Please please please save yourself your time, money and tears because you will regret your purchase. We got the custom made dress and its huge and saggy. The material is really poor quality too. The worst dress ever!

I ordered my prom dress from here for it to turn up looking nothing like the dress on the picture, or the colour I wanted and far too big, my friends dress was the same so we both had to get it altered which costed us even more!

I recently found one of these dresses at a local thrift in the states. It was so beautiful I couldn't put it down and bought it. Naturally I looked for these dresses online to find the reviews here albeit the dress was not custom ordered as other reviews but the dress itself shines brilliantly my daughter looked amazing in it. As far as the quality of the dress the chiffon and mesh were beautifully done. There was much beadwork detailing on the front of the dress which was not the best workmanship I. E thread clearly visible due to contrasting color of dress. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. I paid for a one of a kind dress for my daughter's prom from another store beads were coming off too and poorly stitched even with 20 off set me back 300 dollars so it can happen anywhere. I guess the difference is online vs what you get

We just ordered and received a wedding dress, 4 bridesmaids dresses and a flower girls dress. We are totally pleased with the dresses – they are just beautiful and the quality is Good.The custom size dress fit perfectly it was stunning and although it needed very minor alteration, every single person I met wearing it complimented me.
The time from ordering to delivery was exactly what we expected. And the service to the client is lovely and kept me informed every step of the way. I loved my experience and would DEFINITELY recommend this site to anyone.

I have tried for two weeks to find out how to return a dress I purchased from Dylan Queen and have not been able to get information. The dress is poor quality and does not even come close to looking like what they advertise. I would highly suggest never to buy from them.

I purchased it for my best friend's wedding, I received lots of compliments with the white chiffon satin one shoulder bridesmaid dress with beading and I loved the way it looked on me, the dress is really comfortable and very well made. Thanks a lot. More like the dress style and chic color.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen for a wedding. The dress arrived on time and it was the right dress but they sewed the dress and left two pins in it that could only be removed by creating a larger hole in the fabric. Getting them to refund me even 10% was extremely difficult. They were very unprofessional in their responses and didn't care that they had sent me a dress with pins in it. I would only buy a dress from this site again if I had exhausted all other options.

Do Not Buy From This Company. Firstly, the fact they are based in Hong Kong and you will pick up customs charges is very well hidden on the website. With a co.uk domain you would think they were UK based, but don't be fooled.
When the dresses did arrive they were way too long, the wiring on the bust was all at a funny angle so they dug into the girls. The colour wasn't similar enough to the sample shot on the website. I ordered what looked to be light and floaty dresses for my bridesmaids for an outside wedding in the height of summer. The dresses were so heavy and bulky that they made the girls look far bigger than they are, and would be so hot that the girls would have really suffered. I would ebay them, as we have absolutely no intention of forcing our bridesmaid to wear such awful dresses but I would be embarrassed to pass them on to another person in the state they arrived to me in.

My daughter saw a dress for her prom and fell in love with one off this website. I must admit that we were wondering why the dresses were so cheap and now we know why. When it came it didn't really resemble the one that we ordered. I was so upset, it looked like a mix of something victorian and a throw back from the 80's, It was far too long and the material very cheap. Luckily for us we found a fantastic dress maker who has made some drastic changes to the dress and one that my daughter will actually wear. All I can say is be very wary if you are going to order from this company as it might not be what you are expecting. Another issue was that I thought the website was an American site but the actual place it came from was China, after a few weeks of receiving the dress I received a bill for £25 which was taxes that I had to pay ontop of the price for the dress and the shipping fee.

I really happy with my blue dress which buy at Dylanqueen. The dress take me 135$, and i love the design of the dress. Besides, customer service gives some good idea for me to make sure the size. And the customer service call me with some details, and i am so moved. Always, thanks for Dylanqueen. Recommend to my friend and women.

I was very nervous about ordering off of dylan queen due to some bad reviews on it however I do not regret it! The dress was just over £100 which saved me £300 that I was willing to pay on a dress in a prom dress shop. The dress I received from Dylan Queen is basically the same as the picture and has been made to a good standard! I cannot wait to wear it for prom.

Hi I got my dress yesterdayt not suitable for my daughter's wedding in the Caribbean as dress to stiff and heavy been emailing customer services about returning the dress with no satisfaction can you help me

Fell in love with a dress from Dylan queen, it's baggy round the hips but tight at the thighs, and extremely long, would fit you if you are 6foot tall! Had to pay £25 shipping, then on top, today we got a letter saying we need to pay a shipping and import tax for the cost of the dress! Costing all in all about £170! To be honest it's not worth it!

Do not buy from this site. The dress was so badly made. Badly cut, badly sewn and the material is very poor quality and cheap. A total waste of money as they won't refund. They are based in Singapore so it is a lost cause.

Do not buy from his company its about time it was publicised on television how corrupt Dlyan queen is. Its a scam, fraud company and do not supply the goods ordered and have no thought for peoples well earned money, I have already reported them to trading standards and i think you all should do the same.

Ordered a prom dress, arrived looked nothing like the detail on the photo. The dress looked cheap and tacky. The sizing was all wrong and the beading was not perfect. It was obviously offline. I also ordered a bag with crystals and one stone was missing plus two were discoloured.
I Emailed service dept and after numerous emails and sending photos to them, overall took about two weeks they offered me 5% refund. This would not cover the cost of the alteration, in the end they offered me 13% but only on the understanding I would NOT write a bad review about them! I took the refund just so I got something back. But want to warn everyone else, DO NOT shop with this company. The clothes Are made in China not UK. There is no telephone number to contact them only email which they do not reply to.

I have previously left a review about the dress I purchased for my daughter. I have tried to contact them to be told that there are no managers to deal with my complaint. I then asked for a name from the complaints dept, once again I was told there isn't one. I have sent an email regarding the additional import tax that I'm required to pay basically the reply was customer pays it. No reply about using a British web domain or about me having to take the dress to have it altered (the dress is only fastened using little poppers). I have since tried to reply numerous times however my email bounces back. Keep away from this site.

I ordered my dress on Jan 26th with expedited delivery (3-6 days) and still have not gotten it. I have sent 3 emails inquiring and only got an initial response saying it had shipped. I have not received any further response from this company. After reading theses reviews, I am afraid of the dress quality and dealing with this company. I wonder if I will get it at all. Not sure what to do here but this company sounds shady and disreputable.

I received my dress yesterday. I'm very happy, it's beautiful, it fits perfectly no alteration necessary the first time ever. When I buy a dress here in my city the quality is not very good. I'm very satisfied and will tell my friends and buy another one if they need.

Warning! Don't buy from this site, total rip off! Ordered a dress, arrived within 10 days, dress wasn't UK size as mentioned, about 5 inches smaller than mentioned. Tried to return the dress but they said I would have to pay return cost and only get a 50 percent refund! This site is indicated as UK site but the site is actually in China. They took the money in pounds and also charged for the foreign exchange and to top it off I've now received a 25 pound bill from TNT for import duties! 1 dress in the charity bag and the charges keep coming! Please stay away from this company.
