I had previously issues with an item but they took care of it immediately without me even having to ask, Speedy and professional handling of orders, excellent customer care both before and after purchase/delivery of order. Vast selection of products, good value for money. Now I can read them but they were impossible to understand and follow.

I don't know why people give low scores, I think the products from the site is good. Everyone keeps asking me where I got the purple cocktail dresses. I tell them all about the great quality, fast shipping and good service of Dylanqueen UK. It made what was turning into such a chore running from store to store, wasting valuable time and money into a pleasure! Just take your measurements as they tell you to and you will not be disappointed! All in all, I have collect the good store website, I will buy from it next time if i need.

I was looking to order a dress for my niece Debbie and she found what she wanted from Dylanqueen. I'm always weary on ordering clothing online as not everyone seems to agree on what sizes actually mean but they came through with exactly what she was looking for and it fit perfectly! Happy to order from them and would probably do so again if the needs arose.

Really liked the quality of the dress. Wish it took less time to ship to us. Website says they add just a little to hem for high heels, but my daughter was wearing very high heels and the dress dragged on the ground. We did not have time to get it altered before the prom. Thank you to the customer service who answered every concern I had!

My girlfriend has been looking out to buy some good quality dresses and when I came across this online store, I was glad, that I could order something which she would like. The dress was delivered on time and the fit was perfect. It was worth the money spent and the transaction happened very smooth.

I wish my daughter had read some of the reviews here first. She ordered her prom dress from these and it arrived in an awful falling apart condition. I have contacted them several times and included photos of the state of the dress. The first offer was 6% (the dress and postage was over £100!) Second offer was to return it and they give me half back. I have asked to speak to a manager to be told that the managers do not deal with this!
Has anyone ever got a refund from them? We are taking this matter further.

I would truly just like to extend my appreciation for making my wedding day extremely beautiful at an affordable price. I received the dress in a very timely manner. I placed the order and received it within 2 week! The dress fit me perfectly with no alterations.

There were a few alterations that I had to have made like an extra button for the back side of the party dress where it is laced up and there was an applique that was sewn on the wrong way. All easy fixes, the attention to detail is amazing with this dress! Also the party dress came with optional straps that you snap into place, i love this feature so on the big day I can decide whether or not I want to go strapless or have straps. Thanks very much! If i need, i will come next time.

The dress is absolutely awful. I am going to return it for a refund. Total paid including delivery £106.00 for this mother of the bride dress. The jacket is sewn into the dress costing £15.98 extra and the v point at the waist is not central. The lower half of the dress does not lie smoothly and puckers up on the side seams and the front pulls up. It arrived with loads of cotton hanging all over that needed to be cut off. So very very disappointed. The quality control must be non existent as this garment should never have left the factory.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Cost me £125 and was beautiful in the picture. It arrived very quickly which is good but as soon as it arrived I know why it didn't take long to make and send. The dress was nothing like it looked in the picture, miles too big after giving exact measurements. After calming down a frantic daughter who then didn't want to go to prom, I had to ask somebody to alter it costing me more money! Please please save your money and heartache. Do NOT order from this dodgy Chinese site!

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen but received no tracking information, I constantly sent emails for updates but only ever got a response saying someone would let me know. When it finally arrived it didn't fit properly, it was poorly made with cheap material. The dress was nothing like what it looked on the website, it was cheap and tacky and I cannot wear it. I have wasted £150 on a disgusting dress that I will never use. Do not buy from Dylan Queen!

Order a dress from this company the dress was way to small for the size got in touch with them and more or less said tough luck would not send another dress in a bigger size and lost my money my wedding in six weeks no dress do not order from these people you have been warned (theses dresses on this site are from china and under half the price on ebay this company are a right ripe off and they haven't heard the last of it)

Do not buy from this company. I have been fighting for 2 weeks over 40 emails back and forward. The dress I bought has left my arm scarred off the faulty dress material and the side of the dress was ripped. They offered me 5% to get dress fixed. Trading standards are now involved, please stay away from this company I have got my money back through visa after 2 months of fighting this company. Pay by visa if buying but I would advise to stay clear.

I have ordered a dress from this website and its unsuitable and poor quality.it does not fit properly and they are refusing to refund me or allow me to return it can somebody please let me know if they are having similar problems I've purchased lots of items online but never had a bad experience when it came to returning it. Anyone else having similar problems as we need to report the website and not allow them to sell the products

I got a dress that does not look anything like what I ordered on their site. Don't trust what can you see in the photos. The dress is horrible.
Dylanqueen.co.uk are thieves, quality is simply pathetic. You should know that their clothes are made in China and are sent directly to you without Dylanqueen this worries product quality. They know only collect your money. I was asked to make the gown and to be repaid but did not want to know anything. After ten mails and several photos that prove their scam, they ended up offering me 15% of the purchased price knowing that the dress cost me € 264 + € 28 for delivery which is passing was not indicated on their website. It is a scandal, they are not professional and they have no consideration towards the customer. So do not order on their website, save your money. Again this site is bogus, a scam, be careful.

The shape of the dress I've got is flattering, particularly with the slit up the left side. It is tailored for my exact fit as I wanted.
It is both elegant and sophisticated and good to cover self conscious tummies too.The material is relatively comfortable and it has the perfect length and color for me.
Will buy again soon!

The gown I ordered did not even come close to the picture online. I paid over two hundred dollars and they wanted to give me 15% back which I think is a big insult since the shipping alone cost over fifty dollars. The material they used was so heavy, the bead work was horrible.
Please do not order from this site. Please don't make the mistake I made.

The dress is high quality, better than most I saw in the stores. Beading is beautiful, perfect color, looks just like the picture. It did not fit me perfectly so my mom had to do some alterations, but overall I am very happy with it. I would buy from here again :) My dress was ordered custom fit, and fit it did! I really try many shopping site but I don't find like the services and the quality is perfect also they have quick shipping free, There's only one problem which is the processing time. It takes long time to prepare the order. Beautiful products.

I've engaged with the online chat service to find out more about a particular dress and the material used. They didn't know what my dress looked like at the back... how are they going to make it then...? And when asked about the type of chiffon, they just kept talking about colour charts and how 'beautiful and soft' it was but unable to provide the actual make of the chiffon used. Coupled with the true english sounding reviews on this site, I decided to stay away and spend a decent amount on a proper dress maker.

My daughter ordered a custom prom dress it does not reflect the picture and did not fit well. To add insult to injury I have now received a bill from the carrier for import tax! If you reverse search the dress images you will see where the real images of the dresses are from - ain't hindsight a wonderful thing. Some bargains are not worth the effort and end up costing you double!
