Do not order from this company.
The dresses are NOT made to measure and you will be hit by import duties a couple of weeks after your dress arrives. The customer service is non existent and getting any kind of refund would be a miracle. I repeat do NOT order from this company, I know it's cheap but it's cheap for a reason.

The dress is fantastic and i love it. I was astonished at how quickly it was shipped and delivered and the quality of the dress is amazing and it fits perfectly. I am wearing it to my daughter's graduation and will post a photo up later. This fabulous price, I am keeping both since there isn't much difference in the bust size and the empire waist forgives the stomach and hips. Material is very floaty so I will be wearing a full length slip to cut down on static.

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful chiffon prom dress. When received it wasn't as the picture or description and was made of layers of cheap net.
When i have asked for details for how to return this i have been told to take to local tailor to get fixed. This would mean extra time money and effort when the dress needs complete remake to look as image. I have asked for refunds and details on how to return this as it won't be ready for my event which is soon with no response from dylan.
Do not use this website as i have spent around £150 including high delivery costs and shipping taxes!

There's a DylanQueen manager? Are you kidding me? How about the owner?!? I get offered no assistance even with photos of this dress I sent in showing how it does not fit. I was even given a fake phone number to call! I want a direct email to the manager or owener! All my inquires have been to that email you posted! I have communicated with Kris, Sandra, and Cherry. They write all sweet ( except for Cherry) and act helpful and yet after a week I get offered a 5% discount off tailoring? Or is it the dress? Either way they cost almost the same each! NOT PLEASED WITH YOUR COMPANY! I stand by my rating and will not delete until this has been resolved! May you have a good day.

I don't know where to begin. The list of difficulties I have experienced with this company is ridiculous. The dress was not what was shown in the pictures, was misshaped, poorly stitched, had several stitches hanging off and there was a hole in it. This company is refusing to give me my money back. Customer service is a joke. Dylan Queen have made it clear they don't care about their customers, only money.

I ordered a dress for my mother in law to be and the dress has arrived size is not correct and colour is totally different colour to what I ordered. I have emailed numerous times and only response I get is dress is nice keep it and we will compensate 12%.

I think it's disgusting customer service. I will be taking this matter up with them being fraudulent with watchdog programme in the uk and trading standards. This company needs to be shutdown!

It was my first time ordering from Dylan queen, The customer service/ support team wasn't very good at all, however I gave my own measurements in and got a quality dress for a reasonable price. I ordered this dress for prom and it came within the expected time. Overall-not bad. Would order again.

I bought I dress from this company, does not look like the picture and it is two sizes too big, emailed few times and this are the answers: "Could you send some pictures to us? We need to make record so that we will not make the same mistake and deal with your problem properly. Would you mind we talk further about your problem after we receive your pictures? Feel easy, please. We will give you a satisfactory answer.

I sent the pictures and this was the answer: "There is nothing wrong from your photos.

So I have sent an email telling them that I wanted a good enough explanation but not reason, I received a letter for me to pay £25 taxes apart from the money I paid to get delivered from TNT. This is a total scam I will complain to watch dog and wherever I can to make this company stop from scaming customers. What a disgraced!

I ordered 2 custom dresses! Shocking! The dresses are sewn wonky! The fabric is awful and arrived with beading missing! The size is too big! The design was made up and not as the pic! They refuse to refund you! I will never order again! Customer service is $#*!! Do not be fooled wish i never ordered i would be 250 quid better off!

HORRIBLE experience! The dress arrived with the seams split and they would only refund $18 of the dress and it cost us $120 to fix it! On top of that, after one wearing, it started falling apart after one wearing! I have emailing asking for a refund of the dress and all I get is a one line "Sorry about that!" Do not buy from this company!

This site is a complete rip off. I ordered a dress, it came on time and is beautifully made. However it was two sizes too small. I contacted them and they told me I could order it again and only pay half or they would give me 10% refund. After about 50 emails including pictures I have given up and am going to try and sell the dress. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are complete thieves. It clearly says they will refund if the size differs by more than an inch and my dress was 5 inches too small around the bust. If I could report them to anyone and ban them adveretising in UK I would. DO NOT CHANCE THIS!

I ordered a dress from DylanQueen.co.uk and when it arrived it was completely the wrong size. They do not accept returns and do not provide satisfactory responses to email queries. On top of that I then received a phone call from the courier to say that they had received a VAT bill for €45 that i needed to pay as the dress was shipped from China! When i queried this with Dylan Queen they sent me the link to the terms and conditions where it states i have to pay this VAT. I would advise anyone not to use this website or if you are ensure to read the returns policy and the very long list of terms and conditions

Today i got my dress, really love this dress, it's really nice quality material and it fit perfectly and it's adjustable in the back since it laces up. It came a day earlier than i wanted. I am very happy with my dress and the service was good, I highly recommend ordering from Dylanqueen UK site!

Ordered a dress from this company two years to attend a wedding ( actually I was the Maid of Honor)... very faulty dress... tried contacting them which was also a hassle and never received a refund in the end.

I have never ever seen a dress come in packaging with all the beads hanging off like I did with my prom dress and not only that I ordered a size 8 and it came way too big and my mum could even fit into it and she is a size 12/14. Never ever buy from this website.

My wife bought a dress off this company, and when it arrived it was not the size advised and of very poor quality with treads hanging off every where and a rip. When we asked to return the dress and get a full refund all we got was very rude e mails saying why did we buy the dress from them and offering 5% refund. We have since had more rude e mails and no offer of a full refund. My wife bought this dress to go to a wedding so we need the refund, £100, to buy another dress in time for the wedding next week. I would say don't use this company, very poor service and rude and unprofessional.

I am trying to contact Dylan Queen as the dress which was delivered to me looks NOTHING like the dress we ordered, is of appalling quality and does not fit! I have tried to contact them to return the dress but they do not answer emails nor is there a phone number that I can ring.
I will pursue them for as long as it takes to get my money back.
They will not get away with this!

I have to admit I am not someone who likes to order prom dress online, When it arrived it was Cramed in a small bag so it was really wrinkly- expect to have to get it steamed. Thank you its a good colour and lace is pretty. Happy with the price. Would purchase from again.

They do not tell you when you buy the dress that you will end up paying tax to H. M. Revenue and cucustoms.
Have write about this company before saying that I was unhappy with the dress I received but know I am even more angry because I have been sent a letter saying I have to pay 20% of how much the goods cost...

The dress I received was nothing like the one shown on the site. Was cheap and nasty. Poor quality fabric, badly made and the wrong size. Complete waste of money.

The site should be shut down, the ads and pictures are misleading and no offer of refund. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I ordered my dress and just threw my money away

I'm glad to find something that fits me there. It's often very hard for me to find a dress of a larger size that fits the chest since I'm not that big. And I was worried about quality and delivery time. I am thrilled with the dress - it is exactly like the picture! I am so happy and cannot wait to wear it. Thank you so much!

I just got it today and I'm in love with it. Well, I must say this dress is suit for me. I got it in burgundy and used the custom measurements (which I took myself) and it was made good! It arrived rather quickly after I had ordered it. I cannot wait to wear it in a few weeks at my next performance.

I was a little bit nervous when I read some bad reviews about this website, but I couldn't be happier. My dress is just fantastic! It was handmade, so every detail is unique, but it's all very similar to the picture. The dress came within 3 days earlier, but it came in a very small package, so it will need some laundry service before my wedding - that's the only negative point I have about it. All in all, thanks very much for the shop.
