have respect at list to answer to their customers... All they want is money... disgusting service... don't buy from this site!

All Brits and everyone in the world. Do not shop from this website. They are fooling you and taking your money. They claim they have a Return policy, but it does not exist. I have lost all my money £119.00. I ordered a dress for Christmas and when it arrived it was faulty. They wanted to give me 10% back. I am still trying to sort it out, but they are very obstructive. Do not be fooled by reviews. If anyone wants to check me out with this review, you can contact and talk to me. Don't buy from this site!

First of all... they screen their reviews! You cannot post an honest review unless the review is good! Otherwise it's not approved and they don't post it!

We order two dresses and spent so much money! We asked for specific measurements! And confirmed the colours!
Well of course they didn't follow the measurements... the colours are WAY off! And one of the dresses came unfinished with a HOLE!

So we're trying to get a partial refund back and they're offering a measly 10%! 10% doesn't even begin to cover the extra expenses to fix their mistakes!

They write you back crying that they spend lots of money on labour, freight, fabric, etc. IT'S CALLED RUNNING A BUSINESS. And those are the costs.

I'm DISGUSTED!

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom.
I paid £90 & £25 postage... Then I got taxed another £25 on top!
The dress looked nothing like the one I ordered. Very badly put together & very cheap looking.
The measurements were all wrong too.

Don't bother led to believe I was buying in the UK had a bill off TNT this morning for a further £32 today there saying because the item came from china and it was over £80 I got to pay import tax and v. a. t on top of the £25 delivery this down right takes the piss

I've already wrote a review about the poor resemblance to the dress ordered and that we have found an excellent dress maker to complete the alterations, after going for a fitting today she informed me that the sewing was coming undone on the dress so god knows what would have happened if it had been ok and not been taken to a professional dress maker. Don't even bother with these people they are a complete waist of time, poor workmanship, poor service.

I just wanted to say what stunning dresses these are and anybody unsure of purchasing this dress to reconsider. I ordered this dress for each of them - custom made so that no adjustments would be needed. They are beautiful dresses and fit my girls perfectly, the detail is amazing and the material such good quality - double layered so v. supportive, no bras needed! The purple color is fantastic and the dresses arrived within three weeks - amazing! I can't wait for the big day now, thank you.

Got my dress about a month after ordering it, which was almost exactly the amount of time they had predicted - I had mine custom made. It fit almost perfectly. It has a surprisingly excellent interior support and I didn't need to wear a bra! It was incredibly comfortable, and looked exactly the way it does in the picture. I am so happy to have this evening dress- very affordable prices for amazing and well-made products! Thank you. So much for making my senior prom so special!

Their refund policy is a farce, it makes you have trust that they'll refund if necessary, truth is they will refuse to do so. My dress does not look like what is on the website at all. I paid £100 for this dress and it looks as if it's worth no more than £30, due to the cheap lace and lack of embroidery that was displayed on the website. My four-year-old sister has the same stones in her arts and crafts pack. There is no lace on the dress on the website, however the dress I received does. My shoulder measurements are incorrect from what I asked for. Now they refuse to pay full refund, normally you'd get full refund plus compensation.

As a result, I will be suing the company and taking the matter to Court, I will not stand for not receiving 100% refund.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter taking a lot of care to get the measurements right. When it arrived, the bodice and the waist were both about 3 inches bigger than specified. Having got a quote for £70 for all the alterations, I tried to send the dress back without success. I have now just also received a tax bill for £24 because dylanqueen didn't pay the duty in the price!

The workmanship is delicate, and the color is beautiful. I ordered it for my sisters wedding and it's even better than I expected. Mine is a size 12 in Royal Blue. She likes the dress very much. So thanks for Dylanqueen UK. Well, it did! I am very happy with my purchase and it arrived on exactly the same day as stated. At last, I think i will continue to visit this site.

Bought a dress for my mum, it came very quickly and that's why they got one star, unfortunately that's where the good service ends. The material is full of catches, the hem at the bottom is completely uneven, there are holes all over the place, some of which are about six inches wide. The material is bulging at one side and when we contacted the company they replied with 'the dress is the same as the photo' I wish there was an option to post photos here to show just how terrible this dress is. It was taken to a seamstress who said it was such a mess that there is nothing she can do to make it look any better

I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it was something completely different than the one shown on their website. After contacting the customer service, I was asked to send pictures of the 'dress'. I was told by the company they can compensate me max 10% for the dress which I wanted to return. I cannot even begin describe what I was sent. It is hideous looking, made of poor quality fabric and completely different from what I ordered. Customer service is extremely poor. I am now £100 out of pocket. Luckily I have enough time to buy another dress for an occasion which I initially ordered the dress for. So if you are thinking of using this site, please stay away and save your money being wasted.

When i receive my dress, actually i have some surprise. Yeah, the dress is beyond my image. It is really very fashionable and fits me well. So i am more willing to give 5 stars for Dylanqueen. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! They shipped a defective dress that was not true to size and after asking for picture of "proof" that it didn't fit and my measurements they went back and forth via email making excuses to not issue a return. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to make a complaint in hopes of getting my money back since they refuse to return the dress. So yourself and favor and do not buy anything from this website. It is a scam!

I ordered a white lace dress on wedding and I have to say it was worth the money I spent and the time waited for it. My friends are really trying to figure out where I got this and it's fun to watch them guess. I love their selection of proms too and it matches my personality just right and for a great price! I'm definitely going to be ordering more from this site, especially dresses and a few pieces of jewelry they have on the site. Best wishes for the company.

Anyone buying from this site, it's best you know that what you see is not what you get.
I've bought two dresses from this site and they are both extremely disappointing. They take a £10 extra charge to get your right measurements but still they get it extremely wrong very huge with very poor material.
Also you might have to pay import duty, when they say that the price is all inclusive of taxes, please note import duty isn't.
