Ordered a dress for sons wedding told could get a refund if didn't fit. Now saying can get 50% refund oh and don't forget the bill from custom and excise. A complete joke customer service can't even spell properly!

DONT BUY from this company! WARNING! The dress is not at all as the one seen in the picture! This is destroying my whole wedding! The dress is far from what the pictures shows and in poor condition with terrible sewing and embroidery. Dylanqueen refuses to take the dress back and send me a new one! Terrible customer service and i will not stop making these comments to prevent others to be fooled. They have ruined my wedding and the will hear about it! Just take a look at the buttons hanging loos in the back as an example!

I am very happy to satisfied with my purchase! The dress looks beautiful and the quality is even better! I absolutely recommend this site to everyone who want to buy dress online! Customs caught me by surprise but I still managed to have a gorgeous dress for a fraction it would cost in a store.

Thought about buying from DylanQueen but thought the dresses looked too good to be true. Every picture is different suggesting they've been taken from magazines etc and the English is poor, so definitely not made in the UK. I've read lots of reviews. All the bad reviews say the same... Very poor quality, late delivery and not fitting. All the good reviews say the same thing too... Suggesting they've been written by someone working for the company. The 'good' reviewers are all new reviewers and their English isn't good. I won't be buying from them based on the bad reviews and I'd urge other not to buy from this company either. I can't believe a company like this is allowed to trade online, let along Google let it get to the top of the search pages. They must be ripping off so many unfortunate buyers. As the company has been allowed to add so many obviously fake positive reviews, buyers should leave multiple negative reviews to help other buyers recognise such an awful company.

Most people can afford it has not been done at the expense of the quality as they look very good. The diversity and choice of items is excellent and I can pay by Paypal with also makes the transactions very easy and safe. Great products, great prices, great quality and most important, better than great customer service! Shipping was okay, loved the item; especially the color, it really stand out. :)

Dress arrived and found it would fit someone 7' tall so needs a lot of alteration. Luckily I sew and have time to do this so hung it up till after Christmas was over to find time to make the alterations. I was about to start them this week when I suddenly got a huge import duty bill for the dress. I have contacted Dylan Queen and am awaiting a reply. Unlikely to ever buy a dress from the again as I can make a much improved version myself and if they won't take it back I will be cutting it up before I even wear it.

I ordered a dress from this site two weeks ago and received my dress today. It is nothing similar to what I ordered the colour is completely different and size is far too small. Do not order from this website. They have no contact number on website something I should have been wary at from the start. Total rip off don't know where to start to get my money back from these frauds!

I purchased an "A-Line/Princess Sleeveless Floor-Length Ruffles Chiffon Evening Dresses" off the site dylanqueen.co.uk. My order number was D**************
The dress was nothing like the image given.
It had stains down the front, and the design was nothing like the photo given. In addition the dress was completely shapeless.
The netting around the neck is very yellowed. The small button at the back is even different.
I payed 147 euros for it. I have sent dylanqueen images as requested by them, but they have not replied.
I have been left quite upset after receiving this awful product and then getting awful customer service.
I have lost 147 euros as a result and I would recommend anyone to purchase off of a local trustworthy site, not dylanqueen.

Do not order from this site it's awful I ordered my prom dress for my senior year came out nothing like the picture stitching is off beads were missing the dress was just a mess don't buy from this site ever again

Excellent service - I highly recommend them. They were very easy to deal with, professional, prompt, and I felt like they truly cared. The staffs are very helpful and loyal. I never thought working with such a fantastic company would be so painless.

I purchased a dress in gold, when it arrived it was yellow, I have never seen a dress that had been made so badly and nothing like the picture shown. There were threads hanging out everywhere and there was a metre of extra material in the length... I contacted customer services who asked for photos. These clearly showed the colour was yellow. They are saying that bright yellow is gold and will not answer my complaint on the quality or length. They are a dreadful company to deal with and I wish I had read the reviews on other sites that are all similar to mine and have all lost their money. I urge you to not waste your money as the only thing this dress is fit for is the theatre for a costume for the production of Cinderella (as one of the ugly sisters) which I will donate it too!

You name it they did it all in a most amazing manner. Glad to have shopped from them, The straps on the dress were a bit long but as I did the custom fit order, I must not have read the measurement instructions properly.And it was such an unbelievably low cost for such a gorgeous dress! My order came in very quick time, it had everything that I ordered inside and the packaging was careful and neat. I would recommend that you use them if you are thinking about it because not only do they have a good service but they do not attempt to over-charge or rip you off. Another occurrence that is definitely worth mentioning is that when I emailed them to query my order, they replied within a few hours, which is customer service that you do not often come across; even in the bigger companies. Overall, outstanding experience with Dylanqueen and I will definitely return to use them again in the future!

DylanQueen has such gorgeous dresses! I ordered a red lace crop top dress for prom and absolutely love it! It arrived on time, fits great, and is good quality. It looks so elegant and I just can't wait to wear this on prom night! I am extremely happy with my dress and highly recommend.

So disappointed. The dress is about 3 sizes too small. I think they had it in store, and just sent it to me, could not care less. Of course, no return policy, apparently there is enough material in the seams, but not when it is THREE sizes too small. Waste of money, and later to pay extra for taxes and duties paid by the transport firm.

I found the dress to be an exact fit, following the sizing chart. The checkout process on their website is streamlined and fast. Shipping was surprisingly quick and am satisfied with my purchase. It is beautiful with attractive design and reliable quality. I love its natural waist. It's chic on me.

Reasonable delivery time and beautiful dress, but the packing could be better, the dress deserved more than just being shoved into a bag. Tight fit but looks fantastic on, just have to not put on any weight :)

The importance that i save 5$ with a coupon which i get from kind customer service. The company is trustworthy and the dress has best quality. I hope to order another one for my sister

I ordered this dress for my daughter. It is PERFECT! My daughter is a big girl size 26 so we custom ordered it fits perfect. It is hard to find beautiful things in her size especially for parties and such so this is wonderful. She loves it. It took a while to get it with the custom ordering but the shipping was fast so order ahead in case of any set backs. We ordered beautiful purple. It looks very nice on a full figured woman. I am very pleased and will order again and highly recommend this site. Very high quality work.

Ordered a dress which arrived and although is suitable is of poor quality. When you process order, if you select that you don't want speedy delivery it only shows the price of the dress on the order when you submit, however, they add the delivery cost when they take the payment from your card! On top of this, I have just received an import tax invoice for a further £25! In total the dress will have cost £130 but is worth not even half of that! I will take my complaint to court if necessary. Disgusted! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a made to measure evening gown in October with express service and expedited mail so that it would be ready for a photoshoot - it was not cheap but looked super in their photos. The dress arrived surprisingly quickly but I was immediately struck that the flesh-toned mesh was white and there were huge ugly seams where the promo picture showed none, but worse was to come because it was entirely the wrong size - I think they just had this in stock ( probably a return from another poor sap) and was far too small. I went through huge hoops sending pictures with detailed measurements and every time a different 'customer agent' would reply asking for clarification in poor English or offering me few pounds so I could get it altered locally(!) What a farce - this is their tactic. Send you cheap rubbish then offer a tiny discount. I eventually went to my bank and after several more months got my money back. These people are a disgrace - don't even think about it!
