I have no regrets purchasing from this site. The customer service was great and also the dress was delivered on time. I love this dress, it is exactly the same as on my computer screen. Thanks guys.

To be honest, I love my DRESS! I paid $89.99 for a beautiful formal dress! I paid for 5 day shipping but got it in 3. I found that most of the bad reviews are from idiots who simply don't read the return policy. I highly recommend this site to everyone who want to buy dress online shop. This is a good choice.

My dress meant to be made to order, however it arrived 2 sizes too big!

They do not accept returns, nor have telephone number and after so many emails asking for a refund - I had no success. Everytime I email, a different person responds to my email and I have to go through the whole thing over and over again.

Dress was extremely poor quality it was shocking! Even if it fit, I wouldnt wear it as it looks awful. They ripped me off!

I lost more than £100 and I will continue spreading the word about this company on all review websites. Do not risk!

In fact, it is an excellent belt made of very high quality material. Its my first choice among all the belts I have. Value for money. Customer service is great, they respond as soon as possible. I would recomend this site to my friends and my family.

Stay away from this firm, if they send you the wrong dress or as in my case make it different from what i ordered you just cannot get your money back or return the dress, maybe if i had paid with paypal ((if you can) or on a credit card i would have had more luck, but the customers service is nothing but a joke!

Do not order from Dylan Queen! My dress came a totally different look to what I wanted. It came in a vacuum packed bag not wrapped up neatly at all! It had loose cotton and bits all over it I was not at all happy! This was my prom dress which is in less than 3 months and im now having to look for a new one as Im disgusted with what I've been sent

Not sure if this company is associated with the dylanqueen.com but my experience was horrible! They do not care about their customers not sure if they are even legit! If your dress doesn't fit you will get ripped off stay away

I purchased one maxi dress and a formal one and both at a reasonable price.
There is a big variety of colours and many available sizes, so I was able to find exactly what I like and what it fits me. I ordered from similar sites in the past, but I remained unsatisfied because I didn't receive what I paid for. The dresses at DylanQueen has vivid colours, good quality and they are real handmades! Most important the delivery was totally fast and live support helped me very much with all my questions! Therefore, I definitely recommend you to order from DylanQueen! :)

I ordered a dress in plenty of time for my daughters wedding. On the website it looked really stylish, but having just received it and after paying over a £100 I have to say it is poorly made and finished and the material is a horrible pink with bits of lace attached, very badly the dress I have received is nowhere as nice as in the photo. There doesn't appear to be a return address for me to send it back and get my money back. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

They promised 5% of the money back. Bull$#*!! I didn't get anything back (its been more than a month now). PLUS they told me to pay the parcel company for delivering the goods. I told them I will NOT pay, they can pay themselves! I have spent over 100 with them, weeks after I got a letter on the post of the payment. I am moving to another country anyway so I don't care and they better settle the bill themselves! Want nothing else to do with this $#*!TY company.

Outstanding choice, phenomenal service! I cannot find fault, the staff know what a customer need and what will suit the customer. They are helpful, warm, friendly and efficient. Some sites that I have ordered from have sent me clothes that resemble nothing like that of the picture. This dress was exactly as described. It was very easy to order and the process took less than a minute to fill out. I'm also a big fan of their points system towards a product purchase. I received 18 just for the dress alone. Shipping was no problem. I needed the dress for a party so I payed for express. I ordered on a Monday and got it on Friday. Dylanqueen is a reliable source for high quality fashion. My 17 year old daughter wore this dress in pink for her end of school ball and it was the perfect dress! The tailoring was fantastic and exactly as pictured, it fitted her like a glove and the service/wait time was exactly what had been promised. I would absolutely recommend dress-market.com to anybody wanting that 'special' dress in the future!

I wish I had come across this site before I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. My feedback is line with all the others listed. The dress is the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Clearly there is no quality checking done. They obviously just take a chance with what they send out and hope that some customers cannot be bothered with the hassle of returning. I have now gone through my credit card company to have funds refunded to me and more importantly removed from their account. I have sent emails that do not get responded to. It will be interesting to see if they respond now I have informed them that the money is being withdrawn from them!
I hope you see this site before you make a purchase and if not hope that you have the back up of a credit card transaction to fall back on if you have been as unfortunate as me and the other unlucky customers who have made a purchase.

Granddaughter bought a prom dress they sent the wrong colour and the dress was awful. They have offered me 10% back which is an insult of a 125£ dress - still in conversations with them but I am about to contact watch dog and name and shame them

The reply I have recieved from Dylanqueen to my first review about their disgusting company is also false. They are claiming to try and resolve my situation but again this will no doubt be a pack of lies, as I have tried endlessly to fix this. Believe nothing!

I had a flawless experience with this website. I was looking for a nice wedding party dress for my best friend - something simple, elegant and beautiful, but also not prudish or too stuck-up. She's all about balance in things, so dress shopping can be difficult for her. I found a really nice dress on this site and ordered it without really thinking. It was such a good deal I kinda couldn't help it. I got the dress after about a week, pretty fast shipping. Gave it to my friend and she absolutely broke down, she loves it. The fit was perfect, which is the danger with online stores for me. The quality of the dress is very high. The colours are also great, it looks just as it did in the posting. Online dress shopping is one of the biggest risks you can take, so I'm quite happy with my purchase from this store. I'll be coming back.

I ordered a made to measure dress it came - how disappointed was I! Nothing like the picture different material looked like a sack didn't fit too big. Contacted Dylan Queen and I got no help at all they wouldn't tell me how to return it for a refund and are ignoring all my emails. I am claiming through Barclaycard now as I cannot get a response over £100.00 and disgusting service. Stay away.

I bought two of these dresses for my bridesmaids and am absolutely thrilled with them. Both girls had very different body shapes so I was a bit concerned but they fit beautifully. Both girls are quite big chested and the dress provides excellent support while being very flattering throught the back and stomach. The colour was a bit lighter than expected but the dress was beautifully made and the price was amazing compared to what you would pay in the stores. We've recommended this site to everyone we know.

I've bought a dress off this website, it looked beautiful on the website, it cost £90 plus £30 to post to me. It came fast which I was happy with. However when I got my dress and it looked nothing like the picture, I've emailed them back and waiting for a reply... it costs me £60 to send my dress back so I would only get a £30 refund as I spent most of the money to send it back! Do not buy from this website!

I almost made a HUGE mistake! If any of you wonder if your reviews made a difference... THEY DID! I'm sorry for your experiences, especially the prom girls, but thank you for telling the story and helping others like me. DylanQueen has just lost a sale that would have been worth about $1220. 00USD.
