The dress i received was not the same as the photo, cheap material, made in a way that was not beautiful and youthful like the photo. Was something a much, much older women would wear. I Emailed and spoke to live chat saying the dress is not the one on the photo, I was told keep the dress.

This is not helpful and not unto trading standards.
I am seeking legal action as this is unacceptable. It's a scam.

I don not undersatnd Dylanqueen UK has so many bad reviews. Dylanqueen UK is a very popular online shop. I love DylanqueenUK dress, and i love my dress when i put it on. The dress is of really high quality; although it had a tail, nothing was ripped or damaged.The ruffles are quite flattering and well done. It's a website worth to collect.

I recently ordered a dress for my sons wedding, despite ordering a size bigger than I would normally buy, the garment was about three sizes too small, it was of poor quality and the stitching was very amateurish. E Mails went to and fro to Dylan Queen all I heard from them was make pictures to show us the problem. I then received a bill for £25 from Customs & Excise for duty, I have made them aware as DQ did not declare the true value of the dress. This Company is a scam and are entering into fraudulent transactions. DO NOT BUY

For those of you who have bought a product that is not as described- contact your bank. If you paid with a credit card they will refund it for you. It's a bit more difficult if you paid with a debit card but still contact your bank as they can definitely help you. It is against the law to sell a product that is not as described and it is also against the law to not accept returns with no reason.

I orderd a dress for a special event and recieved it today. I Usually wear a US size 14 but ordered a 16. I'm Not sure how they measure the dresses to sew but this is definitely a size 10. There is no additional material to let it out by another seamstress so this is a wash. The Dress has numerous strings and thread throughout and there is a red spot on it.

Have to buy another dress somewhere else immediately for my event.

Ordered a dress online. The site showed me a lovely light gold colour, when the item arrives it's rose gold verging on pink.

I emailed the company and they told me that it is the same colour it's just my lighting. I can tell you it is not the same colour in any shape or form.

I got no joy from the customer services saying they wouldn't let me return it as it's not a valid reason. To say the customer services were rude and unprofessional is an understatement.

I didn't order a custom size so there is no real reason to not allow me to return it seen as they have sent me a dress not as described.

My wife and I purchased a wedding dress from this website. The site was very easy to navigate and the prices were very fair for the quality of the dress. The dress was very well packaged for shipping and the picture of the dress on the site exactly matched what we got.

Absolutely atrocious, I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. It's pointless having the dress "made to measure" as the dress will still come atleast two sizes bigger and that is if it comes at all. Initially they respond to your emails and then once they realise that your demands are clear and that the appalling standard to which the dresses have been made have been noticed by yourself they then stop responding. If you decide to order from them that is entirely upto you but do me a favour and yourself justice first by sending them an email and just look at the quality of the response, the grammar (or lack of) and the punctuation (definite lack of). Consider if their responses are in broken English, unprofessional, and defy the laws of basic letter/email writing (taught in primary school) please just imagine their attention to detail ( or lack of).

I ordered a dress yesterday and i put my email address obviously and i havent gotten a confirmation email and i dont have an order number since i dont have a confirmation email sent yet and they have charged me from my card. I emailed twice and still have no response like what the hell?

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter's wedding in September. After thinking about it for a few hours (maybe 3 at the most) I decided the dress would be too hot for an outside wedding. I emailed DylanQueen and canceled my order. I received an email saying I would only get shipping cost and 80% of dress cost refunded. Ridiculous!

Don't waste your hard earned money on these cheap products or you'll definitely be disappointed! I purchased two pairs of shoes, one pair had literally been marked around the entire rim of the sole with a black sharpie pen for whatever reason?, which cheapened them even more! Dylanqueen apparently advertises a bogus "Retail" Price, then a deceitful "Discounted" Price which is a BIG SCAM, and extremely misleading! I paid approximately $150.00 including shipping for both pairs of shoes, & believe me these shoes aren't worth any more than $15 to $ 20 each at best. Please believe that all of the reviews you are reading about poor and cheap quality is TRUE! Everyone couldn't be lying! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! This was my first purchase online, and too bad for me it was a horrible experience! "All I have left to say is please be warned!"...

Ordered my wedding dress from Dylan Queen and was a little worried as it was my wedding dress and ordered it 1 month before I am getting married.
Today it finally arrived 15 days earier than expected when I opened the package it was everything I saw from the picture quality is fab and I can't wait to wear it on my big day and for my future hubby to see!
I will be ordering again in the future! :)

My mother - in law ordered a dress and jacket to wear at my wedding and paid for exspress delivery (3-4 days) the item didn't even get dispatched until day 7! When it got here we was appalled. We ordered UK size 14 it wasn't even a UK 10! It was skin tight still had pins and the chest and had to much material around the zip! It was meant to be made of tefeta however said 100% polyester! When she emailed them as they have no phone number they replied as it's cost us money for wages, material and freight you can have only 8% refund on £110! And you would need to pay return postage Sh**e customer service crap company never will we use them again! Should be ashamed of themselves!
