I got my prom dress they asked for measurements and even if you give them the right size they go smaller then what is ordered and leave no room adjust then on top of that they take model pictures and try and mimic the dress off of the model

They say they have 'excellent customer service' 24 hour service!
Im having NO reply from SANDRA at customer services, I sent her 4 photos of the dress has has come for my daughter, threads and pulls everywhere, rip in the train, underskirt is so bably sewn it pulls in some places and too much material everwhere else. Enough material on the tummy area of the dress for my daughter if she was 6 months pregnant!
They offered me 10 percent of the dress which would amount to £9.00 sterling. How can my daughter buy another dress with this?

Appalling customer service. You WILL NOT get a refund under ANY circumance even if the garment is damaged! Do not fall for this scam there is a reason they have no tel no. Materials used also very shoddy and badly finished. Some of the reviews are clearly not genuine. Be warned you are throwing your money away. I would rate this 0 in every aspect. Dont be fooled tead the reviews like i should have done.

Dress arrived today! The dress was a little heavy which tells me they did a good job. It looks pretty close to the picture. It's beautiful and the size is good, fits me perfectly.The transaction process was very smooth and the staff is very good at returning emails quickly. Highly recommend!

I ordered two dresses from this site. The quality was disgraceful. One dress was torn at the front and the other had lots of beading missing. I would recommend everyone stay well away from this company.

Ordered dress and gave my measurements including length. Came and it was wrong colour, too big on bust, too tight on hips and 5 inches too short!
Emailed them and reply was "but it looks nice"!
Was offered 8% compensation only despite numerous emails.

I was very pleased with this site AND the dress! It even came in a week early and it was perfect for me to join my friend's wedding. I'm going to have to find another reason to wear it. I love it so much!

Received my "wedding dress" today, it came shoved in a plastic bag, inside out! Not only had I got no idea on when my dress was going to arrive and had to keep emailing to find out if there was any progress on it. It turned up weeks late! The dress was appalling, threads hanging of it beads falling off it. It wasn't even the dress I ordered! After I had tried it on I has to sweep up all the bits that had fallen off it on the floor! What a rubbish start to my wedding plans, thank god I still have time to get another. All I can say is I'm truly heartbroken and let down. All that waiting for nothing!

At the last minute while on vacation, I had to look for a formal dress for my step daughter and Laura Seaman at Dylanqueen was very helpful in helping me find a gorgeous dress and having it expedited in time for the dance that my step daughter had to attend. Had it not been for Dylanqueen, we would have been in the lurch! Thank you for such a great experience!

I bought a dress they sent the wrong one. I had to pay as much as the dress again in duty to receive it because it comes from china not the uk. And it was completely the wrong colour, when I spoke to customer service they were the worst service id ever experienced. Would not help in any way, they would not replace it and would only refund 5% of the dress price but I would have to send the dress back first and pay the higher postage to china. Then told me even at that they might not receive the dress if I sent it. So after spending £45 on the dress £20 on postage and €45 on duty they wanted me to spent a possible £20 to £30 to post it back to them and then they would refund me 5% of the dress which is less than £3. I would not recommend any one shop here.

No one should purchase from them. The dress I ordered was 2 sizes to small. The machining was shoddy and not straight. There were so many faults... it was an abomination of a dress... totally unwearable after asking me to send pictures of the faults they offered me £5.00. They then offered to pay half. I am still fighting for full compensation. I received rude comments from a person called Sandra. I have had to pay £15.00 postage to return the dress. I am not sure I will even get half of what I paid. Be warned! Do not buy from them... they are crooks!

I am crazy about red evening dress from i am childhood. I always that red is the passionate color. I find a lot of red evening dresses from Dylanqueen, and i intend to order two evening dresses from this company. In order to save money, i contact with customer service, and i hope she can give me discounts. Luckily, the customer service is very kind, and i save 20$ of my total paid. I am so happy. The dress delivery is on time, and i can't help wearing them at once, These dresses fit me well. My parents also think that i choose a good company this time. I have several bad shopping online experience, so i have some worry about my dresses. Surprise, so thanks so much for this company. Recommend

Excellent choice for formal dresses My dress came in a reasonable amount of time... was not expecting to be charged a cod for shipping at my door when it arrived as I didnt pay that for the shoes I ordered... wasn t impressed about that but the dress fits perfectly and is wonderfully constructed with an adjustable strap inside as well... the crafting is wonderful was quite surprised.

Very glad I ordered this dress, it is so worth it! The colors are as vivid as the photo but the layout on mine is different which makes my dress unique in a certain way. It fit me so perfectly and I had many oohs and aahs from my kids and my hubby. And the price is very good. Wow!

The experience I've had with Dylan Queen has been awful!
The picture was completely different to the picture the measurements are completely different the dress was inside out in the bag and creased. I payed £25 to have it delivered in 3-6 and received it 2 weeks later. Please do not waste your money. I am now spending more money on a dress I no longer like by having it altered to my size.

Order No. D**************. Most disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and the packaging my dress and coat arrived in. The dress has a lacy finish and all the embroidery work threads are coming undone. As I need this for my daughters wedding I do not have time to return it so have spent the last 2 days with a fine needle and had to finish off the work myself. Also the fine coat which accompanies the dress was also poorly finished and I had to snip off all the loose threads. It was delivered in a very tiny package which means I am going to have to iron a very fine material. Hope I can mange this without burning it as the chiffon will easily melt. No I will not buy from DylanQueen again

I got the dress today! I must say that your service is good even though the shipping takes quite a few days. You make very good dress and I'm happy with all of this. But there is only one thing that is really important in my memory. That's the size. I would have chosen the wrong size without your guiding about the measuring. And here i would like to tell everybody to be careful about the size. I would suggest you to take a measure when you choosing the size. It just take a few mins and you got a perfect dress which fit you like a glove.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen, but the dress was very stiff and it didn't fit. When I tried to return the dress and get a refund, their customer service told that they can only give me 8% refund. I refused to take an 8% refund. I'm going to fight them until I get a full refund,

I saw Angela m's dress which was definitely not gold. This was the most YELLOW dress I have ever seen. It was also the worst quality dress. Makes primark look like Armani. Need I say more. Do not waste your money.
