Dylan Queen UK

The dress I ordered arrived very quickly, however, it was the wrong colour. I contacted Dylan Queen and was told that the style was correct so basically tough. You cannot return without their approval, I guess if you do you will have to carry the cost of the return postage and you would probably not get a refund for the dress.
The dress I received was made from very cheap material. The pictures that they show must be touched up or the models must have clips in the back or something, There is no way that the dress I purchased could look as good as it does on their website. It is a complete con.

This dress is beautiful! I ordered it in black and it is stunning! The quality is just as good (or better_ than that you would get in a dress shop in Canada! This dress is also super comfortable! It makes you feel very elegant!

Good site really I try many shopping site but I don't find like the services and the quality is perfect, D************** is my order number. The shipping is fast for 98 and above orders. I'm more or less always happy with the products I resive and the quality is good. The prices and service are great. The product was like the photo while ordering! My child love those dresses! I love the appearance & service I received. Also I like to feel and see fabric and and item in person like, however my daughter was very pleased with her selection. The shipping was a pain because I ended paying about $30 for it to come in a month. When it arrived it was Cramed in a small bag so it was really wrinkly- expect to have to get it steamed.

This is an update to my previous review regarding the awful quality (faulty goods) and the appalling and comtemptuous attitude of Dylan Queen. Today I got my refund in full from my credit card company. So if you are faced with this kind of problem remember that provided you paid over GBP 100 on a credit card you can get your money back and the card company are the ones who then extract it from Dylan Queen. If enough of us do this I reckon the card companies will stop dealing with Dylan Queen, and then they will suffer!

My dress order number is D************** I'm So HAPPY with the look and quality! I am extremely pleased that my dress came earlier than expected. The look is exactly the same as in the picture. Everything is absolutely perfect, the dress is made so well, the lines are clean and straight, the veil is wonderful, the gloves are nice, the petticoat matches the dress excellent, the material of the dress is thick like is shown on website. The delivery was very fast and reliable. Only the wedding dress packaging could have been better.

The dress which arrived looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was different, there were awful dimontes randomly stuck on and the finish was so bad that the padding is visible when the dress is on.

They will not give me a refund unless I pay to return the dress. The customer service team was so bad that halfway through the email chain, they started the case again as if we hadn't already had a coversation.

Awful, cheap rip offs - don't buy!

The dress arrived lovely. However the delivery company (TNT) also provided me with an ADDITIONAL invoice for over £24!. Customs are looking at imports from China and charging you. Spoke to TNT who confirmed that they have to pay the Government so they can deliver it. So you have to pay them :(

Excited to wear this dress! I ordered this dress on May 3rd and it arrived on May 12. Very pretty dress. The fabric is nice, and the bust area is roomy, I have a big bust and still have room to fill in this dress, it is so comfortable. I have yet to wear it out, I plan on wearing it in June, and I will post some pictures then too. I love this dress. This is actually like the 5th dress I have ordered from this website, and every time, the orders have been great, the dresses are well made, and customer service is awesome. The actual dress looks just like the dress on the model. Excited to wear this dress!

I ordered a dress from this website and was really disappointed. The dress was nothing like that in the image. The dress was shabby and untidily done. The colour, material and the make is really dissatisfying and the customer care on refund is stupid and not at all helpful.

I would advise anyone buy from this site not too, they are a fraud.

I got the beautiful dress yesterday. It looked very gorgeous and graceful. I chose the custom size and the dress fit me perfectly. As for the color, I chose the color watermelon. There was no color difference. Like the dress sooo much.

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it was £70 I then had to pay an extra £30 for delivery which was Ridulous!... It then came too late for my birthday and when I got it, it was a completely different dress it was a ugly crap version of the one on the picture, then I tried to return it and they said they would give me a 10% return, so they'd give me £7 back it was a joke!... Then two weeks later I had a invoice come through the post for another £30 import few for this crappy dress which they didn't tell me I would have to pay for I'm so angry about this crappy site so nobody buy from it you will be ripped off!

After sending me a dress at least two sizes too small, (they were sent my exact measurements), AND with sleeves and bodice/skirt in two totally different shades of green this charlatan company had the nerve to offer me 10% compensation! I will NOT settle for less than a 100% refund for something that was 100% THEIR fault.

This company is a scam, taking money and providing no product. Who would think they are entitled to keep your money and they never shipped a product? Only Dylan Queen. Just how much money are they making by stealing the hard earned money of their clients citing "make up as we go policies"? I ordered a dress for an anniversary and specified the date needed. Two weeks past the due date, no dress. I contacted Dylan who said they would issue a refund. Weeks later, no refund. Emailed again, said they would send a partial refund. Weeks later, I emailed again, they said I waited too long, they will not issue a refund... whattt? What a stall tacktic. This company should be forced to close its doors. They are unethical.

This is the second time i buy evening dress on the online shop, last time, that dress has a bit big, but today i am so happy when i received the dress, It looks like the picture, and the fabric feels comfortable. SO GOOD!

I ordered a pink evening dress arrived 3 days earlier, so I was happy with the attitude and service. At the first moment I thought they sent me a different dress, because It doesn't look like as the picture, but I still like it. It fits perfectly and it is a very good quality. You can't find any difference between expensive dresses from shop and this one. I was little dissaponted with jacket as I requested 3/4 sleeves and they sent me afull lengh and it is little big, so I will have to find another one somewhere. Except of this little problem I am happy and I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you all people who made this dress.

My experience is great at DylanqueenUK and i will continue to buy dress and a serires products. Because quality is worth to buy and so the prices. List of products is very nice and i can find anything i want for every situation of my life. I think i should collect this website for next time shopping online.
